Expanding Chain of Mexican Food outlets. KFalls Store located in Strip Mall behind the Del Taco on Washburn. Store Hours expanded to 7AM-9PM, Everyday. Parking Lot big enough to acccomodate some RVs. This store is just north of Walmart store boundary past a vacant lot, next to the Verizon Cell Service Outlet. Constitent food servings. Burritos full size and good value. Ground beef is lean meat not hamburger. Prices very reasonable in this pandemic Era. Do check out condiment station next to beverage dispenser.

The service and atmosphere were great! Tacos, not so much. Carne asada was lacking seasoning and the al pastor looked delish, but it also lacked flavor. The tortillas were also just warmed up. So it just seemed dry and flavorless. I was hoping the salsa would save the tacos but to no avail. They were just hot and had no flavor at all. Kinda sad, cause their logo was pretty awesome.

My all time favorite place to grab n go! They have huge portions. I absolutely love their vegetarian burrito and their spicy carrots! No one can beat their carrots!! Five stars all the way. Excellent/fast service. Ask for a to go punch card!!

Was my 1st time in Jalapeños, and with my young Latina girlfriend leading the way, I was impressed by the size of my plate and it was very good when I tasted it! They added some ingredients to my chicken burrito and called it "Supreme" and they nailed it! Thanx for the experience, will most definitely be eating here again!

I went here for the first time and ordered a breakfast burrito. I had to wait 15 minutes because of call in orders then when I got the breakfast burrito it was the worst one that I ever bought and I couldn't finish it. It consisted of mostly sloppy refried beans, the eggs weren't cooked all the way and it wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. The best thing about the meal was the salsa.

Most discusting burritos I have ever eaten. So mad they ruined my dinner. Ordered the Jalapeño special in chicken smelt like fish. Had also ordered the steak and potatoe burrito more potatoe and coagulated sour cream.

Staff went out of there way to provide what I asked for ( food for 20), in a way that provided the most food and sides at the best value. They even helped me get it out to my vehicle. Awesome

Jalapeños never disappoints me. My husband and I go often and are always happy with the food, and the service is great friendly and very clean

My cousin insisted we eat here, over El Rodeo's or Sergio's, and color me impressed! They can have a full house and still whip out your order in an accurate, timely manner. Plus, I love how many different options there are to choose from. 11/10 would pass through again!

Great pit stop that's healthier than fast food. I stopped here driving through on a road trip and was impressed. I ordered the Adobe chips with no beans, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. For $10 excellent value! The hot salsa is what stands out to me. I just got their namesake burrito with steak and lathered it in the spicy salsa. Left full and happy.

I ask for a pork burrito with beans & cheese. The man who took my order was so nice. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted Oh, my. It was was so delicious. Perfect.

Always fresh food served quick. They treat you as if you are a long lost friend or a part of their family. Clean restaurant, upbeat music that is not loud enough to where you can't have a conversation.

For "as close to authentic" fast food places, Jalapenos has never let me down. The food is always great and made with fresh ingredients and my order is always correct. I'm a big fan of the call in, order ahead and pickup method. You're greeted with friendly service, rung up and outta there quickly. There are 2 locations in Klamath and honestly they're both great!

When hubby and I feel like quick and delicious Mexican food, Jalapenos is our go-to. I usually get their carne asada taco combo plate and hubby always gets a bean and cheese burrito.

The crew was really great. The food was awesome. I ordered the "Chris burrito". It had all of my favorite items in it. Want to make me happy? Chorizo!!!! The hot sauces were actually hot and had a nice flavor too. Sadly I forgot to take a picture, I was hungry. The horchatta was ok. Seemed a bit watered down.

Great food especially for the price, not to mention the fact that they load your plate up.

Stopped their on our way from Reno to Portland while heading back home to Vancouver, Canada. Staff members are super friendly and we loved our fish tacos 🌮 . Our car had some engine issues and the girl at the cash counter gave us directions us to a nearby auto shop. Muchas gracias!

Had a great experience here, we ordered afew different things. The man who helped us (I think the manager) [guy with earring with cross hanging] was nice and helpful. Food has been great only flaw is one time the meat wasn't cooked all the way. Other than that can't complain, taste great and would definitely recommend.

Came in right before closing and they were super nice and accommodating. The burritos are HUGE and amazing. They serve eggs and potatoes in some of them too. Yum! Tortillas are homemade. Great salsa bar. Authentic fast and fresh Mexican food.

The Taco shop on Washburn is the only one I have been to. It is good food but my complaint is order a Chicken burrito ask for no sour cream but could I have fresh jalapenos on burrito and they want to charge over .80 cents and then tell me there are no substitutions when I have been here before and they have given me what I asked for without extra price I can't believe they want to charge .80 for something you can almost purchase a bushel for and sour cream cost more and I ask for no sour cream

After driving by on the way to Walmart dozens of times the smell of good food finally pulled us in. The food was excellent and the service was great. Very friendly, clean, and besides the great food they have an awesome hot sauce bar.

Good food. Good prices. Reminds me of home. Good service. When I order in advance it's usually ready by the time I get there, or a very short wait. Salsa bar is pretty standard, but I would say most places' salsa bars are very lacking, very substandard. Hey most of the time if I'm writing a Google review it's because I want to complain.

One if the traits of a good taco shop is the percentage of customers speaking Spanish. Lots of Spanish spoken. The burrito was amazing. Wrap was flakey and just strong enough to hold the burrito together. Tasty
