This was a super fun experience. The guides were great too, kept us safe and entertained. Some of the ziplines took a good 30 seconds to get across and you'd reach upwards of 40MPH on them. And there were some great views from high up in the trees there. There's a few rappels too but you don't have to do anything other than lean back and let the guides lower you down. Probably not the best if your scared of heights but you are clipped on to something 100% of the time so you're safe no matter what.

I've zip lined in 6 countries and this is one of my favorites, the views are amazing, there are 9 lines, which is more than a lot of places. A few fast ones and a super long last one. The staff are very professional, fun and friendly. There is a gift shop that sells food and beer also. Highly recommended.

What an amazing day spend with friends I met in 1987 while being a military spouse. They have been for years telling me to come visit Oregon. Today they took me zip lining. Rachel and Cheyenne are awesome trainers and guides. The trip was absolutely a blast! If I could only get a hang of stopping LOL. But other than coming in hot I would definitely visit over and over if I lived here. This east coaster LOVED my adventure today!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

My family had a great experience last week! Even though it was an incredibly windy day, the entire experience felt super safe and the guides were excellent. It was a 3 hour experience for our group across the 9 lines. The two best lines were the long ones - especially the one that went over the tree tops. Highly recommended if you love zip lines. Store had loads of fun sasquatch themed merchandise and outdoor gear.

Family of 4 went for Father’s Day and had a great time. Was extremely skeptical at first but the guides Ethan and Sam were amazing. They made us feel safe and comfortable the whole time. Definitely a fun adventure!

Amazing place! Equipment is great and the store is very professional. Insider tip. If you have little ones under 10 or are too small to go on the bug zip line tour, add an extra hour to the younger zip line and leave the kiddos there! Grown ups can then do the big zipline. Younger ones can eat a snack or hang out with guides watching them. 100% would recommend

I seldom leave reviews but this was so much fun! We loved our guides Darren and Ricky! They were very professional and made sure everyone was safe and had fun. The zip line routes are thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend!

Had a blast! Came with a group of five people for my birthday. The guides were so helpful even when I struggled a bit. (Hi Ricky and Avery! You guys were awesome!) They were joking with us the whole time which helped calm my nerves. Overall an amazing experience. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here, it was for her 50th birthday and what a ride it was. We'll definitely be back next year to do it again. Scott and Ethan were just fabulous and a bunch of fun. What a great time. 👍👍👍👍

Hands down, this is the BEST zip line experience in the Pacific NW!! All of the staff are so personable! Our guides, Avery and Ethan, were so patient with us and extremely thorough too! We are so grateful for our memorable experience and highly recommend Crater Lake ZipLine for everyone!! They have the longest zip line in the Pacific NW and the views are breathtaking!! I can’t wait for our next visit!! Thank you for creating such a remarkable adventure!!

The employees were awesome and explained every step of the process so even if you are a newbie you'd be confident. They take extra care of the younger crowd to make sure they are okay with the braking. There was an employee that took pictures along the way that you could purchase at the end if you wanted. Porta-potties were mostly clean. They had cold sodas and energy drinks available for purchase.

What an incredible experience! My daughters had such an amazing time at Crater Lake ZipLine! The staff was so welcoming, friendly, funny and so mindful while working with kids! I truly appreciate them making our first time there memorable. It will definitely not be our last time there!

AMAZING!! Our three kids (ages 5-10) did the Sasquatch course for 90 mins and had a blast! There was plenty of supervision and the course was very well done. It was high enough for a thrill but with a safe locking mechanism to keep the kids on the line. We will definitely go back for the adult course next time (and know the kids will be well watched!)

We had an amazing time with our guides Nathan and Ricky! As a beginner I was excited, but nervous. Nathan and Ricky explained everything really well and were so friendly. They made the experience awesome. I would definitely go back!

We could not have had a more amazing afternoon. Our guides, Nathan and Ricky, made the experience great. They made it even more, caused many laughs and our group of strangers felt like friends by the end. I can not wait to return.

We went on a kayak tour. The company is a good outfitter: the gear was in great condition and the tour guide was helpful and knowledgeable. We got the upgrade of the clear kayak, but decided it wasn't worth it. You couldn't seem much other than plants below the boat. The headquarters area is well appointed with food and drinks available and a store to buy a few supplies (clothes, sunscreen, small drybags). They had porta potties that were very clean and even had hand sanitizer.

Great experience! Our family of 4 did the zip line tour with Nathan and Isaac. They were the best guides for our total group of 10. They were very professional but also made sure everyone was comfortable. They did a super job explaining everything before we left. The entire experience was relaxing- and I’m afraid of heights!! But I loved it, we all did! Highly recommend this place.

Perfect for families. Their model is all about something for the kids and something for the adults even when the ages/sizes don't make it work for all to do the same activity. The kids ziplined and we did axe throwing. I was worried about the timing but they were so laid back letting us get the kids settled and watch them for a round before taking us to axe throwing. The kids zip I'd say is best for like 10 and under. My kids loved that they could just go around and around, not a one or two turns then you're done. Very reasonable priced. Appreciated that they rented windbreakers as it was unseasonably cold our day there. The only negative I have is if you plan to eat/drink there their set up makes it a bit slow. Seriously a great day and I'd recommend for any family!

I must say that I was totally scared starting off.. After doing the 1st couple of lines I felt a little more comfortable. But the repelling was totally scary . But it was fun and I did fine. The whole experience was wonderful something I've never done before and totally enjoyed. I would do it again.. I recommend it to anybody who has a sense of adventure. Thank you for a wonderful tour.

We had such an amazing time yesterday with Ethan and Avery. They were great at making you feel safe and that you were doing a great job. I can tell you I was a hot mess on my breaking and landing and Avery was so sweet and didn't make me feel bad at all. I would highly recommend this ziplining. The only thing I would recommend is having a camera person on the last repel those would make some great memories for people and everyone seemed to be really comfortable by then and we're letting loose.

We had the best time, went ziplining with my mom and 4 sisters! Lenny and Ethan were our guides and they were so fun and made us laugh! It was exhilarating and exciting, would totally do it again!

Went here on the last day of our OR trip, 07/13/22. I wasn't able to make the adult ziplining time and watched my 8 and 11yo girls do the Sasquatch kids' ziplining version. At first, my 8yo and couple of the boys of similar age were a little bit scared and hesitant. After the 1st round, they couldn't get enough. Eventually, they lasted the entire 2 hours duration of repeated rounds! My 8yo said bring on the adult version. Haha. She did some suggested stunts that the guide showed for the "brave kids." Both my 11yo and 8yo had a blast. Definitely would recommend for the younger ones, under 12yo.

The guides were my favorite part honestly. I have ziplined in many areas and the guides really make the experience! Ethan and Addy were amazing and made everyone in our group of 10 feel safe and comfortable. The overall experience was unforgettable and I highly recommended going! The food was really good too!

We brought our nieces here for their first zip lining experience - they had a blast and so did we! Lennie and Addie were fantastic guides, and everything felt safe yet fun. Beautiful views too!
