I'd been camping for two weeks and needed a hot shower and a decent bed. The room was nearly $100 with tax. I checked in after 9 pm. When I opened the door I realized there was no bedding on the bed. Something had been spilled next to the bed, but I didn't notice until after I showered. I called the desk and he said he would have the manager talk to the maids. He apologized but didn't offer a different room. When I went to take a shower, there was only one body towel. No wash cloth or hand towel. The garbage hadn't been cleaned out and the floor was dirty. Obviously the room hadn't been cleaned after the last tenant. I used my wet towel to clean the floor next to the bed. I usually stay in Motel 6 because the rooms are inexpensive but always clean and don't have any frills. The shower was hot. Thank goodness I had been camping and had my own pillow and sleeping bag. I turned the AC on to drown out the noise from other rooms, but I couldn't do anything about the "daylight" shining around the curtains from the outside lights. Better than sleeping in my car, but very disappointing experience for the price I paid.

My husband & I stayed 3 nights there recently and was Extremely Disappointed with the whole experience, The room & bed were very small, No Refrigerator or microwave, The floors were dirty & Sticky, mirrors were unclean, The Tv was leaning on the ledge of a shelf to support it up, bathroom walls & ceiling had fresh nicotine stains dripping from them (even though it was a non-smoking room?) We asked for a broom to clean up the floor a little and The Housekeepers were very rude and denied us the use of one? Could hear People who were next to & above us coming in and out of their rooms All night long! Had to go buy my own cleaning supplies just to make the room more comfortable to stay in. ABSOLUTELY- THE WORST MOTEL, We have Ever Stayed in! We Won’t make that mistake again, believe that!

Spotsworth Reviews The Good: customer service is the best part about this place. Loretta was very accommodating to our fur baby who was injured and we weren't comfortable carrying her up stairs. So she gave us a ground level room. Overall this motel 6 is very pet friendly and the customer service was top notch. The Bad: if you have stayed at a motel 6 then you should know they typically have a standard with all of their motels. This one is more on the below average side. The rooms are old and outdated. And ours in particular had a bit of a mold oder. Alot of bangs and scufs in the room. Not the best motel 6 I have stayed but certainly not the worst. Overall a meh experience. Just passing through traveling and this was the most affordable place to stay at the time.

Definitely wasn't my best experience with Motel 6. The hotel lobby smelled like weed. The first room they assigned us was a wreck, no bedding, just mattresses. Ok, so who is smoking the marijuana around here? The second room choice at least had bedding. Not very clean. First, and last time we'll be staying here. There's better lodging for the same money in town. We've been on the road for 13 hours, and we're too tired to move with our pets.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. we stayed in room 201 above the lobby, it is very loud from the road noise next to the hotel though. Didn't get a lot of sleep because of the noise level. This hotel is priced higher than other motel 6 locations and it should be lower to be honest. It's nice for a 2 star hotel though so we didn't expect miracles. We felt safe and enjoyed the stay for the most part, and had no issues with noise from the hotel... The traffic next to it is loud and goes all night . Showers were wonderful and microwave and fridge were a nice bonus.

Room smelled smoky. No refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron, toiletries. Lost sandal so looked under bed. Not swept in long time. Cost same as much nicer motel 6 in Tigard. I'd pass on this one.

It's a Motel 6. In a run down part of Klamath Falls. You shouldn't expect much, because you won't get much. It wouldn't be condemned by the housing authority, but it was quite icky. Blood on the bathroom door, cigarette ash on the neatly made bed, and a leaky radiator that made a 5 foot puddle under the bed by the window. Glad we didn't put anything down there. The outside was worse, but they were still trying to keep it sanitary, as I saw someone spritzing all the rails with cleaner. Wasn't too loud, got good sleep. And it had a TV with DivX support. Hell yeah!

No fridge or microwave in the room, theres a microwave in the lobby to use, the tiny shower stall is kind of a struggle to use, best only for a rinse and not a full shower. Room was clean and the staff I encountered were nice. Nice area too, faint rooster crowing and lots of songbirds around.

This was one of our worst experiences at a motel6. I don’t expect much, especially with the price I was paying for the room. The room was not dirty but yet it was not fully clean on the second night when I asked for extra towels or extra pillows, got no help from the night manager, or the person on duty. I was told that he didn’t have any thing behind the counter, and all he could offer me was two blankets that I did not need. Was not rude, but was not any help for l. We got very little sleep due to thin thin walls. Guest above us stomping and yelling, fighting down the hallway, people screaming I definitely will not be staying at the Klamath falls motel6!! But I do recommend the one in Bend!!!

Reserved a non-smoking queen room two months ago, we get to check in, we were given a choice between a queen smoking room and a full non-smoking room. Since there's two of us and a dog, we reluctantly opted for the smoking room. That was the most disgusting room I've ever been in, in my life. Not only was the smell nauseating upon entering the room, had to get Febreeze just to try and get some relief from the stench. Then I went into the bathroom, the toilet rim had feces all over it!!! This was the worst motel experience I've ever had. Will never be back and will spread the word any chance I get about this horrible experience.

Clean rooms and pet friendly at a great price. Some to know if you need a fridge and microwave, you have to choose that room by request; most rooms come without. And remember to say you have pets! They'll fit yall in. I'd definitely stay again!!

Stayed at traphouse Motel 6 in Klamath Falls, Oregon for one night and I couldn't even fulfill my stay. People in the next room were being extremely loud and obnoxious. I called the front desk to see if they would move me to another room so I could get some sleep and was told that they don't do that and they would call the noisy room and tell them to keep it down. That just made things even worse, so I decided to leave and sleep in my car at a local gas station. I called the corporate complaint line and when they called the property, the Mansger Erica obviously fabricated a nice story in her head and said I was the being loud and that I was even knocking on other hotel room doors. This lady is delusional and obviously not competent for her role as a hotel manager. Will never stay here again. I didn't want to even give this place a one star rating. No stars :(

I gave the room 3 stars because there were towels, a TV and a refrigirator. I took off 2 stars because the room had a extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke,! and there was no soap in the room. Loretta, at the front desk, brought soap to our room. She was very friendly, professional and helpful!!

Typically, I don't stay in hotels that have such a mixed bag for reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this Motel 6. The room was clean, comfortable, yet standard for this tier hotel - no frills. I liked the bed and how well the wall heater worked. The front desk agent, Dewayne was very helpful and professional and corrected an issue with my room key. He offered dinner options in the area and was nice to talk with. There are a few things I didn't like that others may need to consider to improve their stay: Ask for a 2nd floor room. You can hear every footstep above you if on the ground level. The bathroom has limited supplies of soaps, towels, etc. If you can bring your own soaps and shampoos, even better. Other than that, no other complaints.

It's been awhile since I visited family in klamath and this motel is in a great location with outstanding service. My daughter and I had spilled our dinner and used the towels to clean what we could and on our way out to get dinner for the second time I asked a staff member if we could get a new set of towels. By the time we had returned from getting dinner out room had been swept an mopped and completely cleaned with a new set of towels. I believe her name was Cruz Gonzalez if I'm not mistaken. All together it was a clean room and excellent service. Looking forward to staying here again

WAY OVER PRICED. But everything in this town is Tiny room but very clean. No fridge microwave or coffee maker. Loud neighbors until around 1am. Location is adequate. Staff does their jobs. Pet friendly. Motel 6 is always hit and miss. Usually due to cleanliness. In this case it's a complete miss due to lack of any amenities and the tiny size of the room when you account for the price. Motel 6 is one of the few truly pet friendly motel chains left out there so that and the staff rate 2 stars instead of just 1

Thank you Motel 6 for being a safe haven for me and my kitty in a time of need. The front desk was so helpful and kind and the maintenance team made me feel very welcome. Not the best location, but close enough to walk to get necessities which was a huge plus. Thank you!

Overall it's one of the best motels that I've gone to in the area. Friendly front desk staff, and the rooms were very clean. The only downside is that almost everything in the area is closed after 10pm, but that is no fault of the staff at motel 6

Significantly overpriced for a room that is just the bare minimum. It can be described as “fine” and this review might be a lot more positive if the price matched the quality. Spoke to the staff in the morning about a persistant smell of weed smoke in our bathroom and room that distracted us all night, and they said “it’s not the first time we’ve heard that complaint about your room”, but didn’t offer any apologies or a discount. The parking lot seemed safer than others in town, no one hanging around, and brightly lit. The beds were small (double rooms don’t have queen beds) and squeaky, with only a very narrow gap between them. You get the bare minimum: beds, towels, tv, soap, chair. No fridge, no shampoos. Just clean enough. $190USD for a weeknight in October is incredibly expensive for what you get, and a real shame staff didn’t take our concerns and poor experience with the smell of smoke seriously.

Gross to sum it up. Avoid this place if you can, the manager is weird. She was looking inside our room at my teen which of course was inappropriate and felt like our privacy was being violated. The room floor was dirty ,as well as the fridge and microwave. When I confronted the manager about looking at my teen she said she looks in all the rooms 🤨 um yeah gross. This was supposed to be a quick rest stop on a long road trip but of course I had to leave as soon as possible and found another clean motel down the road, were it felt safer.

We ended up down there very late at night due to a medical emergency and the staff was wonderfully accommodating. We spent 3 nights here and everyone was very professional with their customer service. Had an amazing shower and wasn't disturbed by anyone coming or going. Great price for the room as well.

This is the second time we weren’t allowed to check in till 4. When I got in the room is wasn’t clean. The floors weren’t cleaned at all. My son and moms feet were black just from walking barefoot. It was obvious nobody swept or mopped the floor. The bathroom floor had a big dried sticky spot. I’m not sure the housekeeper even cleaned anything. As a housekeeper myself that would be so unexceptible at my place of employment. My 11 year old could of done a better job

My wife & I enjoy our visits to Klamath Falls, OR. and we always stay at this Motel-6. "All" of the Staff there are just wonderful, very professional, polite, and friendly. They strive and take pride in the meaning of Customer Service, and we just won't stay anywhere else !

Motel 6 is not doing the rooms like they used to because of covid which means if you want towels you have to go get them yourself if you want your bed made you got to make it yourself. This is not the case on most of the other motels that I stayed in and I travel with a pet , but when you can't find a place that will accept a pet Motel 6 is always your best bet.

Can't fault it. Motel 6 is the good old reliable for a cheap stay anywhere! This particular one had some lovely staff at the front desk, super helpful and friendly. Room was really clean, spacious, modern, nice shower and sparkly sink. Shame there was no microwave/fridge but no worries, there's plenty of food options nearby. Parking right outside the door! Bed was comfy and TV decent size. Cheapest hotel in the area with a pool and laundry too!

It was nice to have a place to stay during my new apartments renovations and the hospitality motel 6 staff shared was very godly. I appreciate the stay and help only thing I wish was here was coffee pots in the room but other than that no complaints the pool is beautiful the rooms are just what you Need to unwind shower lay down get some rest and go about your schedule. I'd stay again if the need arised.

Nice & friendly staff. Clean room. My TV remote had a dead battery & they replaced it in a moment. I spent 4 days here and would recommend it to anyone. My cats were welcome too and enjoyed the stay. Don't know about other rooms here, but mine had a beautiful shower and seemed to be an upgraded bathroom. Excellent price and a senior discount for us over 60. Thank you for leaving the light on!

Great service. They were all very helpful and my family and I are forever grateful for their level of generosity. I will edit this later but Sereena at the front desk was super kind. And the general manager was amazing as well. There was one other that I will put the name in later. Thank you Motel 6!!!

The room was very dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke. There was hair all over the room, and pubic hairs covering the toilet seat. Very disgusted. Hotel staff was very unprofessional and lacked hospitality. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance i felt as though it was a hassle to accommodate to my requests. Better off staying somewhere else and paying extra to avoid getting stuck by a dirty needle and being harassed by the people the staff allows to hang around outside.

Motel 6 in kalamath falls is rocks! The cheapest place in town is usually the last place you want to stay. I stopped in to see if I could tolerate a night there and was blown away. The pool is open and inviting. The lobby and the laundry room are clean and new. The room was clean and comfortable. And the women at the front desk were nice and accommodating. Thank you Sirenia and Angela! How can a room this cheap get 5 stars across the board? Come see for yourself.

I didn't expect to stay here but was very pleased with the staff. It's a striped down room, so pack accordingly. They are right next door to black bear diner , and la super torta. Convenience store half block up. Decent place

Great service, rooms were very clean and accounted for. The employees were really nice and accommodating all in all very good experience, a lot of people just say bad things about it for no reason, I've seen people just screaming at the employees for no reason because of something missing, completely blowing out of proportion, then yelling at the top of their lungs that they are going to leave a bad review. 90% of the bad reviews are not accurate at all and just people that don't like being told no.

  • 5/5 Deborah E. 1 year ago on Google
They are all awesome people here, the rooms are clean and comfortable the housekeepers are very nice and do a awesome job cleaning and helping you with things you need, the staff at front desk make you feel like your at home here. They are pet friendly. I would give the more stars but aren't enough there.👍👍👍👍
