Great staff, the burgers and jalapeno poppers were awesome.

I hate to give bad reviews, but the only thing good was the waitress. The fries were not cooked all the way and some were frozen. The clam chowder was like fishy paste. The club, well I can make a sandwich at home better than that. The meat on the Philly Steak was dry. The fried mushrooms were so greasy we had to dab them with napkins. The manager was just straight up rude. It was much better when David ran it. No trying to make it right or even apologetic. He told us many people come here so you don't need too. I would not recommend this place to an enemy.

It was very slow when we went in. We were seated quickly and are server was amazing. You really do have to try the corned beef hash and the biscuits and gravy.

So sad to see this place change. They had the best big burgers, huge chicken sandwiches, an a chef salad you could eat on for two days. Now everything is alot smaller with big prices. Such a disappointment!

My girlfriend and I went to Back 40 for dinner tonight. Well, we TRIED to eat there. We walked in and there was a sign that said, "wait to be seated or you run the risk of not being served". We heard the gal say "be right with you" from the back. We looked around and there were only 4 tables with people at them.We went ahead and sat down at a booth with no one close by and waited a few minutes. She came out and asked if we seated ourselves and we said yes. She said " well then, I cannot serve you tonight" Seriously, how many times has that sign been ,posted and you have just sat down? I know for me personally, it has been many. NEVER have I been refused service!! In today's economy, what restaurant in there right mind would turn away paying customers? We will NOT ever go back, and I would advise you all to do the same. The world has gone crazy! Casey's, also locally owned and operated, would NEVER do that!!!

We had a great breakfast here! Staff is friendly and the food is great! All at a pretty good price too. I got the biscuits and gravy with hasbrowns and my friend got the short stack pancakes with sausage :)

Well since the new owner took over it looks better inside and the ultimate B40 burger is good. But the prices are insane. My wife and I split it and good sweet potato fries and 2 sides of Ranch. Cost $23.00 They charged us extra $1 to cut the hamburger in half and $1.50 for 2 small sides of ranch. Ontop of that a $ 17 burger. Come on

Went again tonight. The quality has decreased since previous visits (new ownership is the rumor). The burgers used to be the best, but now, just a glorified McDonald's. And for some reason their sweet potato fries now come with sugar on them? Disappointed. It used to be a favorite. They did recently replace their tables and seating.

I have ate here several times. This time was different. The waitress was snippy the food was not so yummy. The waitress asked if we wanted ranch or tarter sauce and we said yes then we were charged for it. Then to top it all off we asked for 3 to go boxes and we were charged .50 a box. When I asked her about it she threw a menu on the counter and started yelling that it was right there. Will not be going back!!!

Great service and a good meal. Prices were good and had a good amount of food for the price!

I love the gluten free bread here and the clubhouse sandwich is so fresh and tasty. My husband loves the giant hamburgers. The restaurant is very clean We've eaten here 5 times now... always great food and service. We plan our trip to stop here.

Amazing service, great food, huge portions! Everything was good and we were thankful, because previous service had been bad and food not the best, but I believe there’s new owners now. Had the clam chowder, so far the best one in town I’ve had yet.

Bacon was cooked perfectly. Pancakes were huge & fluffy. Eggs were a bit more well done than I prefer, but I can just request them differently next time. I'd definitely eat there again!

I’ve been working in Klamath for 3 months now, and just when I thought all Hope was lost for me to find a decent real burger, I found this place!! A real hand press, ground beef patty. I loved it. Let me start off with their burgers are huge, but so worth it. I got a junior which is the size of a Regular burger, but I definitely wish that I would’ve gotten their “regular” size burger. The fries were cooked to perfection with a nice crunch, and an excellent coating of spices. Hands down, One of the, no, THEE best burger I’ve had since I’ve been in Klamath.

Heard of this place, but had never gone. My teenage boys wanted a burger, so we stopped and got the Hawaiian and a regular burger. It was incredibly filling and very delicious. The fry sauce was so good. Honestly it is a better deal for what you get in town. Really appreciated good service also!😊

They have awesome food & awesome service & the prices are good. It takes a really long time to get your food but it’s made fresh so it’s worth it. The steak & eggs is filet mignon, it’s so good. French beef dip with au jus is yummy. Never had it with cheese before but I like it. The cheese burgers are super delicious & huge so they take a min to cook but sooo good. Chocolate shakes are super yummy too. Pretty sure they use real ice cream. Oh and they used crushed ice in the drinks. My favorite.

Great food and service. Just make sure you're really hungry because you get a lot of food for a really good price. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable.

I got a turkey melt and my husband got a chili burger and it was all really good and fairly priced. Was trying to figure out a place to go and he said this spot was really good and I like trying new places (I’m surprised I’ve never gone) but I was super impressed. Service was excellent too ☺️

Excellent breakfast! Highly recommend the Corned Beef & Hash! They make it from scratch. Excellent service and very friendly atmosphere. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable.

My wife and I had brunch here for the first time The Rodeo burger was delicious. The service Was very good. Good atmosphere. I would stay away from the French toast. Will definitely come back.

The food was terrible but people were extremely kind and great with the kids I wish I could say the food was good but it was bland and flavorless sadly I have been here in the past and absolutely loved it but this time I was pretty disappointed with the food but the atmosphere is excellent

Very rude waiter who was to persistent on wanting to take our order came by 3 times in a 5 min time.. Since new ownership it's just not the same vibes are bad and just ya won't ever be back

Good food but the menu changed and prices increased. Still love it though, and the staff is always super nice and happy

I had the Rodeo Burger that has cheese, bacon and bbq sauce. It was huge, juicy and delicious. My partner had French toast which we will not order again. We split the burger and fries and left the French toast almost untouched. We will be back.

My wife and I had prime rib at back 40. Our server Gab is always so pleasant. The owner chef Lucio came to our table to make sure everything was ok. We had his home made clam chowder my wife's not a fan of chowder but liked his and myself thought it was some of the best we've had.

The service was good and lot of space to park. The food was just so so. The fish and chips were pretty good! If you're looking for a spot that has regular standard restaurant food this would be a good place to go but if you're looking for something exotic or gourmet I'd go somewhere else.

In the past, I have had good experiences with dining in and take out. But this past time dining in, it was noticeable worse than in the past. Waitng around 50 minutes and semi-burnt food. I don't know if there is new owners or something, but in its current state, it was not worth it.

One of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've had in a very long time. And, really good garlic french fries. The waitress was also excellent.

They do close a little early. But food was wonderful, little home grown place that has a great taste. Son had a big burger, and we had pasts dishes. All was very flavor filled. Also prices are fare. We will return.

Decent little restaurant offering burgers and mostly fried appetizers. Tasty, we'll cooked burger. Best fried mushrooms that I've ever had. Prices are steep but not crazy.

Not our favorite. Super salty food. We did love the fries (not fries in any pictures online) must be new!! Looks like they are known for their burgers, most likely the best route. We bought the 10oz ribeye it was super thin, salty and dry (ordered medium-well) green beans had to be canned they added bacon which made it worth it, also had mashed potatoes with gravy again it was salty. Had to stop eating cause I felt my blood preasure rising ( headache). I had to take a sip of my drink after every bite. We also had jalapeno poppers, over cooked, no flavor, tasted like overfried bread. We also had the cheese steak, which was super salty. The waitress was handling all orders, super hard worker and nice personality!

Went here for breakfast on new years day, this place is awesome. Most restaurants give you a small mug for coffee but not this place, they give you a huge mug for coffee which is AWESOME!!! You don't have to have a staff member come around every 5 min to get more than a gulp. The mug size is amazing, the food portions are amazing. I had the cattleman's breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, has browns and sourdough toast. Will come here again.

Tried to go to this restaurant. Tried being the optimum word. There were two servers that I could see both wearing pajamas one could not speak English but they didn't acknowledge us and they helped the other customers that came in 20 minutes after we did. At one point I looked in the kitchen to see then both standing there. They were rude and not even busy. Won't go back ever..
