Terrible. The kids working in there didn’t know a Jimmy John’s franchise from a soup kitchen. They never asked what kind of bread I wanted. Charged $1.00 for cheese I was not told was an extra and I said I did not want. The boy at the register asked if I wanted the sauce that came on that particular Club sandwich, I said yes. Nope, I didn’t get it. He asked what I wanted from a list of free ‘extras’ and I chose pickles & mustard, he asked yellow or spicy, etc. Nada. Not a trace of them appeared on the sandwich. What was on the white bread was too much mayonnaise, a very few shreds of lettuce and a glob of slapped on sandwich meat. No tomatoes as listed on menu. No pickles no mustard. I see that sauce and mustard are listed on the ticket as well as the $1.00 For cheese. He blows off the $1.00, and hands me two packets of mustard!! I realize this is just one person’s experience, but DO NOT PUT UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES IN A FRANCHISE!!! I expected a Jimmy John’s sub and got meat on plain white bread $8.50.

First time ever eating there and was not satisfied at all. The bread was dry, ends were hard, no mustard, one ring of a sliced onion on half the sandwich, no flavor from the Italian dressing and the sandwich was not cut in half! These young employees definitely don't know how to build a real sub sandwich! Very disappointing.

Just got a sandwich from JJ and it has 1 slice of roast beef for the whole sandwich

Called in a sandwich order for pick up. Came in and paid, we were really hungry. Staff dropped the ball and we sat there waiting and our food got put to the side. We waited and waited until finally we asked about our food. There it was sitting there behind the counter. Nobody cared. There were 5 or 6 staff and nobody cared. They were all talking and joking with each other and could not be bothered with customers. Bummer.

Slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. Literally four people working and no one in shop and it took twenty mins to get our two sandwiches…

First time there. It's Friday so decided to order a tuna sandwich. Tuna with extra lettuce, what could go wrong? Dry bread, tuna was made with way too many onions and was overpowering with little mayo. I ate 2 bites and tossed it. 4 hours later and several hand washings and my fingers still smell of onions. I'll never go there again. Subway doesn't screw up a simple tuna san..

This is for their Medford location. Went there once and I wouldn't call this place a "deli." Not sure what I would call it, other than a ripoff. What they call a sandwich isn't really any better, or honestly, worse than what you can make at home. When I go to a deli, I want quality meat, bread, choices, and service. This place has none of that. I live in K. Falls now and noticed there is one here. I would never walk into that place. Subway is better, and that is saying a lot since Subway it slightly above average.

What a disappointment, Only one kind of cheese, They couldn't even put mustard on our sandwiches. Had to look for the meat it was that bad. What recommended the nobody?

What a joke. 45 min delivery when I can see them out my hotel window. Hard bread. Where's the ham!!! Extra tomatoes, again where.

Forgot my order, longer wait,I had to remind them I didn't get my order for 10 minutes or longer.

The only complaint I have is that I wish they had the option of putting the cold cuts and cheese before lettuce and tomato in my roll. Why put the lettuce and tomatoes in the inside. However, their sandwiches always taste so fresh; it's worth taking the time to "fix" my sandwich.

I was called and told they are no longer accepting delivery orders after 8:30pm. (On doordash it states 9pm is the cut off.) It would be pretty easy to just update that on DoorDash to not waste customers time. The person I spoke with was nice about it and stated I would not be charged for the order. However I was still charged for the order and had to go through DoorDash customer service for a refund.

Pre-cutting and layering the cold cuts creates a compressed slab of meat and cheese that is no fun to eat. Didn't appreciate the looks I got when I didn't tip their $9 sub either. No thanks.

It was a very tasty sandwich. It was my first time there, they directed me well to find the best sandwich and it tasted very good.

Placed online order, called to add another order. Before I could say hello I was cut off saying, “we aren’t taking any more order we are slammed”. I wish I knew we had the option to stop taking orders cause it got busy when I worked fast food. Crazy times we are living in

Wasn't impressed with the food tbh. It was just an overly priced cold sandwich. I did like the little croutons on my chicken wrap but other then that, I'd probably go to subway instead.

Just called to see if this location has the lettuce wraps. When she answered the phone ... no hello nothing. "Jimmy Johns" is all she said. I told her over the phone that a no hello or no thank for calling Jimmy John's wasn't professional. The store in GP know how to greet their customers over the phone or in person. Also, why aren't your lettuce wraps on the online website. Thx.

Ordered three sandwiches 2 of which were the same but instead gave me a big one without telling me. The sandwiches had close to nothing on them and was told that because I paid cash in order to receive a refund because it was delivered they needed to take the food back which in the food industry, you can't even do! You can't just take delivered food back after you've already left. This was going to be my first time eating here but I got to say never again.

Ordered late email told me the next day I called they let me know it ready come down love ❤️ Jimmy John's crew!

I said NO PICKLES. Someone here cannot read. Not the first time this has happened. Double check your order before you leave the pickup area.

Good food, great service. Just right amount of mayo; not sloppy, nor skimpy. Dine in or Take out. What's not to love?

Over priced with very little meat on my sandwich

The smile that happens on my mother's face when I tell her lunch at Jimmy John's tells it all. The delivery to those I work with at Bi-Mart also says it all. Jimmy John's has won our hearts. Thank you.

Great people and the sandwiches are amazing. I wish they delivered to the community college. I think they should open a second location at KCC. They would get the highway traffic and the students would have somewhere to eat.

If North Shore or Wendy’s can deliver to the Gatewood area, so should this place. What do you mean Gatewood is outside the delivery area? Makes no sense.

Never can seem to get order right. Either it's missing an item on the sandwich or the directions aren't followed. For example cutting the sandwich in half or adding cheese or even putting napkins in bag.
