I would have given these guys five stars. The place is well maintained you can tell they take a lot of care, but the room they gave us was apparently just treated for bed bugs, and apparently they didn't get them all, nor did they tell us, so the bed bugs bit us up the night we stayed. Which also meant when we got home we had to launder all of our clothes and pillows we brought.

It was a last minute get a room fast and one was open so I got it and man!! The price $175 for three days and a $100 deposit if you smoke in Non-smoking room due to past customers not abiding the rules they have smoking available. The room was nice as for cleaning just a few areas could be cleaned up like the AC and under the bed and furniture. It was overall good. The owners were very nice, they have good beds.

Convenient location, nice staff, spacious rooms, and breakfast included (6-9am). Let me charge my EV on the 110v plug below the motel sign. No complaints for the price!

Their bed is comfy. The room is clean. $69 for a night is a little bit high but acceptable. This is my second time staying here already. They stop providing breakfast bc of the pandemic. It is noisy at night since the location of this motel is just beside the highway. You can tell there is a truck passing by.

The staff was awesome. They upgraded my family for the same price however the room was gross. Next time I'll just pay the extra to stay somewhere else. We got a non smoking room however the room smelt like an ash tray. It was awful. The room was dirty. The bed spread had burn holes in it. The furniture was nasty and you could see where it all needed to be cleaned. I only gave it 2 stars because te staff was amazing.

The A-1 Budget Motel in Klamath Falls was an older motel with covered parking outside the room. The manager put us in what she said was a quiet room in the center of the motel. It had two beds in separate rooms, with the TV in one, and a closet in the other. There was also a separate kitchen area with a table and two chairs, as well as a mini fridge, microwave and sink. The room was clean, and our beds comfortable, but was not like anything pictured on their website. There were two gas stations across the street, and a couple of fast food places just down the road at the light. There was additional parking on site for larger trucks or boats, and an offer of two kinds of cereal for breakfast.

Don't let the exterior and pictures put you off. It's much nicer then it looks. This is basically an apartment with two massive rooms and a bathroom. Each room has their own parking spot, so you don't have to worry about someone stealing your spot. But I feel the massive ditch between the road and parking lot is ab accident waiting to happened, especially for someone driving at night. The place is a little dated and there were some broken outlets and holes in the wall, and the AC is only in one room, but the pros greatly outway the cons. They give you so much breakfast, condiments and shampoos, but it's also in close proximity to many shops and restaurants. I feel $60 per person is an absolute bargain for what you're getting, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I was ever traveling through the area again.

I'd give it zero stars if I could.. the owner was really rude. I had asked for a late check out they wanted to charge $50 to stay til 1pm and it had to be cash only no card. I said I only had card she said then get out of the room and leave door open for my maid. I recommend motel 6 in Klamath falls they were very pleasant beds were super comfortable

Older, Great price, near all, staff very attentive. Great customer service. Not like the big chain motels but has it's own charm.

This was a great motel for us as we are traveling on to Reno. Clean rooms updated bathroom - had a fridge, freezer, and a microwave. The breakfast was good with cereal danish juice and coffee. Staff was very helpful and we were able to park our car right in front of our door which is a nice feature

Traveling with my disabled brother and two basset hounds. The lady at desk had many rules about my hounds. They have a pet charge for each dog. When arrived the front desk checked us in a un-cleaned room, so we had to find something to do while they did that. No ice machine. Had to go across road for ice.

Cute little motel that has great value, friendly staff and military friendly. We were traveling to Washington and stopped on the way back to California; best price in the area, have wifi, reliable TV service AND the shampoo they give is vegan and smells nice. Across the street is a weed shop and they have a beautiful lake to take pics thats within walking distance.

Nice rooms, great air conditioning, nice staff, clean surveillance cameras so you don't have to worry about theft so much. Great RV parking area if your in for the night.

Ok clean room, comfy bed. Hey noise all night. TV issue as described in other reviews. No TV and play a 1 1/2 hrs. Game of trying to reconnect to satellite. Seemed fishy and felt dis-honest. Next morning none would make eye contact. Ok, just noisy and no TV.

I slept well, but there is no blocking the outside daylight, so I woke up when the sun rose. An inexpensive place to stay that is good for the price. Wifi 5/1 Mbps. The breakfast is essentially nothing.

Absolutely the worst I've ever stayed. Loud, chemical cleaning smell, plumbing didn't drain, bedding felt like cardboard. Just bad, bad, bad experience.

Very convenient place to stay, our halfway point stop over. Very affordable, nothing spectacular but clean and friendly staff and owners. Right off Hwy 97. I would recommend for an overnight stop over to all I know.

Microwave, refrigerator, great shower pressure, comfy bed and excellent working heat/AC unit. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Also super quiet and I'm able to get a goods nights rest considering the location. Awesome price! Definitely enjoy staying here.

Had a great experience. Front desk staff was nice and the cleaning staff even brought out water for us on a hot day while we were having truck troubles. That was very kind of her! Thank you again ☺️

Most people don't want to stay at 2 star hotel and motels but I recommend this one 100% very close to OIT and the drive into downtown is not so bad. If you are coming from the south into K-falls then this is a great place to stop and rest for the night I will be returning and recommending.

Nicer showers than I’d expect for the price! Comfy pillows. High quality TV. Fast wifi. Great customer service! And the coffee is good. I’ll stay here again 🤙

Pros: For the price (around 100 a night) we were pleasantly surprised by how big the room was. Full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, and dining room table added on to a typical hotel room. Cons: If you are a light sleeper, this isn't the motel for you; the road noise was louder than our TV & AC. The rooms are a little dated (expected for the price). Overall, we would absolutely stay again when passing through the area.

Staff was great and rooms were clean! Free carport parking outside your room makes it easy to get stuff out of the car. Bed was comfy. If you view your hotel/motel as a place to crash rather than A Destination, this place is perfect. Right off the highway and can't beat rhe price!

Nice clean well furnished rooms with new paint. Modern new air conditioner heater unit microwave and small refrigerator. Very friendly owners, professional and courteous. Dozens of channels on the TV so you can always find something decent to watch. Bathroom is clean and looks like new. In short, a very nice place to stay.

I am giving our room 5 stars (stayed July 2021, room 115). Comfortable bed, soft sheets, nice pillows Microwave, refrigerate, air conditioner unit. Ok, the furniture is old, no bedside lamps (ceiling lights worked just fine). Carpet is a little funny looking but I always bring slippers No odors! People: if you want a room that's Comfortable and quiet and clean, this is it!

I visited my mother when she stayed here and it seems like a nice place. Super clean on the inside, even the bathroom. I never saw a trace of anything. I do find it a little creepy that the cleaning lady enters your room while you're out but at least she always had clean towels.

This motel is right on the highway. Everything from semis to motorcycles go by all night long. It was too noisy to sleep and too bright. The curtains let in light all around from the parking lot and highway. The included breakfast didn't have anything I was interested in. One good thing: the refrigerator and microwave worked well with a large enough freezer to refreeze all of our ice packs.

It was a little 'tired' looking but super clean, comfortable and lots of room. Lovely lady at the front desk.

Clean little hotel with amazingly welcoming staff and parking at your door! As a female solo traveler I felt safe here and appreciated the hotel guests also appear to be highway travelers who were quiet and sleeping during the night. I would definitely stay here again! No amenities this is a simple roadside motel but a far cry above others I have stayed at in this catagory. The beds are beyond comfortable! and bathroom clean. No frills older model simple dated furnishings with clean appearance and safety with parking at cute little entry doors.
