Was staying here regularly for work, not as well kept as other hotels I'd used in the past but it was fine. My last stay I found what appeared to be a bedbug crawling about, checked head of mattress for black spots and lo there were definitely bedbugs. Noticed that the heater was cranked to high, so I suspect someone knew? Front desk got me a new room that was clean, but didn't seem too worried about the possibility of bedbugs in the hotel. I haven't and won't be back.

SUPER GROSS!!!! I was there two nights ago. I awoke to bed bug bites on my neck, face and feet. Initially I thought I had been attacked by mosquitoes but there are several bites in a line. The blanket had holes from cigarette burns. The room had a smelly odor. The handle on the toilet was malfunctioning. Two of the large towels in the bathroom had small pink stains on them. There was what appeared to be blood on the wall in the bathroom. Appalling.

The staff was awesome, polite and friendly and eager to please. Our room was clean and pleasant, the hot tub was to die for!!! We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on going back at least 2 times a year.

When we checked in at 10 pm they gave us a dirty room. the bed was not even made. Then they transferred us to another room. The TV did not work. The person at the front said stated it was not her responsibility to manage the TV's. She did not own them. Super 8 has really gone down hill lately with the people they hire to manage their locations. They simply do not care about their product. Never again!

Bed had way to much bounce for my liking. The AC unit had broken directional blades and covered in a thick layer of dust (as I was making adjustments to the setting, it got all over me). When I laid down on the bed to go to sleep, I kept itching, so when I got home the next day, first thing I did was take a shower and do laundry (after reading other comments about finding bed bugs, it makes sense). Advertised as having a free breakfast, but when I get there, they don't offer a breakfast (false advertising). I paid $116 for all this. My advise, go somewhere else, there are other places to stay within walking distance.

The bed cover was dirty, the curtains were torn and were hard to close. It is advertised free breakfast but they don't serve it. My wife and I went for breakfast when we came back the cleaning lady was inside our room and had thrown away all of our food that was in the refrigerator. We did not give them permission to go in the room. The lady told us that the manager had authorized to go inside a room. Stay away or do not leave anything of your stuff they will go in to the room at any time.

Room and hotel in general is not the cleanest. Spiderwebs and dust on surfaces, Mirrors smeared, hair on the bathtub side. Breakfast very basic and limited . Coffee was good. Room key worked after 5 or six tries. And smell of smoke in the hallway.

The 2 stars was for the perfect night sleep on their mattress, very comfy. We checked in and found out breakfast was no longer served. The ad states it does. The bed cover was so dirty, we removed it and washed our hands. I called front desk and found out 12:00 noon is check out. We went for breakfast and came back for showering and our room was being cleaned out at 9:30 a.m.! We will NOT be back.

Excellent front desk people, but how Wyndham tolerates this substandard property is appalling. Owner-operator DAAYA, INC should be ashamed. Our room was disgusting, from finding feces in the toilet to food scraps under the bed. Broken air conditioner, furniture falling apart, spider webs. Unfortunately it was too late for us to leave. The manager should have been empowered to give a full refund, considering the magnitude of this mess. But no. We”ll take that up with Wyndam.

We liked the price. The man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The first key card didn't work so he made us two new ones right away and they were fine. I really hate giving bad reviews, but this one almost requires it. The room was not clean. The tub had that dark ring of built up soap scum so I didn't use it. The bed spread was stained? Dirty? Couldn't tell which but was pretty yucky. The sheets were stained and there's no excuse for what we found on them. Big stains. The fire extinguisher had a plastic bag over it. The headboard on one of the beds had been ripped off the wall and the holes left unfixed. (That was actually just tacky, not a deal breaker.) But what were all those tiny black bugs all over the ceiling in the bathroom? You get the picture. Please don't stay here. We'd been staying at different Motel 6's and wanted to try something different. Big mistake.

This hotel is dirty has bed bugs I walked into the room there was a big dirty footprint on the sheet, so I pulled back the bottom sheet because it didn't fit the bed and looked like it was not washed, on the mattress were 2 bed bugs dead i think but not worth taking the chance of staying. Klamouth Falls Or. was totally booked for the weekend so I stayed on my sons couch. Now they are refusing a refund for the 3 nights I booked. Every hotel was booked for the 3 days and a man in the lobby looking for a room when I left. They had the room booked in no time I'm sure. Not worth the attitudes from the front desk and the filth to stay here.I am a 68 year old grandma and never had a complaint about a room like this ever.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The comforter has dirty spots on it. Everything is dirty. I do not think they clean after everyone. The hard floor is sticky. The bath is so dirty, I took a dry piece of toilet paper and rubbed it against the bath and the toilet paper was dirty. The shower curtin is dirty. The towels are so worn out they are getting holes in them. So we did not take showers. The beds are so uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place at all.

The room was extraordinary and the help was far better. The food was extraordinary. The area was additionally great. I was worried that a few groups that had breakfast there were not visitors. I saw people rounding up plates and leaving the way to their vehicles.

We had an entirely pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was useful, kind, pleasant and proficient. The room was perfect, calm, and agreeable and breakfast was tasty with an assortment of food sources to browse. It was a superb stay.

Avoid! Very run down. When we checked in they told us the boiler was down and there was no hot water. Sadly there were no other options left in town. The bathroom door was a temporary door. It was splintering off since the wood was not finished. They had construction materials near the exit. The room was not clean (the coverlets had stains) and we were booked in a room too small. The cot barely fit and we were cramped and uncomfortable. We will not stay there again.

The cons: Hole's in walls, not clean, noise, drunk people in the hallways after midnight, felt unsafe. The room's decor was atrocious and outdated, bed was very hard, hair in sheets, had no USB plugs. Coffee in the morning smelled rancid. I'll be nice and just say the staff are unprofessional and not able to readily program room keys. It took three walks back and forth and a room change to get in. The pros: The parking lot was well lit and it was close to the highway where there seemed to be plenty of police around. I will never go back or recommend!

Save yourself $20 and go to Motel 6. We usually stay at Motel 6 when we are driving through but stopped here this time around due to better location. The upkeep at this location is awful. The TV mount in our room had fallen off the wall and the TV was resting on the dresserβ€”the image was grainy and flickering, likely due to damage from the fall. Bedding looks old/worn and is stained. The carpeting in our room was ripped. The shower head didn’t work right and there were dirty towels from the last guest in the room.

Rundown is an understatement. Ac/heat unit made awful noises all night. Looks as though it's been there 20+ years as well. Patches in the tub and open cracks. NO fire alarm....safety hazard. The common area has a giant plastic film covering where the ac/heat unit should be. Exterior needs help, weeds, and foxtail everywhere. dont let your pets roam unless you want a vet bill. The front desk was helpful but not much they can do about deferred maintenance and owner not spending money.

it's was clean. Beds low to the ground, which was nice. Need better tv's in rooms but was a reasonable price and we would stay again.

OMG! This place is a DUMP! The room was dank and dark because there were only two lights; the bed tilted to on side, so you felt like you were going to roll down hill all night. The bathroom smelled like urine. The "included" breakfast is a joke! No juice, no muffins or bagels. Only white bread for toast, two kinds of cold cereal and a waffle maker. Don't waste your money on this place!

The rooms and amenities could use an upgrade on a grander scale & more thorough cleaning. The bedding & towels were clean, albeit old & stained. While the furnishings & paint job were modern, the sink, tub, & light switch showed obvious wear. Our room also smelled very strongly of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. However, the motel was fine for what it was. It was comfortable, conveniently located, & suited our purpose.

Breakfast bar had nothing at all that I could eat and was mostly just carbs with butter. Bathroom in room had two used bars of soap in the shower before I even walked in. Tub had grime and I ended up scrubbing it with dish soap from dollar tree before using it. Heater was either on or off, no temp regulation. Visible dust on the surfaces. Previous guests coffee stir sticks were still on the table when I came in. Everything is from the early 2000s apparently. Blanket had multiple cigarette burn marks in it despite it being a non smoking room.... Oh no irons allowed apparently cause anyone asking for a clothes iron is apparently trying to do drugs here.

Too bad for super 8 but I had worst night I've had at a hotel ever. The staff was just fine and got me checked in easy but there was someone running up and down stairs and letting door slam on a rock that held the side door open, which says not to do. Guessing same guests were ones screaming and crying/yelling banging extremely loud. It stopped at 6am but my night was over and now I had to drive on no sleep and wasted my money. I'd rather slept in car in rest stop.

Walls were really dirty. The TV was static on all 8 channels and was mounted crooked. The shower was so disgusting 🫣. So much mold! No elevator. We booked ahead and they still made my 70 year old mother walk up 3 flights of stairs.

The receptionists are friendly but the manager acts like he’s too good for his guests. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are decent. Not a bad place to stay while in Yakima.

This place is gross. First, online they sell rooms for 65$, we stopped when we cam in town and they charged 99$!!!! For a super 8 I expect a little old and run down, but this was just dirty. Poorly cleaned, looks like they dont have vacuum. The first room the bed cover was full of stains (some crusty) and a cigarette burn hole, the sheets were either still dirty or so stained it looked like someone never washed them. Bathroom dirty, pee on seat. Asked for another room... Sheets at least looked and smelled clean, had to take duvet off as it was darker so you could see any stains but it also had some crusty spots. Windows were so dirty you could barely see out. I was afraid to take my socks off. We almost didnt stay, but it was midnight and we had been driving for 9 hours or I would have just left. Dont waste you money.

Non Smoking??? Are you sure? My room smelled like my parents car when I was a kid, when they would smoke like a chimney and keep the windows rolled up. Bathroom had black mold growing in it. Furniture looked and felt like they hadn't been washed in years. Might be time for some renovations.

BEWARE, cat owners. Although the property is listed as pet friendly, it is not. Upon arrival, after already booking and paying for my stay, I was told they did not accept cats because the owner is allergic. Nowhere does it specify that when you are booking. The man checking me in asked if I could leave my cat in the car… Thankfully the hotel next door had rooms and were actually pet friendly or else I don’t know what else I would have done. The site I booked through eventually issued me a refund, but the guy at the front desk was no help.

OK hotel. Breakfast was not fit for the name, hardly anything on the counter. Staff was good and friendly. Though I always use stairs, this 2.5 story building has no elevator. Nice garden and large lawn and is pet friendly.

This place is in rough shape. Lots of cosmetic damage to the common areas (hallways, carpets, etc.) and to the room itself. Needs a complete overhaul top to bottom. Got the sense that it's used for travelers as well as long-term residents. No TV remote in the room, and as I was looking all over for it, I saw underneath the bed had clearly not been vacuumed for a while. Front desk guy said he didn't have any extra remotes because people had been stealing them. Same guy was playing on his cell phone behind the desk the couple times I walked by, including when I first arrived. Back door keycard reader was broken, I'm guessing on purpose so that anyone entering has to use the lobby. If you just need a cheap place to crash, it'll work, but even then it's borderline. The only positive is that it's right next to two truck stops for snacks and drinks.

In the First room, the refrigerator was frozen over and the door wouldn't shut. It caused a pool of water to build up. Second room, pictures provided. You decide if you would stay here. All other hotels were booked up and I have no other choice but to stay here.

Shower/tub diverted leaks bad, a/c heating unit control knob broken, window seal facia trim coming off and broken drywall around frame. Key card sensor in door malfunction requiring multiple swipes to get door to unlock. Room was clean and bedding fresh, at least. Needs maintenance attention badly
