Really bad first impression. We ordered a burger with fries and 2 blizzards. Blizzard's were melting when we got them and the burger and fries were lukewarm. The burger was also mediocre at best, all of the toppings were not spread evenly on the patty. I took one bite and it was like biting into an onion because that specific section had all of the onion. Probably the worst fast food meal ive ever had

I just moved back after being gone many years. This past summer we came in quite a bit as my toddler loves the mini blizzards. Today for being a good girl I took my toddler to get a mini blizzard and the girl working the drive-thru was not very friendly. When she attempted to hand us our blizzard I mentioned that they weren't quite full and she retorted that that's how they always are. Not impressed. Today at 4pm. I didn't want to make a scene in front of my child so hopefully you can take care of this.

The inside was clean, and the employees were attentive. The order was up quickly, and the food was 👍🏼

I feel the service or attitude in staff has declined over the last cpl yrs. They seem rushed or impatience when taking orders. I ordered a & the base was choc ice cream. Used 2b vanilla. One time they ask me what flavor base I wanted.

The food was quick to arrive, hot , delicious and affordable. The service was prompt and friendly. The only draw back for me was that many tables were dirty and had not yet been wiped down. There was only one other couple in the dining room with us and it didn't appear that they were that busy at the drive thru so I wondered why so many tables had not been cleaned.

My childhood favorite place to go. Unfortunately it's always busy. Which is the only down fall, because they are so good. The pretzel sticks with queso are my ultimate favorite. You wouldn't like it so I'll eat it for you. Just kidding. You'll love it.

Great customer service. Friendly and fast. Always clean.

There is a reason it's one of the few DQ's left. It's good, it's hot out... enough said. Oh, employees are cool AF

This Dairy Queen is a hit or miss. The ice cream and ice cream cakes are awesome, just like any Dairy Queen. However, this service can either be really good or really bad. It just depends on who is working that day.

They gave me the wrong order than refused to help me fix it I will never order from them again. I had faith that I could still get food from a place I once loved, but I guess I was wrong. Shame on you Dairy Queen hire better staff refer to the name on the bag.

Meh. The workers aren't the friendliest, but they get the meal to us in a timely manner, and I haven't had them mess it up yet. They also have dairy free dilly bars, so that's a plus. ♡

I use the drive thru so I have never been inside, but service at the window is always excellent. Good people

Store layout is real bad, but the food is good! Fair prices on lunch deals and it wasn't too busy last time I was there. Clean lobby and nice workers.

We got an ice cream cake for my granddaughters birthday. It was beautiful.

Great food, very friendly people. it was pretty slow when we went. The only thing that I was was kind of disappointed with was someone had spilt a soda on the floor and no one cleaned it up the entire time I was there so the floor was very sticky....but other than that it was excellent.

Dairy Queen is really underrated when it comes to their food. I like it enough but most DQ's are complete cluster-effs that I rarely even bother. My son wanted DQ as we were traveling home so I gave in, and this location surprised me. The service was friendly, the food was delivered fast, and it was hot and fresh. The bathroom was exceptionally clean which is always a good sign.

If you want a solid dried out chunk of ground beef on your burger this the place for you. Loved the burgers here before they remodeled a few years ago. The meat is obviously now cooked in a hot press from both sides squeezing every last ounce of flavor out. In house or drive through, day or night it’s always the same. I’m thinking the line must be for ice cream; ain’t know one lining up for flame broiled cardboard.

Dairy queen isn't the problem, the workers always give us the wrong meals. Double check your orders before you leave the drive through.

My friends and I went to get blizzards and drinks and there were 5 ants that came out of the soda machine when I tried to get my soda. Then they said they would clean the machine and didn't, I had to wait 20 minutes to have them get me a drink from the back.

Just waited in the drive through for ten minutes, I was the last in line and when I went to order the lights went out and a girls voice simply said, "we're closed" and turned the sound off too. Rude and Ridiculous!.

We ordered 3 blizzards. Two were the ones with brownies in it, and they tasted burnt. 😬 wasn't very good. And like always DQ is pricey for what it is.

We're back on the road again soon so this'll be a shorter review! This was literally the best dairy queen I've ever been to. So you know who was working. We came in at 845 on 7/5/22. A group of wonderful ladies was working there. Everyone had a great abs respectful attitude. Thank you ladies! And the food was totally fresh. Which rarely happens at most dairy queens.

I ordered a couple Blizzards and an ice cream cone and the girl who helped me at the window was just awesome!! Very friendly and they got my order to me very quickly. Sometimes too many take the time to write bad or mean review, these people at Dairy Queen deserve 2 BIG ol thumbs up. They have to deal with so many especially in a HOT DAY. I think they are Awesome and deserve the 5 stars!! My daughter calls Dairy Queen “the hospital” because you go there to get better!!! Great job KFalls Dairy Queen employees. I will ALWAYS COME BACK. Pretty dirty inside and they've got a serious ant problem by the soda machine... They've had that problem for quite a long time now... I'm gonna guess it's safe to assume that they don't clean the nozzles daily like they're supposed too!

I stopped in for lunch with my son. Watching people come and go. The girls we pretty polite until this older gentleman came in. When he placed his order he clarified that ot is a 6 piece not a 4. The girl return with his and was loud in saying "here is your 6 piece and not 4". Then the gentleman went to the counter to give them the sauce bace and two of the girls were making fun of him in a mean way. It will be a while before I come back to this rude behavior.

We used the drive thru. They had a sign up that we couldn't dine in, totally fine! Im thinking because COVID, can't have many people inside.... Ok. Not impressed when we pulled up to the window. We could see 5 employees. 4 with masks on their chin, not covering their mouth or nose! One of those on her cellphone, one other wearing Dirty saggy clothing, with hands in his ripped baggy pant pockets, Then he reached over to grab an ice cream cone🤢. The 5th person was the girl handing out the food, the only one wearing her mask 😷

The Best Chili Cheese Dogs in Klamath as thier onion rings. Dairy Queen is so much better than McDonald's, Burger King, or any of the others. Just go you will see.👍👍👍

Food was delicious, fast service, and a yummy hot fudge sundae was perfect to cool off on a hot day.

Went through the drive through, only ordered two blizzards and nothing else. Neither of the blizzards were the correct flavor and unfortunately we didn't realize until we got home and went to eat them.

Dairy Queen is good for the ice cream and all however their customer service is less then desirable. If the ladies are not gonna be happy and smiling then they are in wrong profession. Don't be snoty with me cause you can't handle how busy it always is
