I have been living here for over a month with my kids and I can honestly say that this is one of the best places I have ever stayed! The manager is amazing her kids are helpful and we have everything we need and then some. It honestly bothers me when someone says bad things about a place when they not only trashed the room but stole from the place. It sickens me. I want to say a huge Thank You to the owners and staff here at The Townhouse Inn & Suites you are truly amazing.

Townhouse Inn & Suits went far beyond my expectations. The young lady at the front desk was professional, courteous, and well spoken and informed. You don't just get a room, you get two bedrooms and a bathroom. Quite spacious. Both bedrooms have full cable, incredibly comfortable beds, and plenty of room to walk around. The bathroom is really clean. You have a choice to take a shower or a bath or both if you would like. Bathroom is fully stocked with all the amenities you could hope for. From a price to quality ratio this establishment is superb! This place is far better than most. Believe me, I have stayed at most. If you smoke tobacco, there is a charming area for smokers with cover and all. So if it's raining cats and dogs, you can still enjoy your smoke. Beyond the garage off the main street you may indulge in cannabis. Follow the rules. The people behind this establishment went far and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The best thing for me staying here was it felt like being home. A+++

Though the Outside looks questionable. Hotel was Very clean. Associate at the counter was very welcoming and professional. Room was very spacious with a full kitchenette, closet's and open floor plan. Beds werenโ€™t bad either. Great price. And decent Pizza place/bar right next door. Seems like local spot

We rented a townhouse room for one night while in Klamath Falls. It is a very old motel and looks it. The room was very cold and took quite a while to warm up. The lady at the desk was accom-modating, she gave us 1 bottle of water for the 2 of us and when asked she gave us a second. The bed was comfortable but could have used an extra blanket. The coffee machine was clean but had a jar of ground coffee with no instructions or measure. The overstuffed chair was very old and worn out, down to bare threads, I only used it to put my suitcase on it. If we stay in Klamath Falls agsin we will look elsewhere for a room.

My husband and I needed a place to crash for the night while on our way to Lake Tahoe and I found this little gem. The check-in was impeccably quick, the rooms were super clean, and the owner (?) Iโ€™m guessing is who checked us in, was really nice. The AC and heat worked very well and the showers and sink were certainly not lacking in hot water. The kitchen area was cute to and the rooms were very roomy. With it being an Inn my husband and I were quite impressed and we will most definitely stay here again! The only con were the people upstairs being kind of loud through the night but thatโ€™s not the ownerโ€™s fault. My husband and I were still able to get some sleep. I still highly recommend staying here!

This is one of the better hotels in Klamath falls! The management is very friendly , helpful and the staff keeps the rooms in Excellent condition. The rooms are very clean , they smell great and comfortable. The rooms included bed, TV , Heater/AC, Nightstands , Dresser, Recliner, coffee maker (coffee included๐Ÿ™Œ) , Microwave , mini fridge, ironing board and iron. The bathroom had a tub and hair dryer. The only things I didn't like was the noise from the room above. Felt like I could hear every step and walls seemed thin and The Fan in bathroom was annoyingly loud, and the location isn't the best but is close to grocery store, gas station and numerous places to get food.. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here. Great service, great rooms and affordable prices !

Surprise! Surprise! I wasn't expecting this. This place is immaculately clean in the room we had. I've traveled the world for decades and rarely have seen such a clean room. The outside photos don't do it justice even though on close inspection the outside is also in great shape. They would do well however to remove all the weeds in front of the business and just put in crushed rock there. It would show much better from the street. Don't let the outside pictures deter you. This place is CLEAN and almost new in our room. For us it was also quiet the night we stayed there. Street traffic died about 10 or 11 and was quiet until morning. Easy check in, easy check out and a clean room. What more do you need? Our room had a full kitchen and a recliner chair to boot. Food close by and in walking distance.

There was a dead bug in the bed and strange hairs in both beds. There was a meth crazy guy hanging out in the parking lot, owner seemed to know him but was attempting to send him away. Coffee cup was sticky and dirty. You need to actually wash the sheets between guests you know.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL, drug dealers upstairs cooking meth had their windows open when it's 108 degrees and you are gagging on the smell, then they get into a fight and are yelling, cursing, throwing each other down the stairs.yelling and banging on the door, I called the front desk and no one came.I should have called the police.this was at 3:30 in the morning..we were gone by 7:30. The place was FILTHY..had asked for a kitchenette..the counters, microwave and cooking utensils were nauseous..after showering I picked the mat up and the bottom of the mat was Black, there were cobwebs behind the bathroom door..DO NOt STAY HERE!!!!

I stayed here 3 nights they charged me 50 bucks a night for my dogs for one that's absolutely ridiculous to charge you per night per pet I paid almost as much for my dogs as I did myself and the room they put me in was infested with cockroachs they were in the coffee cups the sink in the bathroom on the walls even on the walls outside when I checked out I said something to management about it and requested I get compensated for my room seem how I now have to treat everything I had in that room and she didn't even do that she was like ok o well didn't even care. Never even tried to make that right and I paid 150 bucks a night to stay in a cockroach infested room the worst place I have ever stayed. Plus there was blood in the bathroom door the room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible place I will never stay there again.

Do yourself a favor and stay across the street at Motel 6. We were initially quoted a different price over the phone for the deposit because we knew we would be paying in cash we asked ahead of time. We were put in a weird room right behind the office which was under a staircase leading to other rooms, so we could hear everything. The room was spacious, and had a nice back door exit to a small fenced in area, however the bed was certainly NOT a queen like they told us which was disappointing and the tv could hardly be heard. As someone who lives in their van, a cozy bed and TV was mainly what I was in it for. The owner had a lot of rules which I understand but didnโ€™t seem to have the same rules for her and her kids that seemed to run the place. Overall it was just a weird experience and overpriced.

I booked this room when bringing our doggo to the vet. The room was clean, great space, the kitchen was a plus as well. Saves on going out. Is quiet and the owners are amazing and very nice. Would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling with or with puppies. Is quite the lil gem. Thank you for the experience.

Very bad service. Reserved a king size room and found roaches in the bathroom and near the bottom of the headboard and only got $20 back. Door to the room didnโ€™t close all the way and it was very noisy from the upstairs room.

It was very clean and the owners were polite and friendly. They are in a great location for tourists and out of town folks visiting family is great. They have food restaurants so close to each other and have a wonderful various eatery places you can choose from ๐Ÿคฉ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’– I'm pleased with this place of business and I dig it! ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŒป

I had an excellent experience here. I was displaced from my home for about a week due to mold from a leak making me very ill, while I was waiting for the repairs to be finished. The staff here was incredibly helpful and even helped to work with me. They were very kind and empathetic and helped to make an incredibly stressful experience a little less stressful.

Opted for the upgraded room with a full kitchen and paid $480 + 9.5% tax for 3 nights (9A). Ended up as a nightmare... I was afraid to even rest since I didn't want to touch anything. My husband had to clean the table, the kitchen sink, the pot (3 times!) and utensils before using them. And we had to use our own 3M sponge since there was none. We also had to flush the toilet about 10 times in order to get rid of the green mold. Pros: good water pressure, good location (across Albertson's and a cheap gas station), and spacious room. Good sound proving in the room. Cons: this is one of my worst motel experiences. See my pictures. There are not many pictures from reviewers, only from the owner, so I took some to show. I hope the owner will use some od the profits from my stay to fix some of these. Stay away.

Stayed here for a few days and had an amazing experience!! Definitely worth every penny I paid for! Staffs are great and so are the rooms. The hotel is just few minutes away from a Albertsons and many restaurants! Will definitely stay here again .

Best inn that I have ever been to, I mean separate bedrooms, even though it wasn't a suite it felt luxurious, (I don't think it was at least),big bathroom two queen beds that are really comfy and a heater and AC in both bedrooms. A TV in both rooms. I thought the Abby Inn was the best until I went here. And the people that run the place I believe were so kind, this place is the best I've seen so far.

I do have to say that I had the best stay here by far. My family and I where there for a night. And it was my myself husband, and toddler. I also loved that Black Bear restaurant was right across the street and gas station at the corner and a grocery store so close by. I also loved that the motel was so family oriented and made us feel welcomed, the managers lil girls even played with my daughter and her older kids where such a big help. I loved this place and will be going back, and keep coming back.

The staff here is friendly and efficient and they make sure the room is clean before you move in. Bree walked me to the room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Sara the manager is friendly and present. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean. It was like being at home. I recommend this place. The price was fair as well.

On June 15, 2022 I stayed a night on my way north. I've traveled a lot & always need to cook my own food which usually is a big problem. But not at Townhouse. The kitchen was full size with 'normal' size well functioning refrigerator, plenty of counter space and a good stove. What a relief to have a good meal and food refrigeration that preserves Not destroys my food. That is huge. I could stay a week and be totally comfortable. And speaking of comfort; the bed and pillows were fine. The bathroom and vanity area were large and CLEAN. Yep, I can hardly believe I found such a nice place to rest while relocating north with pets too. They were welcome for a small fee. My room had a back door to grass area perfect for pet potty. I can't say enough about this hotel off the main road. If I pass thru Klamath Falls again, I'm staying at Townhouse Inn and Suites. Robin thanks you all.

The rooms were decent. staff was nice. If you do carry cannabis do not take it off your car. I guess the scent is so strong for their nose they will charge you an additional $50 just for smelling like if you had it on you. My husband made sure he smoked outside and NOT in the room and supposedly the smell is too strong it left the scent in the room. So don't stay here if you do smoke or even carry it. They are very sensitive about it.

This place exceeded expectations on so many levels. The room was more than adequate, clean, and the full kitchen with full-size refrigerator made me so happy. The wonderful folks who manage the property were even better than that. My husband had a medical emergency and they graciously helped me through a difficult process. I recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable accommodation.

Booked based on Google reviews however there is a significant difference between the Google reviewers who booked kitchenettes to the room I booked... PROS: Nice staff, parking, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, decently clean. CONS: Dilapidated room; seems like a blind person painted the room. Lots of bad spots and dated decor. 90s carpet, 70s mirror, very small "30in" flat screen. Coffee was in a Mason jar and one of the cups was sticky, not great for public sanitation. Overall a 1 star hotel that we would try to avoid in the future. Ps: message to the owner: You are very kind but that only takes you so far. There is plenty you could do to improve the experience your guests have at this hotel. Stop focusing on being cheap and focus more on quality. Be meritable: work hard, keep the rooms well maintained and clean. Dispensers are okay but keep them stocked and clean. Put the coffee in individual packed bags or a dispenser etc. Show some friggin passion about your work!
