am
absolutely
livid
with
the
experience
I
had
at
this
Applebee's
branch.
I
cannot
express
my
frustration
enough.
The
wait
for
our
food
was
excruciatingly
long,
lasting
a
mind-numbing
25
minutes.
It
is
beyond
comprehension
that
a
supposedly
reputable
establishment
like
Applebee's
would
subject
its
customers
to
such
an
agonizing
wait.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
the
waiter
had
the
audacity
to
put
on
fake
smiles
while
completely
disregarding
our
concerns
about
the
delay.
It
was
evident
that
they
couldn't
care
less
about
how
long
our
food
took
to
arrive.
Their
lack
of
empathy
and
professionalism
was
truly
disheartening.
But
that's
not
all!
A
man,
who
appeared
to
be
a
manager
due
to
his
few
extra
pounds,
took
our
orders
and
then
vanished
into
thin
air.
We
never
saw
him
again
throughout
the
entire
ordeal.
How
can
a
so-called
manager
simply
abandon
his
responsibilities
and
leave
customers
hanging?
This
level
of
negligence
is
utterly
unacceptable.
When
our
food
finally
arrived,
it
was
not
only
cold
but
also
incredibly
unappetizing.
The
taste
was
far
from
what
one
would
expect
from
a
restaurant
chain
like
Applebee's.
It
was
as
if
they
had
taken
no
pride
in
their
culinary
offerings
whatsoever.
The
whole
experience
left
an
awful
taste
in
my
mouth,
both
literally
and
figuratively.
I
implore
everyone
reading
this
review:
do
not
subject
yourselves
to
this
abysmal
excuse
for
a
dining
experience.
Save
your
time,
money,
and
sanity
by
avoiding
this
particular
Applebee's
branch
at
all
costs.
The
service
is
abhorrent,
the
waitresses
are
disinterested
robots,
and
the
food
is
downright
repulsive.
Applebee's
should
be
ashamed
of
themselves
for
allowing
such
a
subpar
establishment
to
tarnish
their
brand
name.
I
sincerely
hope
that
management
takes
immediate
action
to
rectify
these
glaring
issues
before
more
unsuspecting
people
fall
victim
to
this
horrendous
dining
experience.
