The hotel is very outdated and ran down. The pool and hot tub were falling apart. It is almost unsafe. The hot tub was just as cold as the pool. I was threatened a 250 dollar deposit for staying locally(I personally know that nicer hotels do not do this). There was non guest allowed to swim. Not to mention they were very inappropriate around my 6 year old son. There were drunks congregating outside on the steps smoking cigarettes.

Checked in this afternoon after an 11-hour drive. Here are my observations: 1. A/C does not work after an hour. Just blows air. No cooling at all. Not good in 90-degree temps. Currently outside and inside temps are the same....83 2. Birds are nesting on/in outside part of A/C unit. I turned the unit off and still heard continuous chirping. Should be a fun evening! 3. Some retaining bars in fridge are missing 4. No updates of carpet or furniture since 1970. Really shabby/tacky. And the stuffed chair needs at least cleaning but better yet, a replacement. 5. Hole in the bathroom wall that was barely patched up. I have to ask just who they are hiring for this sort of thing. my guess is low bid, and management never follows up on any of this. Pro tip ... this is NOT a good business model. First time I have stayed here. and guaranteed the last. If they can find a competent maintenance man, point him to room 355.

Front Desk people were very helpful and friendly. Room was dirty and smelled bad, as well as the air conditioner. Bathroom had no exhaust fan so nobody wanted unload in there if you catch my drift(😏) although, it was very affordable. I would never return

Such a wonderful place to stay! Very quiet area, lots of rooms. We didn't have reservations and they had rooms available. Raj was very friendly and helped find us the perfect room! Brenda helped us in the morning with check out and it was fun to chat with. Rooms are very spacious and there is a coffee maker, refrigerator with separate freezer and microwave. Also have an iron and ironing board. Plenty of towels and free WiFi. The one thing that would have been nice is to have another waste basket in the bathroom so there was one in the room and one in the bathroom. I didn't have the breakfast, but my husband said it was very good.

Our stay was excellent. That was due to Jessica, Netty, and Brenda. They were vigilant about getting us a room by the pool when we made that request due to my husband's physical challenges. They welcomed our dog with enthusiasm. The room was very clean. Breakfast that was included with the price of our room was excellent. Anytime we would be in this area, we would definitely stay at this Days Inn.

Welcome to everything is broken. First room had gaping sink and shower holes. Shower curtain fell down before anyone could use it. Very hard uncomfortable beds. Didn't sleep well the whole time. No refunds and no upgrades available through Priceline. They are going through a remodel Manager said. She moved us twice after I couldn't sleep the first night. I thought she would move us to a remodeled room. No. Because there aren't any. Light fixture backing in bathroom ceiling missing in all 3 rooms! very ghetto. Broken old TV stands missing the edge bezels. She moved us again. Same thing different room. Hair balls on the ironing board. She came and I showed her then she got passive aggressive and asked if we were inspectors and perfectionists and told my kids to check out motel 6 and come back. Some kind of gritty material at the bottom of the tub couldn't get it to wash down. After she left us in the last room had a bloody pillowcase. I didn't bother telling her because I knew it didn't matter at that point. We were exhausted from a long trip and it was already paid for. The only good thing about this motel is the friendly staff. Days inn Never again. They are definitely not 2 star. Next time I will choose something better and upgradable.

It's a little bit outside of Klamath falls. The value is great. Breakfast is hot and cold food in a comfortable setting, not crowded. The beds are very comfortable. The pillows are very fluffy and nice. The room was large. Access was easy. The shower head in the handicap room didn't seem to adjust. But other than that the room was excellent. There was plenty of counter space in the bathroom area. I would stay here again.

The location was pretty good they were very pricey though, the check-in was rough because it was a big group checking in also the girl was working by herself, the room itself was mostly cleaned but the AC didn't work so that made the whole trip miserable for me. It was like 100Β° outside and the room stayed at about 90 to 95, when I told the front desk they were indifferent and could care less. The pool was nice mostly clean the jacuzzi was cold the water never heated up. The Continental breakfast was okay. It definitely wasn't worth the high cost of the room maybe if the AC was working and the jacuzzi got hot it might have made a big difference but such as it is I don't feel it was worth the price I paid.

The price was fair. The rooms were clean, no funky smells. Loved that they have a jacuzzi, but needs to be a litte bit hotter. Rooster restaurant next door was good, convenient with frindly staff, & the motel gave us a discount card we used for dinner there. The motel also had a decent hot breakfast which was nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good, I actually liked that the A/C was not at the front blowing directly on the beds.

We booked a room with a king in one room and 2 queen in the other. The couch turned into a bed, but we didn't use that bed. It was lovely clean. My only complaints are that we could hear the people above us walking around and the door between the two rooms squeeked very loud and didn't close right. The included breakfast was great. It included waffles, muffins, toast, yogurt, bagles, scrambled egg, sausage, juice, coffee, and two kinds of sugar cereal. There is an outdoor pool with a hot tub that we didn't get to use.

Good value. Good size & clean room. Good breakfast in an attractive lobby. Comfortable bed but old beat up furniture. Internet slows down noticably when more people are there.

Room was awful. I mean, truly, can't say enough about how bad it was. Set aside the 1970s furniture and fittings (I mean actually 50 years old, not in style), the room smelled so bad I ended up just leaving. It was a moldy, musty, sick smell. I know I should have just asked for a different room, but the huge motel was almost empty, and I figured if the cleaners left this room in this state, what would be the point of moving to a different room?

No complaints other than the spa bubbles didn't work. However they tried to make them work so a B for effort. I would give them a 5 if they had vegan options for breakfast!!

Nice clean hotel, nice layout, classy lobby, decent breakfast, and since they didn't have the rollaway we needed they upgraded us to a HUGE 3 bed suite. I've been in a lot of hotels and lived at all sorts of economic levels. I've had hotel rooms 1/5th the size, like in Europe and Australia, and lived in apartments that would be put to shame. Stayed at a 2 bedroom timeshare the week after that was about the same size, maybe a little smaller.

This room is a fantastic value! The king room was enormous and included a desk and lots of extra space. The free breakfast was great (waffles, eggs/sausage, yogurt, breads, coffee), and the price ($115) was incredible. Good wifi and cable TV. There were dispensers for soap, shampoo, and moisturizer. Oh, I forgot to mention the outdoor pool and hot tub. We were only staying for one night, so we didn't go in the pool but they looked great. This place really exceeded my expectations.

At first I was wasn't super impressed driving up. But the employees were super friendly, our room was bigger than I thought, and I loved the bright lights in the parking lot at night. Made you feel way safer. We also liked the small breakfast in the morning, everything a little one needs in the morning. Also they have small peanut butter cups for kids to put on their bagel or toast to give them extra protein. (Picky eaters) Those cups are amazing. I swear the little things. Also we loved their fish tank, sure keeps kids entertained when you have to check in or check out.

The staff really made us feel welcome on our stopover on our way back to Canada from Mexico. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely stay here. Thank You

Elida was wonderful. We looked at all of the hotels in the area, and this was by far the nicest. Plus, the fact that there were dog friendly was mandatory. Thank you for a great stay!

A nice place to stay. Rooms were nice. Very clean. Seems to have students and workers here but very quiet. We were with other travelers and the rooms were nice. Real fast was better than ok. Rooster Restaurant on premises was ok as well. Diner food but walkable so hard to complain

Nice hotel. Nice amenities. Restaurant red rooster had very good food and staff. Average breakfast. Bed was a little hard. Staff was nice and friendly in the afternoon when we checked in. Had refrigerator and microwave. Very clean.

The room isn't bad for a 2 star hotel but the fact that they require a $250 deposit is outrageous. The pool isn't open and hasn't been all summer. The property itself is OK. Be prepared to pay $350 for a one night stay with the "deposit" which they charge to your card, and don't place a hold. The toilet had nasty murky water upon arrival and the bed skirt has gross dirty marks/stains. Definitely not worth the deposit.

Service given by Brenda Morse was exceptional. Her and Nettie were caring, responsive and professional. I definitely would recommend this Days Inn based on the service recieved. The breakfast was standard but was fresh and the eating area was clean and seasonally decorated for fun. Thank you, Brenda for making out stay very pleasant.

Hotel staff was excellent, no matter what time of day or night we were in the lobby. Our train was 2 hours late and we couldn't check in until close to midnight. The woman working the counter was great after that long trip. When my daughter was running outside and fell, my mom went to the front desk to get a band-aid, and the gentleman working the counter sent a lollipop back for my daughter. Little things like that mean a lot! We will 100% stay here again on our next trip out that way!

This place was so clean and freshly remodeled. The staff were friendly and kind. I am very leery of motels and this one made me want to look into others. The breakfast was excellent. Brenda was such a cheerful person to get us in the morning. We arrived 2 minutes late for breakfast and she stopped everything from being cleaned up so my kids could eat. If you are traveling in the area (or to Crater Lake) this is the place to stay!

Room was just fine. Air conditioner was not adequate to cool our room. If you are elderly, there are no Safety bars in the restroom or the showerWhich was a problem for us. Otherwise the room was satisfactory and the maid went out of her way To make it a pleasant room the towels were folded nicely and the toilet paper was folded Also. Shower was nice and big But hot and cold Knobs were switched. Hot Breakfast was very good.

Room was really nice, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was just ok but we were rushing so just grabbed something quick. There is a bit breakfast though so plus. Front desk personnel were all so sweet. Will definitely stay here again any time I'm in town. Hopefully I'll be able to try the pool or hot tub next time. Checked in too late sadly. Looked so inviting though.

I've always loved staying here , hot breakfast 6-9 am, pool, jacuzzi, close to everything in town, big comfy beds, clean rooms. Great place to stay.

Nice and clean, a little run down, but everyone is helpful friendly and willing to go beyond. Be careful walking through the grass. There are a lot of guests that do not pick up after their pets. I hate covid pandemic, because breakfast is still on the skimpy side

Stayed in Klamath to avoid driving through a snowstorm at night. The price was reasonable & the beds were comfortable. The rooms were a bit worn overall, but not dirty. The on-site restaurant & lounge was convenient for dinner & discounted breakfast the next morning.

When we're in K Falls we always stay at Days Inn. The rooms are affordable and are always very comfortable and clean. Also the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner)is good and inexpensive. The service by Brenda Morse and the general Manager Raj Naria is the best that we've ever found on our frequent trips through Eastern California & Oregon.
