We stopped in at the last minute traveling from S. California to the Portland area. The woman that was attending the front desk that night was very polite and friendly. We needed an ADA room, so she let us take a look at the one that was available to see if it would meet our needs. While we showed up around 10 pm, the hotel was quiet and stayed quiet even during check out the next morning. Pros: Dog friendly! Quiet (the pool was still closed so that might have helped)! Clean! Cons: The $300 refundable fee (cash only) and the rules to get it back. The rules make it sound like if you breathe wrong they'll keep your money. The bed was very much blatantly sagging on one side. If you're going to charge a $300 refundable fee (and keep it for the most outrageous reasons), then you could at least have beds that are not sagging. While it served our very last minute needs, we don't plan on staying here again. The sagging bed and the ridiculous rules about the $300 fee is enough to steer us somewhere else next time. Yes, we did get our $300 back, but the rules were absurd.

Not the best place to stay. There's no lamps i n the room, only glaring overhead lights. The internet didn't work. The paint and caulking needed updating. If you are on a budget and don't have any other choice, it'd be okay to stay here. It was clean enough and safe, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

This place was not very good at all. We were traveling with our family -- adults, five children. We booked two double queen rooms and they were ok. The pool was good although the pool area was piled high with huge stacks of boxes and jugs of chemicals. The beds are pretty hard and squeaky. The rooms are not especially clean and that was frustrating. When we got up the next morning and headed down for breakfast we found that despite the advertising of free breakfast -- one of our main criteria for choosing a hotel for our kids -- there is in fact no breakfast available. When we asked we were told they have not put that process back in place yet. It would have been nice if they had updated their website so that we could have booked a different place and not had five hungry children who were expecting to wake up and eat and instead had to wait while we went to find something else. We saw at least two other families who came looking for food while we were there. Pretty messed up to say you offer that option and then you actually don't. I would not book here again.

Let's start with could not check in till a hour later cause no staff showed up then the maintenance guy checked me in charged me double then he told me he didn't do that, had to argue with them. Then there was no bedding had to go ask for bedding, then they closed the pool on a holiday weekend, then my room wasn't getting cleaned. They told me they had no staff to clean the rooms. Don't ever stay there trash outside they don't clean it. Making a complaint with corporate

Don't recommend this place at all. It looks appealing in the picture but it's very run down. We reserved a sweet that was supposed to have a nice big tub in it but when we got there they gave us an ava room with a shower ment for a disabled person on the 3rd floor. The elevator didn't work so we had to hike all our bags up and down 3 flites of stairs. When we got up to the room the soap bottles that were supposed to be haging on the wall were on the floor and the toilet wouldn't stop running. The bed was supper hard and uncomfortable so sleep was not very good. Now they did have a small fridge in the room but not a microwave so the fridge seemed pointless except for drinks. We also found toys and trashe left in the room from the previous renters. The breakfast was the worst we have ever had at a hotel. Sausage was soaking in water and the powder eggs were still flaky. I think the only thing we liked was the yogurt. The only good thing this hotel had was the morning staff member was really nice but he seemed to be running the hole downstairs lobby by himself. This place really needs remodeling and better upkeep.

First on line our room was 159.99 then we added both our beagles at 35 each we were charged 210 for our room with no explanation. Rooms are very wore out, shower didn't work, carpet is coming apart at the seams both in our room and in the hallway. When I spoke to the hotel while making our reservations we were told our room would be on the first floor, when we arrived they put us on the second floor After 8 hours of driving i just wanted to watch one tv show and then go to bed, but the remote didn't work. So I called the front desk and was told to come down to the front desk, pickup new batteries and they would print me off the programming instructions so I could program the remote. Very unimpressed with the lack of customer service Would not recommend staying here

Noisy people, barking dogs, elevator doesn’t go to the third floor, vending machine out of water, can’t print the receipt, somebody covered the smoke detector with a shower cap which I luckily noticed. Key card works about every third time to open the door. And, they need an extra blanket for the bed, or at least an extra one available in the room, for when you get cold in the middle of the night. Bottom line. As with the La Quinta hotel chain, it seems that when Wyndom takes over one of these hotel chains, it’s more into making money rather than reinvesting into the property. Very deteriorated from 13 years ago when I first stayed here and it was very nice and clean.

The elevator only went to the 2nd floor because the button was broken. Otherwise, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and place was quiet. The room had a lovely view of the rv storage facility.

This is a quiet motel. I do want to point out that it is hard to locate disabled parking in the front. There were no obvious blue signs. The front desk staff was friendly and my husband reports the breakfast was good. The pillows were great and I slept well in a room equipped for disability. The shower head (moveable) put out a very weak stream of water. An odd incident happened after we checked out. My husband feared something was lost so he went back in the room and looked around. He reported seeing "trash" under the bed, specifically a brown medicine type bottle and some other stuff. When we were on the road -- 5 minutes after leaving the hotel -- I called the front desk and explained what he had seen --- to update them to tell housekeeping. The woman who answered put me on hold and came back. She reported she had gone into the room with someone from housekeeping and they had looked but had not seen this trash my husband reported, stating they had only found one Fred Meyer's receipt. My husband remains adamant that he saw trash. I am not sure what to make of this.

This is the absolute WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was completely dirty, bedding had stains, the couch had stains all over it and they charge a $300.00 deposit CASH or CREDIT CARD if you book your hotel ahead of time. This hotel does not even deserve a star. This is the hotel for you if you like to walk through the parking lot and find needles everywhere!

Not being from the area, it was a little tricky to find with GPS being sorta spotty for some reason. But, it was a nice room, the breakfast was above average except for not having milk for the cereal and waffle mix being so watered down that it made disgusting, deformed mush packets in the shape of a waffle. All in all 4 out of 5.

As a Wyndham Resort we were thinking this was going to be fantastic, since that is what Wyndham sales associates sell. We were very disappointed in this Inn. The room was absolutely too small! Hardly any walking space at all. The bed was so uncomfortable. We did not have a good nights rest. The pool was filthy. It was so disappointing after a long day at Crater Lake. It is also very small! The breakfast in the morning was eggs and sausage. They were very bland. There was not enough choices in my opinion. Overall very disappointing and we will not be recommending this place at all.

Room smelled like doggos.. pets in general, could use a carpet cleaning! There was a little mold in our bathroom, but otherwise room was ok for where it was.

It is a small hotel looks prettier from the outside; however it was only $98 a night but $145 on Sunday. The rooms have a microwave & fridge & the coffee pot is not in the restroom. The restrooms have lotion, hand/body dispensers on the wall. They are also in the shower. They have a hot tub & pool but the hot tub was closed for repairs. The breakfast is really bad. It is not manned by an employee. The eggs were sitting in liquid, absolutely tasteless. The sausages were dry & didn’t taste good. The muffins were dry & old. The waffles were disappointing. The coffee was especially bad it was weak & nasty. The staff is very accommodating & friendly especially Heidi S who was super helpful & willing to help me.

The interior and grounds are kept very nicely and the staff calmly and pleasantly goes about their work. The breakfast had a good selection and was kept stocked and clean. Location gets a low score from me because it's out where there are minimal street lights and there is a bit of illicit-looking activity and un-housed people around. I was worried for my truck but the parking lot has good lighting and plenty of exposed places to park.

I can only give 2 stars. They promised they have crib on booking website but actually they don't have. And the rooms are not noise proof. The good side is the staff there are friendly. Free breakfast is also okay.

Microtel was a very pleasant experience. Heidi S. On the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. For an economy hotel it was very clean, with all the amenities of a more upscale hotel.

It was decent but overpriced. The carpeting and tile are pretty disgusting. The couch in our room was filthy. We paid for a suite so it was a great size and the bed was comfy! We had plenty of room to sit and eat dinner. The front desk staff was pleasant. Check in and out was easy. Location was good for road tripping.

Was traveling back to Utah and the weather made us shut down for the night. Convenient right off 140E , room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Cory the night clerk was AWESOME, very accommodating and helpful with all our needs. First clerk that didn't give me and grief about having a service dog with us for my disabled veteran husband. The early morning clerk even checked the roads for us when I checked out and she realized that we're heading to Utah. If we're ever back in this area we will 100% stay there again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

We arrived at 1:30 before the 2pm check in. We were told when we called that we would be able to check in early so long as our room was ready. There was a line of people also waiting for checkin. We waited 30 minutes walking around the hotel, back office, laundry rooms trying to find a single person that worked there. I even found the phone number to Raksha Patel the General Manager and tried calling her to say there were guests waiting for the last half hour to check in. The rest of our stay was fine. The fact that they did not staff their front desk was concerning.

Their website says “pet friendly” upon check in we were told there would be a PET FEE of $35 DOLLARS!!!! Over the past two weeks of traveling we encountered 11 beautiful 5 star Motels that charged us ZERO pet fees!!! Not sure what is wrong with Klamath Falls…… quality of the customers???

Rooms are decent for the price. My only gripe is the cleanliness. There was candy on the floor not even my canine vacuum was willing to eat. Plus, hairs in the bathroom that 100% are not mine. Everything else was fine.

The pictures online and the outside of the hotel are misleading. It looks a lot nicer than it really is. The room was very dated. The first room we went to smelled like smoke, so we moved to a new one. The pullout bed mattress was horrendous. My 5 year old complained about springs stabbing him. The breakfast was minimal (cold cereal, toast, oatmeal, eggs, waffle, sausage) but tasted good, so we were satisfied with it.

We appreciate that they welcomed our pet. The rooms are small and a little dated, but not important to us. The bed wasn't the best, but we're picky. The place is pretty noisy. We could hear every step upstairs and the loud late night conversations in the lobby and dining area all night long. When we tried to see if somebody at the front desk would help with the noise, nobody could be found. We spent two nights, but didn't get any sleep. The location is great with quick access to hiking in the area. We probably will seek alternative accommodations next time.

Overall a good stay, but the beds were very squeaky getting in and out, not while sleeping, fortunately. Room was clean and breakfast had good options (but don't eat the sausage links!) One concern was that I reserved the room using a Discover Card but was not able to use it to check-in/pay. Thankfully I had another card. I have let the hotel know this.

The pool and spa was nice. The lady checking us in at the front desk was friendly. Breakfast was just OK. Rooms nice and clean. Our room was pretty nice sized. Something is wrong with the mini fridge in our room, was leaking and not staying cold. Stocked plenty of towels which is appreciated.

Me and my family came here because they say they offer a continental breakfast. But they actually don't but they still advertise themselves as doing so. We have 5 kids and were counting on that breakfast and don't have it. It was a terrible experience for my family and we are very upset! I would not recommend it here. The pool is dirty and I felt like I was swimming through bugs. All in all a bad time.

I came in to this hotel with a online reservation at no time did they state that I had to pay with a major credit card or pay a huge deposit girl at the desk was super rude unnecessary so...I went down the road to Best Western and they were fantastic!!!

  • 2/5 Anghello A. 2 years ago on Google
Cool but only thing that sucks it's that they only accept credit card or cash for you staying not debt card, I was so tired getting there after 12 hours driving and the lady didn't let me in my Reserva because I needed a credit card to put on file I told her that my debit works the same , and she said their policy don't allow use clients debit card , something that they should fix it.

Toilet seat broken visibly when we entered. Floor towel had huge holes in it. The BED, oh man not sure how to put this, it hard, lumpy, every move you feel and hear the springs, you can not move without waking, even the neighborhood, let alone your partner. There is absolutely no dim lighting. This morning an hour before check out I can't get in my room the key won't work and the rude front desk attendant blamed me that it was too close to my phone or something and when he gave me the new key tells me it will shut off at 11, yes I know check out time thanks. Then I return to my truck within 20 min and it is covered in mosquitos had to brush them off to open the door. Now the placement of this motel is in a field next to a secure storage and across a parking lot from local bowling alley, in bowling alley parking is homeless village begun makes your vehicle feel very vulnerable. Not what I would say that this is not worth $200+ a night. Boo bad form on Windom hotels they should not have their name on this one.

Excellent staff, very nice and helpful, and the room was larger and had more amenities than anticipated. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable as well. Great bang for the buck. It only lost a star because there was no breakfast or even coffee in the morning, and the one vending machine in the entire building was out of order. Good thing there was a Wallmart across the street for drinks and snacks.

  • 2/5 A M. 2 years ago on Google
Room was nice had jacuzzi tub but the room smelled like cigarettes and vinegar. It has mold all behind the tub, even though they say they provide breakfast there is none, but did have coffee. Wouldn’t stay here again or Recommend. Also they make you use a credit card for your room or add a stupid extra $300 hold charge on debt card till you leave. Last they have big boxes by the pool and spa that apparently have been there for months.. gross didn’t want to swim..
