Food was delicious and the wait staff was prompt and friendly. Cost for quality and quantity was fair and they had some fabulous and creative drink specials!

While on vacation visiting family in Klamath, we went to Applebee's twice since there are not many restaurants. The first-time service was so slow. Didn't get the order right. Had to keep asking for refills, but the food was good. The second time, service was even slower. Our steak, broccoli, and loaded potatoes came out so cold. One didn't have loaded, so we asked to correct it. We got the food back after warming, and the steak was not warmed, just the sides, so it was cold. Never got refills and took forever to get A1 sauce. My mom had to go get it herself. Our steaks were supposed to be medium but were well done. Sisters salmon tasted like chicken, she said. Over all bad experience. None of our family will be returning.

I am absolutely livid with the experience I had at this Applebee's branch. I cannot express my frustration enough. The wait for our food was excruciatingly long, lasting a mind-numbing 25 minutes. It is beyond comprehension that a supposedly reputable establishment like Applebee's would subject its customers to such an agonizing wait. To add insult to injury, the waiter had the audacity to put on fake smiles while completely disregarding our concerns about the delay. It was evident that they couldn't care less about how long our food took to arrive. Their lack of empathy and professionalism was truly disheartening. But that's not all! A man, who appeared to be a manager due to his few extra pounds, took our orders and then vanished into thin air. We never saw him again throughout the entire ordeal. How can a so-called manager simply abandon his responsibilities and leave customers hanging? This level of negligence is utterly unacceptable. When our food finally arrived, it was not only cold but also incredibly unappetizing. The taste was far from what one would expect from a restaurant chain like Applebee's. It was as if they had taken no pride in their culinary offerings whatsoever. The whole experience left an awful taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. I implore everyone reading this review: do not subject yourselves to this abysmal excuse for a dining experience. Save your time, money, and sanity by avoiding this particular Applebee's branch at all costs. The service is abhorrent, the waitresses are disinterested robots, and the food is downright repulsive. Applebee's should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a subpar establishment to tarnish their brand name. I sincerely hope that management takes immediate action to rectify these glaring issues before more unsuspecting people fall victim to this horrendous dining experience.

Where do I even start!? Mindy, the bartender, was on it tonight. 10/29/22 To be fair, everybody seemed to be working well together as a team even with being so busy and what looked to be short handed. As somebody who travels and knows how hard life is for everybody right now, I really appreciate how well everybody did. I did sit at the bar… Mindy not only made sure my drinks never went empty but she also made every drink in the bar plus had tables in the bar area on this busy Halloween Saturday night. She even made sure my 4cheese ma. And cheese had extra bacon!! Thank you Mindy and all the staff for making sure I stayed hydrated and full!

Our host carlos was absolutely amazing He was so kind- so upbeat and as fast as he could be. He gave a discount to me because he thought our service was to slow and a mix up was made with our food. So i took that discount and gave it as a tip. Carlos deserves a promotion and raise. And he definitely earned his tips tonight. Hope his night was as good as he made our date!

Ordered the 2 for $25 deal which ended up being about $32 after modifications. Got our food and both burgers were raw on the inside. We said no pink when ordered.

Sadly the problem with restaurants in Klamath are the people that work there. The ridiculous prices and poor quality food can’t be helped these days: that’s corporate America. Orders are often wrong or missing something - appetizer’s usually come after the food. The clean and generally pleasant atmosphere was overshadowed by the incredibly loud and distracting jingly jangly ginger waitress, she was so soft spoken and timid I felt like I was talking to a 12yo that was raised getting yelled at. I do sympathize with her situation and possible upbringing: but It’s incredibly difficult to have someone like this serve you and attempt to communicate in a front of the house environment. Bad job choice. Food is typically microwaved - or cold; and often late. My 5yo daughter has burned her hand on the obviously microwaved food dishes more than once. We often get some food hot - and some food cold - on the same plate. Plate corrections take a ridiculously long time to complete: the rest of the tables food is usually eaten or cold by the time the corrected plates (which their are many) arrive back to the table. The waitress never checked on us and the manager had to bring our appetizer: which was delivered after our meal was. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had her wait on us to makeup for the short comings in her staff; The managers are quite pleasant otherwise. You will note that we are one of many similar and bad reviews for this location - This is indicative of poor franchise management/ownership and choices in employee selection. Until we see some positive reviews and new employees - We have agreed to never return to this location.

Ordered curbside pickup and had to go in to get it because no one answered the phone after calling the number on the sign twice. We were staying in town one night on a road trip. Once we got to the hotel I see my Caesar salad was packed with no dressing and they gave us no silverware for any of our meals. The food I got to eat was fine but I would've liked to have my salad and not just dry lettuce.

Food is OK, and we were waiting for a pretty long time to have our order. However the restaurant team was doing their best to feel us good, so I decided to give 5 stars anyway. People is the most important part of any restaurant experience for me.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We waited an hour for appetizers and had asked 2 hostesses to check on them. This is on top of our dinners. After watching 4 tables who came in after us get their meals, we decided to walk out but didn't because we didn't have cash to pay for the drinks. The manager came over and told us our appetizers are coming out with our dinners and it's all ready. We waited another 15mins after that statement for cold food.

The best fish. Had fish & Chips. Meaty thick fish with thin batter. The strawberry pinaclada swirl was awesome, especially on a hot day.

Poor service: Our waiter seemed like she was under the influence the entire time, and then she completely forgot to put in our appetizer order until after we got our food.. food tasted fine. Just had a poor waitress.

I don't know where to start. Not a pleasant dining experience. Definitely not worth the price. Didn't have to wait long for a table. I was greeted by a girl with blue jeans wearing a hoodie. The waitress was wearing a parka. With very little restaurants in Klamath Falls, it would be nice to feel like you aren't eating at McDonald's every time you want to go out for a nice meal.

While the food our table ordered was tasty, two out of the four dinners we ordered arrived at our table barely warm. The manager made it right, but we felt the problem was due to extremely poor service. Had to wait 20+ minutes for the waitress to show up to take our appetizer order and had to ask more than once for our water to be filled. When we asked for our check, the waitress couldn't find it. I'm not one to post cruddy reviews, but we won't be going back..

It took 25 minutes to even get acknowledged by the waitress after being seated, and even then, we were getting up to walk out when she finally walked over. Seated at 7, ordered at 7:25. Took approximately 30 minutes to get food, at which time the appetizers were brought out with the entrees at around 8:00. Appetizers were cold and soggy, and only 2/3 entrees were brought out. The third entree took an additional 10 minutes to be brought out, and the side was wrong. There are better restaurants to spend $80 for three people in this town. Stopped eating here and this was a reminder of why.

Went to get Mac and cheese. The noodles where so over cooked it was like someone chewed them for me. 🤮 definitely microwaved food, there aren’t very many options in KlamathFalls so this sucked.

Service was amazing. Some of the best I've had in a while. The chicken breast was a little dry and over cooked, but it was tasty. I asked for double steamed broccoli, but it was still pretty crisp. I prefer it softer.

My husband and I went in for burgers. I asked for mashed potatoes instead of fries told no problem got fries. Burger was good. Ordered the Perfect Margarita WAY to heavy on the lime. They brought another, but I had a glass of the first one and it was way to hard on my stomach. Didn’t even taste the tequila.

Food and service exceeded expectations. Curious draft beer selection w 2 pseudo belgian whites, the usual us heff, but no amber or red ale.

Place was busy, but we were seated quickly. Manager jumped in to help bar and wait staff, and we were impressed with his team. We like the dinner salads, burgers, tap beer, and the desserts. I also like the chicken quesadilla appetizer. We have been several times and always leave satisfied.

Service was quick for how busy it was seated within 5 min and waiter was super nice and helpful and made sure we were taken care of 👍

Terrible as always. Waitress did her best with 12 tables as the only server on a thursday and a manager that stood around bsing at the bar. He even just stood there when he saw an elderly couple standing up front waiting to be seated. Food was cold, incorrect parts to it, and steak was rock hard. Waitress was pleasant and doing her best. But once again, I was reminded as to why I don't ever go there.

Went to Applebee's for dinner. Our server was NOT friendly. She didn't bring us menus until we asked, she kept forgetting to bring things we asked for and she forgot to put the kids meal order in until after the adults got our food. We did get help from a different server who was very friendly and helpful, Deserai, who actually brought us our food. But our Spinach Dip had a hardened layer of cheese on top and my food was semi-cold, leading me to believe that it had been sitting in the window for a long time. They were also out of pepper and salt packets and crayons. There were multiple employees sitting around a table in the bar for a long period of time which did not seem professional. I remember this Applebee's used to be friendly, energized, professional and enjoyable to have dinner in. I thought I'd take a look at recent reviews for this Applebee's and I wish I would have done so before I went because it appears a lot of other people have had similar sentiments. Applebee's Corporate should figure out what is happening here

My aunt n 2 cousins went here for my older cousin Leon’s birthday dinner we were one of the first to arrive they were fairly dead it was before lunch my aunt got the salmon n loved it my young cousin had the whiskey burger n made no comment my older cousin had steak something that he loves I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was a cooked tough breast on a bun w lettuce it wasn’t anything like the menu described I think they r too expensive for the food items n portions you get Have wallet handy if u want a drink here the drinks start at $10.99 but they r huge The service was good but very slow being just before lunch we waited 26 minutes for Jenna’s drink

I went here for dinner and it was horrible I ordered a Oreo milkshake and it was melted and tasted like watered down milk it also took them 30 minutes to take my order and my appetizers was the only good thing out of our whole meal This is so nasty I’m not coming here again they do not know how to clean their dishes!!

We went there today at 1pm got seated quickly. Got drinks quick. Took waitress awhile to come back to take our order. He ordered chicken salad I got bourbon steak med rare with garlic mash. Then he wanted the combo app. After 5 mins or so waitress comes back to inform me they had no mashed. I was disappointed cause I am not a fry fan. So I went with garlic green beans. App came out it was ok. Then our food came his salad was awful and my steak came sizzling i was impressed until i cut it and it was grey inside not med rare i wanted. The green beans were mushy and watery and not even a hint of garlic. To sum it up it was not a good choice at all. We will not return.

I would like to say thank you to Anthony, the kitchen manager at this Applebee’s location for answering the phone at 10 am before they open. We had dinner the night before and Abbie was our wonderful and attentive server. Unfortunately, my daughter left her back pack and we only found out about it this morning when we were getting ready to leave our hotel. We decided to come at around 10 am, ready to wait until they open. Fortunately, Anthony answered the phone and looked for the back pack. He went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful for him. Keep up the good work and thank you again.

It was actually good. Better than I'd expected. The last time we had a family gathering there 5 yrs. back I swore I'd never go back. A friend was in town, he suggested it, so that's where we went. Drinks were good, no a long wait on ordering or getting our meals. Service was good and attentive.
