Fan-freaking-tastic! Coming from Utah, after stopping in Elko, NV for lunch, and seeing our arrival time to be about 8:15, the dreaded red notice came up that Wubbas closes at 9pm, so We were worried that food service would be winding down or they would be out of something. Or that the food may take an hour to prep and we’d be forced to take the food elsewhere or have to go to another restaurant. We were very much in the mood for some good BBQ, and we were DEFINITELY not disappointed! Brisket meat was melting in our mouths, and had the perfect amount of fat to flavor the meat. My kids ate all the ribs, so I didn’t get to try any, but the pulled pork was tender, juicy, and flavorful. We were so full, we hadn’t even tried the half chicken. Now for the sides. My daughter ordered the green beans. They were green beans. The mashed potatoes were excellent, but the fries! I’m a VERY picky fry guy, and I can say these were amazing battered fries. Perfectly salty. And to top it all off, they served fry sauce! It was awesome! I thought they only had that in Utah, but it was a pleasant surprise. And the fritters? I’m usually not a fan, but these were the best I’ve had, and served with a honey butter that just hit the right spot…a little sweet with the savory. Loved it all. Very tasty overall. And we ended it with a large brownie that didn’t disappoint either. We had so many leftovers, that were all excited for lunch tomorrow! Oh, and I can’t say good enough things about our waitress. Perfectly attentive and very nice. Thank you Wubbas!

Came here for a quick lunch about 1130 and it was starting to get busy which was nice to see we were seated very quickly and given a menu and water promptly. The water suggested the tri tip dip, the pit master combo and wubba-rritto as the top three lunch items. We got the tri tip dip with fires and the wet wubba with Okra. The okra comes fried so it’s a little bit different but nice, But the fries were definitely a better choice and you must get a fry sauce and some of the best in town bar was open so we ended up having some beers the sky scotch was a little bit on the flat side but the boneyard IPA and RBA were good. Great value lunch menu.

I was in town for work and asked at a gas station for "the place I have to try in town" Man, oh man... The smell when you walk in 🤯 Somebody turn that smell into a cologne! My server Andrew (the bald guy with the impressive beard) was amazing. Couple minutes of chatting and I ordered the Judge combo and pork belly burnt ends. Honest to God review here... That pork belly is one of the best things I have ever eaten in my life. The brisket - best I have ever had The ribs - best I have ever had Pulled pork - has to be in top 2 ever Chicken - well above average, but hard to judge after eating all of the other amazing meats. Dont even get me started on their bbq sauces! Also, get the baked beans, phenomenal! This is my go to spot next time I'm in town for work.

Had a great first visit to Wubba’s! Andrew was very welcoming and spent time recommending places for us to visit since we are new to town. Burnt end Pork Belly was to die for, the smoked BBQ chicken fell off the bone, and the fried okra got a stamp of approval from my New Orleans raised husband. Will be back!

Food tasted fantastic, servers were friendly, but they served my (delicious tasting! Expertly flavored!) Brisket at room temp(was ready pretty quickly too) and against my better judgement i ate. I've been experiencing the consequences of that action on the toilet, not to be too explicit, and woke up three different times last night with nightmares, which i just think is a very interesting side effect lol. When i commented on the temp to a server, they mentioned something about the warmer being broken. A dish doesn't get room temperature in 5-10 minutes so I just hope they can take a good look at their food safety practices because i would eat there again in a heartbeat if i could stomach the thought of eating anything at all at the moment.

I organized a conference at the nearby Running Y Ranch Resort. We planned an outdoor picnic at a park near the lake. Our first option for catering fizzled out due to a number of factors. On a whim (and a search on the Internet), I decided to work with Wubba's BBQ Shack. The staff was responsive and attentive to detail. They delivered a delicious menu that catered to the many challenges to our group. The food was ready for pick up in a timely manner. The Tri-Tip was well received by our group. The BBQ chicken was excellent. The salads and side dishes were nicely prepared as well. I would recommend them for anyone needing to feed a larger group. Very happy!

Amazing amazing amazing. They have the best customer service The food is great and the family meals are a huge amount of food for the money which is very helpful for a large family on a budget. Thank you so much for having a fordable delicious barbecue. This is our favorite restaurant in town. And you’ve made my pregnant self extremely happy. Also the sweet tea is amazing.

This place was recommended by our timeshare but it was not that great. We got the combo meal with chicken, smoked sausage, and pulled pork. The pulled pork was alright but nothing to write home about. The smoked sausage tasted a little stale like it had been reheated or sat out for a little bit. The chicken was a little on the dry side. The BBQ nachos used what tasted like store bought nacho cheese and the green beans were for sure canned green beans. Overall not happy as the food didn't taste authentic or fresh.

Food was fantastic. Authentic BBQ meats and sides, the baked beans and burnt ends were out of this world. Server was personable and pleasant and music was great, too!

I don't often do this but giving this a 5 star. Went there just an hour before closing and enjoyed a really good prime rib sandwich that filled me up. My only complaints are the limited selection for the picky eater and the parking situation is difficult to figure out when it is dark. Outdoor dining is an option here.

Waitstaff was friendly and quick but the space was a bit chilly with all the concrete floors and seemed they were trying to save money on heating bills. Food was disappointing. I've had amateur home smoked brisket before that was significantly better than what was served here. Green bean side was mushy and cold, macaroni salad seemed scooped from the grocery deli, and BBQ sauce was super sweet and didn't taste homemade either. For being a highly rated place here in K Falls, I was surprised. Everyone agreed the seasoned fries were the best thing, but we came for BBQ, not fries.

They have good food! Rib meat easily falls off the bone, tasty bbq! The brisket and pulled pork are yummy! I took one star off coz it’s not very affordable, got 2 meals for $80 including tip. Will still come back though if ever we’ll crave for it.

I got the pit master combo with chicken and pulled pork. Good food. I would say for the amount of food you get it's a bit pricey but still worth it...

350 pm 8-8-23, late lunch, waitress not real friendly, ordered brisket, received 2 slices, Had no smoke flavor tasted like it was cooked in the oven then put on the smoker to crisp the out crust which also had no flavor. Drenched in BBQ SAUCE. BBQ tasted great Cole slaw tasted great, and Carlic mashed was just as good. But for the price of over $20 for oven baked brisket no way. I hope this makes them do better. As I most likely will take my money somewhere else. As seen in the pic over cooked for brisket and no smoke rings.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - tri-tip & rib combo with St Luis ribs, extra order of pulled pork, and sides of creole rice and fried okra. The ribs is absolutely amazing and fall off the bone soft with fairly little effort. The tri-tip was a block of protein and a on the tougher side. We did ask for medium rare but it was closer to well done. The pulled pork was not worth the additional cost. The sides were tasty though! Ambience: n/a - came 30 minutes before closing so ordered food to go Service: 5/5 - very friendly and walked us through the combos and all the different options available. Also very patient as we discussed each option Value for price: 4/5 - reasonable price for amount of food we got! Definitely worth when craving it.

Our waitress, Julie D. provided excellent service on what was becoming a busy Friday night. The food, however, was mediocre. We had the trip tip sandwich and the prime rib sandwich, along with an order of fried pickles. Steaks were low in flavor and high in fatty pieces. For as much batter was on the pickles, they were very low on flavor. Props to Julie for doing a great job, but I wouldn't eat here again

THE BEST pulled pork I have ever had in 57 years (and I've lived in the South). Tender and smoked to perfection. Their spicy BBQ sauce was excellent and the fries (I have to move the ketchup somehow) were very, very good. Weird name, great ambiance and the service was a tad slow in my eyes, but we made it to here and overall, phenomenal BBQ! I wish they had jalapeño cornbread, but "beggars and choosers." Wubba's was a "Hit!" in my book, enjoy!

Went in at 3:00pm on a Wednesday. Seated quickly. Waitress was nice but never once checked once food was served. Tri-Tip was ordered med rare, was well done. Very dry had to have the AuJus. Baby back ribs were also very dry. “Creamy” Mac salad…somebody needs to review the definition of creamy. Too bad I must have gotten last weekend’s left overs… The dinner salad was good and so was the coffee.

Food was good. Waitress was a little busy and wasn't able to service our table as much as we would have liked. But she and the rest of the staff were very friendly

Really good food but a bit too much of their barbecue sauce in everything. Next time I would order barbecue sauce on the side. Loved it there

Good ribs and sides. One server working the entire restaurant. She did a great job, but she was definitely on the move continuously. Despite waiting much longer than expected to order, my food came out within minutes of my order. I had the rib combination. All three were very tasty.

The pulled pork is worth the wait, I wouldn’t recommend the pit beans super dry. Service was pleasant and a very clean restaurant. My wife had the specialty salad with pulled pork which was also very good. Love that dressing automatically comes on the side.

Food was delicious and staff (Niki) was really friendly and was hustling. I know the were short staffed so we were there almost 2 hours but they did their best with our group of 6, so don't expect this to be a quick stop right now. I recommend it and would go back!

Had the Friday prime rib special. Overall not bad, ordered medium rare, looked nice but arrived and was very dry. Still good flavor but needed the au jus. My friend ordered a tri-tip salad and she enjoyed it. I will probably give them another try next time i'm on town.
