The room was a little old and squeaky. The sidewalk needed shoveling it was very slippery. Not, sure what our neighbor was up to, he had a lot of visitors coming and going...Humm...Around 3:30am it sounded like he was rearranging the furniture. That being said our room was clean and comfortable. The employees were also very pleasant and friendly. 100 times better than the Motel 6.

Unfortunately we had to stay at the Cimarron for three nights due to our vehicle getting totaled by a deer. As pet transporters it's very difficult to find accommodating hotels. Phil was absolutely amazing and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. From the time we checked in he was the most helpful and had the best customer service. He definitely brought light and ease to the very screwed up situation we were forced to recon with. Cimarron has themselves and amazing employee, Phil definitely deserves a hell of a raise, he is the reason we didn't switch hotels! Absolutely amazing, thanks Phil for everything!

It is a reasonably cheap place to stay on a road trip. The bedding was clean even if the furniture, flooring and walls were tired. There is a little grass for the dog, and Starbucks and fast food are an easy walk. Parking lot was very well lit, so I was not concerned about safety. However, be prepared to be assertive. Our first room had nasty carpet with a dog urine stain that seemed very fresh. They quickly gave us a second room.

After seeing the premises and rooms we chose not to stay here. The first room we were placed in smelled of cat urine and the second room was musty, sheets and mattress were dirty and there was trash and an ash tray immediately outside of the door to enter the room. Homeless hanging out on the premises. Stay somewhere else.

This is your best option for an overnight stay in Klamath falls. Motel-style accommodations with clean rooms and pleasant staff. The family suites have two full size beds plus an extra bedroom with a king size bed. They allow dogs and the charge for them is reasonable. There is also access to a dog park and trails right behind the motel.

Made a last-minute reservation for a Double Queen Deluxe room as we were passing through Klamath Falls for 8/1-8/2, 2022. Check-in was very quick; the staff member on duty when we arrived around 11pm welcomed us, and we were able to get our room quickly. On arriving at our room, we were very pleased with the size of the room and the quality of the furniture. The place had been pretty well remodeled recently and we were happy with the accommodations. I especially appreciated the large TV and table! The only issue here was that we noticed there was a bit of an odor when we entered. To try to clear it, we turned on the AC, but it turned out that this odor was coming from the AC unit and it made the smell even more pronounced. As it was late at night, and the hotel looked to be pretty well fully booked in any case, we didn't bring it up with the office until the next morning. The free breakfast was excellent! The waffle maker was popular, and the eggs and sausage were better than I'd expected for a smaller hotel. On checking out, I let the gal in the office know about the smell issue. She was very apologetic and wrote it down for the maintenance crew to handle. On the whole, we were happy with our stay here! I'd definitely consider staying here again if I pass through Klamath Falls again.

I have stayed there several times traveling from Washington to California. It is an older motel but the people at the the desk go out of their way to accommodate you and make your stay a pleasant one. Their prices are good and sometimes you can get a discount by using an online booking service. Plus they do have a breakfast and there is a dandy fancy coffee place close by.

The bed was clean, the check in/check out process was good, it was pretty quiet, and the lock worked on the door. That’s about it for the positives. Everything in the room was very old, very worn, and any furniture was well past its useful life and seemed filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything in the room. Worst of all, the room REEKED of pet urine. No customer should even be put in rooms that are in this condition in the first place. Charging for a night of lodging was criminal. I considered sleeping in my car but instead I checked out well before the sun came up (before 5 AM) because i couldn’t stand it anymore.

I was here 07.24-25. Reception guy was really nice and polite. Room was clean with really big bed. Not noises at all! Room has a fridge, microwave, fan and a lot of useful things. Breakfast was amazing: eggs, flakes, waffles, toasts, juices, coffee, tea. I didn’t try a pool but it’s look good But! Please add in rooms couple ear sticks and toilet brush

The room was clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. That's the best I can say about this uncared for property. At check in, there were 2 people behind the counter. I was the fifth person in line, and only 1 person was serving the people checking in. Before booking. I read about unhappy customers who booked the property because it had a pool, but when they got there, the pool was closed. They were told that the pool was being renovated. I promise you there was no renovation that took place with this swimming pool. Sad property and not worth the $100+ paid.

It’s been awhile since I stayed here. They have made some Improvements- lots of bright lighting in the parking lot area. It’s a great place if you’re staying with dogs- there’s a walking trail and a fenced in dog park behind the motel (runs parallel to 6th). The pet fee is $20/dog. The room has a bigger size refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast wasn’t as good as before but there is a Starbucks next door so go there instead.

This was an amazing stay. We checked in the middle of the night and Kayla at the front desk for super helpful. They have small grass patch for dogs to relive themself.

It's in a nice area everything is walking distance but they have construction going on. It's really loud. I got a room for 2 nights. I was traveling from California n I ended up getting here after check out time for the first night and they said they couldnt refund my money . Which is fine because i had booked it .. my fault. But after driving all night I wanted to sleep n I couldn't because of all the ruckus outside n upstairs . So i won't be here for the second night either .

To our surprise this place is better than most hotels. Rooms updated, clean nice! Pet friendly and has continental breakfast. We stayed in buildings 2. Night staff was awesome at the counter too.

Great for our family of 5 + dog! Pros: The family suit was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of room for the dog crate. Hot breakfast. Reasonable prices. Excellent, personal service. There was a problem with our original booking, but the staff made it right! The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and thoughtful. Great proximity to shopping, food, coffee. Close proximity to a fenced dog park. Cons: The mattresses rest on metal bases that make a lot of noise when one person shifts in bed. This sound kept waking me up overnight. The building and furnishings seem to be partway through renovations. Some elements are nicely updated, clean and in good repair. Others are showing their age. Also, the pool was out of service for our visit, though I was told it will be back up and running by the 10th. Though wifi is offered, I could not get my phone to connect. Overall, a good overnight stop for us. This is a regular trek for our family. We would probably stay here again.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean too. The staff were super nice. I had some trouble getting the WiFi to work in my room, but it worked fine in the main building (they have two buildings and I was staying in the second) and to be honest I didn’t try that hard to get it going lol. Great place to stay and less expensive than the Quality Inn and Comfort Suits that I called.

The motel is easy to get to, clean, with some updated features. But I mostly wanted to give a huge shout out to the outstanding help we got from Kishan ( the manager) and to Cory? Who was checking people in. They went out of their way to help us, and our son who wanted to keep his large van within sight of the room. They reassured us about the safety features regarding exterior lighting and cameras, and in the end allowed him to park in a visible space. We were all impressed by their efforts!

A nice stay. Rooms were clean and ac worked great! Lots of food around to grab if you arrive late, which was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. A few hot items to choose from along with the continental options. If ever driving through, we would stay again.

I dont stay in hotels often, but the only way to make this a 6 star review would be stronger wifi and continental breakfast (which covid is to blame, of couse). Amazing location, so happy I can walk to Dutch bros, dinner and a bar. The room is CLEAN, desk clerks were friendly nice and helpful, when they aren't booked up, they space you out which is nice. I can't figure out the heater, but the temperature is perfect. The shower is HOT instantly. It was a very pleasant surprise after a 6+ hour drive and living in an old farmhouse. Rates are very fair in my opinion.

What a great find right when I needed it! Didn't plan on stopping in Klamath when winter conditions cut travel short, and didn't do much research beyond reading these reviews. Wanted to leave one myself to second that this spot is a GREAT deal for a 2-star. You can def pay more at a name brand national chain and for an iffy experience. My room was clean, warm, and the BED/BEDDING WAS SO COZY. One of the better night's sleep I've had on the road, and I've been traveling for years! Hot breakfast in the morning is a perk. Weirdly good coffee for a 2-star. Plus the folks are very friendly. Feels very much like a local place, but perfect if you just need a convenient, clean, affordable in-and-out as you're passing through. Feel like I lucked out finding this place at the last minute! Def rec.

Rolled into K-Falls late, stopped at Fred Meyers for some supplies right before they closed. We called Cimarron and the very kind woman on the phone told us to head on over. Great service! The room was very clean, the shower was good, and we had a Starbucks right across the parking lot for our morning jump start. We travel through there frequently and I believe we've found our new favorite place to hole up.

An overpriced old stinky motel. It would be ok if the price tag was 2-3x lower. But for $228/night you severely overpaying. Old smelly motel with freshly painted walls and new furniture. Poor sound isolation, pretty dirty, a lot of smokers, sketchy neighborhood, trash food for breakfast, noisy AC which pushes the cold air right into the nearest bed, poorly trained personnel unable to perform a simple operation of coding a key. And again, it’s probably ok for $100, not for $200+.

Best continental breakfast options I have had in many years. Rooms are simple but seemed clean. Would recommend it if you wanted something easy, cheap, and comfy for your travels.

For an overnight stay, about halfway on my trip, it suited me perfectly. I just wanted a place to sleep and to get back on the road. It was economical, clean and offered coffee and breakfast in the morning. It had TV, and WIFI. So I was happy. I stayed here coming into Oregon and again on my way home.

Needed an affordable and clean place to stay while passing through. I was very pleased with our stay. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. When we come through K Falls we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you

Staff was super helpful, we called 20 minutes before we got into town and booked room. Room was clean. Needed a little love and care, drawer handle on dresser missing and knob to turn on one of lamps missing. Notified front desk on checkout, they appreciated being told. Breakfast with fresh waffles was nice to start day.

The maids were rude, they didn't clean the room when I asked them to it upset them. The hotel did not have breakfast like it says on the website. I felt like I was staying at a motel 6 so if you like motel 6 then you would like this motel just at a higher price.

This guy working... not sure if it was the owner or the employee that gave my 17 year old daughter and her boyfriend a key to a room. Neither one of them had photo ID. My daughter was reported as a runaway! Unacceptable! I've worker in the hospitality industry. You do not under any circumstances give a minor keys to a hotel room!!!!
