Well they are true to their word about being rv friendly. Sometimes pilot says they ste but when you pull in you find otherwise. They offer a 5 cent a gallon discount if you are a member of good sam travel. They also have discounts if you use their app. One drawback at this station, was they only had one person pumping gas and it was busy. Pe prepared to be patient. Also cheapest gas before entering California if you are south bound on us 97

Diesel gas. SUPER clean bathrooms. They have all the resources too. Washer and dryer! They pump your gas, friendly man. The staff here is superb. There is everything you can look for. Hot food, self serve drinks, selection of beverages, tobacco, beer, big rig items, scanning, scratchers, atm, subway the sandwich place, souvenirs.

I do NOT recommend the laundry at this facility. I have more spit in my mouth than water in the machine. Save your money. But the shower on the other hand was beautiful and clean.

This store does not know how to treat their employees, they show favoritism to anyone who is of same color as they are, and they also willingly give out other employees private information so they do not have to be the 1 who contacts the employee to come to work. Even though it is their job.

The parking lot is not very large, but the showers are well designed and clean with good water pressure. The store was a bit chaotic because it might have been delivery day and boxes were stacked in aisles.

Putting in a rv dump at this travel center was a good idea. However, whoever the brilliant idiot was that decided to put a 10 inch tall curb around it so that we have to lift our poop up and over the curb, great idea. The drain pipe should always be at ground level so that it flows downhill. I would not recommend dumping at this location. I dont appreciate the stupid design.....🫡

The Pilot Travel Center was clean, had a clean bathroom, and the smell of Subway lured us to get sandwiches (great customer service, by the way)!! We left with gas in our tank, yummy food, and we were refreshed for the rest of our trip!!

I get caught off guard Everytime I’m on this side of the states. For the most part people are genuinely nice like most of the south. The east coast people are hell in a hand basket. Have too be on edge. One of the better pilots, clean showers not just mopped. No mold or dust on vents or fans. Scolding hot water, good pressure. Good parking.

My friend and I go here often and each time I do not accompany them directly, these employees will always treat him poorly. Bad enough that they are overpriced, but to have employees whispering as you walk around the store about you. Conversations between employees would drop when we walk in only for them to start whispering about us. (I say this because they are not subtle and I can hear them whispering down the aisle.) They are snobbish towards customers and sometimes plainly rude for no reason.

People are friendly but it's a pretty run-down place. Parking has a good amount of vacuum space

The angry girl with the butterfly throat tattoo needs a lesson in class and professionalism. I don’t care about the tattoo. I have plenty, myself. It’s only clear way to identify her. She hates everyone because she thinks the whole world is after her. The whole world hates her because she hates them. But she massively lacks in professionalism. She’s going to give your store a bad name. Btw, when your washer and drier doesn’t work, please put out of order signs on them instead of virtually telling people you don’t care by responding by saying “they aren’t ours”. At least act like you care. Also when someone is standing in line and they are the first in line you do not look at somebody across the store and say can I help you. That is very rude just ask to help the next person that is in the line in front of you.

Not a good experience. After being on the road for a bit, we decided to stop here for the night as we had been here before in the past. We arrived at 9-9:30 pm and we were very tired and hot. We have a suburban and were towing an older utility trailer. We have 6 dogs and 9 cats we were traveling with (we are in the process of moving to another state 2500 miles away), so we always like to find a spot that's away from people and parked in the back where the truckers park. The lot was not crowded at all. Didn't think anything of it until we were woken up at 7:30am by a gray suv driving fast, pulling in very close next to us and a blondish woman (not sure who she was) telling us abruptly that we need to leave or it's going to be $15. We were very confused because we had been here before and never had any issues. So, we quickly left and pulled into the Love's truck stop literally next door. We have stayed here for 2 nights, and not once has anyone bothered us or tried to make us pay something, etc.. We have spent over $300 at Love's truck stop while we have been here, so Pilot not only lost $15, but they also lost over $300 and 2 customers who will never go back. Love's truck stop for the win!! They are always super nice, always greet you with a welcome and a smile, and it's always nice and clean. 2 stars to Pilot 👎🏻and 5+ stars to Love's 👍🏻!

Pretty busy place, employees are hustling to keep it nice for the travelers. Taylor sent us on our way with everything we needed and a smile. Great service here folks, thanks for all you do.

This place is ageist against 30s adults and will only hire 18-20 somethings as managers a subway. Favoritism is rampant and turnover is high. They hire inept teenagers or 20 somethings can’t can’t manage or balance the till or any other managment responsibilities. They are also outwardly racist in addition being ageist. They have too many managers who get paid to stand around and talk/do nothing and abuse older subway employees. Do not work here, do not spend money here and do not support klamath falls.

We were traveling and stopped at this Pilot. We went inside for a couple of things and Christopher checked us out. He was so helpful and had an excellent attitude. It was a great experience!

Staff is severely untrained. After getting fuel, I wasted 25 minutes while 3 different people there tried to figure out how to print a shower ticket. Ended up walking away.

I dropped my phone while washing my windshield I didn't realize it until I was about 15 miles away when I went back to get it using locate device the employee that was pumping my gas said he hadn't seen it when locater stated it was there for 6 days until battery went dead oh it did "walk around" the first couple hours then stayed at the gas attendants register area after that. It's a shame it was an expensive phone and it was only a few months old I guess somebody thought they needed it more than I did

👍👍 Been awhile since I stopped in Portland Street Market, but I was a regular for years when I lived in the neighborhood. A great place to grab tasty sandwiches. Maybe one of the best beer selections in the entire town if you're looking for something besides the old standbys. Honestly, a pretty great s...
