I see the staff has managed to erase my review. Don’t recommend to other travelers. I am a travel nurse, working nights, who starred in an assignment in February. As a travel nurse, the staff at the front desk wanted to align my work schedule with theirs to be able to do housekeeping, okay great. Everything went well the first week until it was time to clean my room for the second time. After they clean my room, I go straight to the bed to sleep. As I wake up I noticed stains on my sheet. I simply call down and ask for new sheets and was told housekeeping would come the next day to clean it. Long story short being that I sleep during the day I was missing them to change the sheets so I just started calling for new sheets so I can put them on. On my way to work one night, my recruiter lets me know this hotel no longer wants me to stay after that week was up. After my shift I waited for Ashley to discuss the issue and immediately Ashley had a lot of anger toward me to get off her chest. Very rude and said she was trying to get me out since my first day. And when she was done talking and I had more questions she called the police and I had to leave. Also Chaz/Chas that works nights lied on me to help get me out. Very disappointing

From the first time I stayed here to my most recent stay Esmeralda has always made me feel welcomed. The fact that my stays are months apart and she still remembers me every time is some amazing customer service. The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is a hot breakfast with many different options. Every time I am in town, this is the place a will stay at.

Had an excellent nights stay! Beds were firm and comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. It did smell a bit like fresh paint when we first walked in, but it dissipated quickly. The hot breakfast was good and the service from all of the hotel staff was excellent. Highly recommend for a quality, cheap place to stay. The only negative was that the hotel room door was missing part of the secondary U-bend lock, but the deadbolt worked so it wasn't too much of an issue.

I originally made reservations through online, then when I needed to reschedule them because my court date moved they told me that they could do it. They said once you find out what dates you need we can reschedule. I'd reserved two rooms. Now I show up to rent a room. Thinking I could sort out whatever's going on as far as my other reservations now that I know the court dates. Apparently that is not the case they refuse to let me reschedule the rooms for my new court dates and refuse to refund me the money so now I'm out over $200 in a hotel rooms yet still paid for a night here tonight. Which was over $100. I get into my room and it looks okay except there is no toilet paper roller for the toilet paper roll. It's just sitting where it's supposed to be housed and on the back of the door is a wet towel. Also cold water is hot and Hot water is cold in the bathroom sink.

Love going to this hotel the staff is always very friendly welcoming and accommodating and the pool area is really cool. Shout out to Hannah and Esmeralda every time I call I always end up talking to Hannah and she's always very friendly and helpful over the phone and with our son that is autistic and my husband who is disabled they never get frustrated with all our needs. I wish I could clone these 2 ladies. Thanks ladies!!!

The hotel web site said pets welcome. I booked a room after driving 12-1/2 hours and desperately needed some rest. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed my 5# pet cat was not allowed to stay. Just not what I needed to hear! I understand different hotels have different policies, but if you only allow dogs that should be your posted policy... not pits allowed. Thank you Quality Inn for making a hard day much harder.

Good place to stay, decent rooms, nice fluffy bed. Shower could use some work as we heard the ventilation going wild in our room. Service was good and a reasonable price for visiting crater lake. Make sure to bring Mosquito spray for crater lake.

For the price, it was slightly above my expectations. Office help is very nice, used pleasantries which seems to be the common sense lacking of many employed individuals in current times. They accommodated a request I'd made prior to my check in. It is by a very busy street so be prepared to hear a great amount of traffic noise. The complimentary breakfast had several choices to offer, quite surprising at any hotel when including a comped meal. A person could do far worse than stay here.

Pros: The pool area was our favorite! Very beautiful and kept quite clean. Slept well the entire stay and the breakfast was amazing. I loved that the location was central to everything. I appreciated it was a quiet stay in general. Cons: key card constantly stopped working, walls were dirty, gaps in the door, peeling paint from a cheap remodel.

This is the first time I have ever had to write a review but the price of the hotel was insane for how disgusting the room was, there were bug covering the doors and inside the room all over the walls, ceiling and many dead on the floor on top of the the bathroom tub was covered in dirt and the towels had other guests hair on it. Cleaning lady’s were nice but when we came in the man at the front desk had a big bottle of alcohol out n was drinking both times we saw him. 100% do not recommend unless it’s truly the last place!

I'm pretty surprised by some of the negative reviews on this place.. my family and I had nothing but an easy and chill stay here while trekking back and forth from Klamath and Eastern Oregon. Rooms were clean, and staff was great Specifically got on Google Reviews to actually commend Rachel and her coworkers for taking care of us, thank you all!

I unexpectedly had to stay at this hotel, I had a lot of problems with travel plans that day and came in defeated and exhausted. !!Esmarelda!! - the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful. She checked me in quickly, was very informative on the property and amenities and even helped carry my luggage to my room! She went above and beyond and really brightened my day. The next day, she also worked and her attitude and helpfulness was the same as the day before. The rooms were a little outdated and could have been a little cleaner.. but because of Esmeralda, I would definitely stay again and recommend this spot to my friends. Good help is hard to find, so I am hoping upper management sees this review and realizes the value of Esmeralda and takes care of her ( and all other employees appropriately!) Thanks for a good experience :)

This hotel should not be a 5 star hotel, I stayed at this hotel for 20 days, The room was never cleaned, until the last week I would come back from being out and the housekeeping staff refreshed towels and took trash and made the bed. On day 1 the room was so unclean I went to the only Walmart intown and got my own cleaning supplies to clean the room, upon laying down for the night I had to take all the hair that didn't belong to me out of the bed after spraying it down with 99.9% disinfecting the following day took the sheet to be washed at the local laundry mat. After the first week of no room cleaning and then seeing rodents in the room I complained to the same front desk person every day the actual real manger was out for an injury and so I talked to a male, and he didn't discount at all my more than $2000 dolor stay and then on check out the person at the front desk had no idea of the issue and still no discount. I don't know how all the great raving reviews are on here they must be comfortable with nasty or half cleaned rooms. I stayed for business and this business no one needs to patronize in Klamath Falls, for that matter I will no longer patronized a Quality Inn ever. I know this Quality Inn is individually owned but it is part of the brand and a secret shopper needs to happen with the corporate office and have Quality Inn remove their signage from this owner, Service is absolutely terrible and rooms are not getting clean. I understand small town, but if I am paying money I definitely want somewhere, where I feel like it is clean. and this is not it. I stayed under the name R. Gray Verify that. Do not book. All they can say is sorry yet I still I got a complete bill. Not that sorry with your sorry cleaning staff.

I realize this is just a 2 star hotel, and, we had a dog and were staying in one of the pet-friendly rooms--- however---- basic cleanliness and functionality could've still happened and didn't. The pet-friendly floor was fake wood flooring: it looked nice but it was clear that it was never cleaned or mopped. It was sticky everywhere, you could see the grime all over it in the light reflection, and it left my feet black when I walked around our room barefoot. Objects bedsides the basics had never been moved and cleaned or dusted either. The coffeepot and ice bucket on counter were coated in a dust grime film with just liners changed out. Then bathroom--- both the towel rack on the wall and the shower curtain rail were broken, attached with loose screws so that they both hung sloped down, barely held towels, and wouldn't hold curtain to sides to keep water from getting all over the floor. It all needed a touch more "quality"...

This is an older motel, but the outside was newer, the rooms in their day were probably well above the norm, and today they are kept up. The problem is the cleaning. One of the attached photos shows my feet after walking in the room. The floors are filthy and I would guess not Cleaned, except a quick vac for months. They are laminate not carpet. One can't completely open the bathroom door due to the toilet. Breakfast was adequate but, out of coffee, no juice, scrambled eggs cut in squares, a couple choices on cereal, oh and English muffins. We probably would not stay again

My wife and I very much enjoyed our experience here. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good selection for their free continental breakfast. It was quiet despite being very busy. The indoor pool area looks lovely but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it this time. They have a pet area to take your dog potty which is very much appreciated. Good location right off 6th and crater lake parkway. Staff was very friendly and professional.

We needed a quick place to stay after visiting Crater Lake. It's a bit far but other places were booked up. This was perfect though! Bed was comfy and breakfast was filling. Rooms were clean, just older feeling but more so in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and kept the place clean. Parking was plenty. The town is nice too with lots of food options that other towns closer to Crater did not have.

Didn't stay because Chaz or Chas at the front desk couldn't figure out how to check me in. Then he cursed me out so I left. Its frustrating dealing with incompetence. Job isnt hard, be polite, take people's money, etc. This place was super ghetto anyway. Thanks for encouraging me to take 4 day stay in K-falls elsewhere.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Pleasant, helpful and courteous staff. Plenty of parking. Breakfast sandwiches to heat up on the microwave. Everything was spot on just need some lighting by the desk, other than that pleasant stay.

Would have given 5 stars, except one of the main reasons was the pool. But the pool was closed when we arrived. Would have liked to know ahead of time. That's okay though, I brought my electric banjo. Lol.

Long story short I tried to cancel my room get a refund as I was told I could by the front desk. The next day the manager Ashley said she could not give me a refund. She also called me and several others a liar over the phone. She was not willing to work with me on my situation. She did not care for creating a long term loyal guest at her hotel but more of just making a quick buck for a room I did not stay in. The prices for the room I got says 95 a night online, I paid 130 at the front desk. Ashley informed me that my circumstances I could not get a refund so maybe also the price changes per circumstances too. Poor management one star.

Make a wish rented two rooms for our family to visit my sick Son for a week. The hotel was supposed to be a place to rest! Apparently their policy is to pound on the door EVERY morning until someone answers and demand them to physically leave the room for cleaning even after a do not disturb sign was hanging on the door! I called the front desk and explained our issue, she said I'm sorry that's the policy. I asked for her manager and left my info for a call back. Never did hear back from anyone and they continued to bother my family every day, all week! I'm sorry but I will choose a different hotel for family in the future!!
