Very nice trail although I recommend going with a friend as not all sections felt entirely safe. Runs along the river and crosses some intersections but is great for running and biking. Nice to see so many people out and about!

My dog was attacked numerous times by the same dog within seconds of the other dog arriving. The sheriff could only give her a warning so that dog will be back. Watch out for a pure female Siberian husky with an older careless woman as the owner.

This morning I ran a 5 mile section of this trail. It is tasted and we'll maintained. Going east takes you through beautiful farmlands. I saw one other runner. Mostly people walking their dogs.

There was a volunteer in the caboose who asked us to sign the guest book and told us the history on display around the interior. She was very friendly, I repeat a volunteer, unpaid and she was unflappable if you tried to through a curve ball to get her to trip up. She didn't.

It's beautiful country out there and lots of other areas as well but that picture is oversees the lake and the highway from above looking down at the highway at such an incredible steep grade on that Mountain. Lots of Wildlife in different areas another thing is the sunset from on top of the mountain it's beautiful.

Great views all through out the trail and awesome historical site. This unique klamath trail has it all. A walk through town and a Mild hike on the Outskirts of town.

I enjoy walking on this trail; its away from traffic, people wave or say hi as you walk by. People do need to either pick up after their dog or don't let it poo/pee on the pavement.

I enjoyed the dog park it had a shelter couple tables & some agility equipment & plenty of doggy bags & three buckets for water along the fence, it does state that you need to remember to bring your own water. Also my two pounder couldn't get through although being service dog's I don't have to worry about it. It would be a great place to have a small dog meet up; like we used to attend the Denver Yorkies back in Colorado. We had great turn outs sometimes we had over 100 small dogs other breeds were invited! Might have to organize something like that here. Anyways great little park, on July 15 @ 5pm @ Fred Mayers they are having a meeting about the park.

Although it's paved it's terrible to bike on. So many breaks in the tar. Don't know if it's due to frost heaves out just structurally planned that way, but it's too jarring to bike in. Such a shame!

Restrooms and picnic areas are far between, but the trail has some nice spots to hike
