Horribly unorganized restaurant, told us we were in the way when waiting for a table inside, and then forgot about us when we told them we would wait in the lobby. Took others that came in after us but never came to get us when a table was available. After we were finally seated, the service was very slow and spotty. We asked 3 different wait staff 3 separate times for a single straw for the child’s drink we had already received. The manager Denise was also very rude and abrasive towards a 2 year old child. An older gentleman sitting nearby was also ignored for a long period of time and was not getting the service he deserved. Will not return and will advise friends and family to do the same. Big disappointment for such a great location.

The way the staff treats children here is deplorable. I witnessed the incident yesterday (Mother’s Day 2022), and came to see if the family left a review. I’m happy to see they have. Denise acted absolutely inappropriate towards that child, and should be ashamed of herself. The family that Denise harassed were wonderfully polite, and the child she verbally assaulted was well behaved, adorable, and did nothing that warranted being screamed at by a stranger. Disgusting behavior.

Our waitress told us they didn’t have soup or cottage cheese but as I went to the bathroom I saw people eating soup. While I was ordering she didn’t ask me fries or hash browns, or biscuit or bread. Didn’t seem experienced but the other times I’ve been here with different waitress they are lovely and experienced, I think it was just the one lady, my food was great but the tobacco was watered down tasting overall I think it was just a bad time cause I usually love it

We were out on Father's day waited almost two hours to receive our food. Waitresses never bother to inform on why, we almost left, several other customers did leave , plus eggs weren't cook over medium but over easy eggs running.

We were literally the only customers in the place. Others came in around noon. 45 minutes it too to get two breakfasts. Waitress was rude, service was terrible. We won't be back. So much for a fun airport experience.

A one star is being very generous, a women here by the name of Denise was very rude, aggressive and inappropriate to a two year old child. Definitely would not recommend coming here ESPECIALLY with a child.

Although I haven't eaten here yet......YET.....But looked up the directions and plan to eat breakfast there soon. Especially seeing as their right next door to Air National Guard Base and their air field.

Food was amazing, service was great, prices better then most in the area

I love their breakfasts. Great food, great view, and friendly service. It’s always topped off when the F-15’s fly by while sitting down for breakfast.

Had breakfast here to enjoy the view at the airport! Was a tad slow getting our food, but not a big deal. Breakfast was good - standard fare and served with a smile, and with coffee cups that were kept full throughout the meal. Great place to eat and watch the planes fly!

Great food, good prices, friendly staff and a great view of the tarmac. Don't be in a hurry and enjoy the atmosphere.

The service was wonderful to our family with 3 kids. Very few places have been this wonderful.

Food was quick and good. Our waitress Denise was very nice and fun to talk with!! Definitely coming back soon!

Our first time coming here. Saturday lunch was really good! I had the Upper deck chicken club sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in Klamath, my husband had a Ruben that was actually a real Ruben, he loved it! I highly recommend the Upper Deck for great food and great views out the windows, a little gem for Klamath!

We haven't eaten here in years. Someone told me they were still open and the food was good. We decided to try it for breakfast. The food was great, portions were big, the service was excellent and friendly. It was a nice peaceful meal. Not busy, great view of the airport and the east side of the basin. I'm coming back for lunch soon.

The view is so pretty, even though we didn’t see a plane go. The food is so good and big portions! The Bloody Mary was amazing and the service was so friendly!

Have gone to this place since I was a kid. Always loved it and always had great food and service. Funny how one morning can ruin the experience. There new server named denice completely ignored us. Never brought drinks and was very rude. 5 stars for food 1 star for denice.

Good food, retiree patrons. Came here looking for a view of Air Force planes but they had been moved down the field. Kids liked the food and there is some memorabilia to look at. Friendly staff.

The food is delicious and the employees are . Wonderful. the scenery is great also looking out and watching the planes come and go at the airport.

Visiting Klamath and thought this would be a great place to try. After reading the reviews and how this is not a child-friendly restaurant, we went elsewhere. If there would have been a comment to let others know the problem was addressed, we definitely would have come by.

Food was great once we got it, over an hour wait and 3 other tables that came in after us received their food before us. And the waitress never came over to give us any explanation we were not told that our food was coming out until we went to the kitchen and asked for it.

This would be a nice place to take a little kid who is into jets. The views are better than the food, which was fine but underwhelming. The waitress was great and service was snappy.
