It met my expectations for sure this place was amazing it is very central located there are many places that you can walk to from the hotel (stores, restaurants. The room was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were huge and the pool was heated. I would definitely recommend.

When we arrived at the hotel we was immediately greeted. Fast check in. Got to our room and it nice and clean. We went down relaxed in the indoor pool and hottub. The next morning we went to breakfast. They have so many options. We highly recommend this hotel. And will definitely stay again

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There is a bug infestation in the hallway by the stairs/elevator. The hall light by the exit door is full of insects. Our room had a graveyard of bugs in the windowsill and on top of the ac unit, that we noticed in the morning. Asked to be refunded for our second night, so we could stay somewhere cleaner and they refused. Didn’t even send someone to clean up the hundred or so green bugs. (Guessing baby grasshoppers). There were also some alive grasshoppers hopping around. So gross. If we hadn’t already paid close to 200 dollars for this room, we would have went somewhere else. The pool and hot tub had a nasty film on them as well.(observed from the hallway) Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. Stay away.

The staff here is amazing! They're so kind and helpful. The breakfast in the mornings has tons of options and is delicious! Their indoor pool and hot tub are fantastic and open 24 hours, which is a bonus since most places close theirs at some point in the night! Beds are soft and comfy, and they give you plenty of towels and things in the bathroom! For sure would stay here again! 😊

Fantastic stay at the Comfort Inn. We were upgraded to a complementary king room suite. The loaction was great. Nice and quite away from the road unlike the best western next to it. The continental breakfast was great, everything that was supposed to be hot was hot. Good selection for breakfast. The pool and hot tub are both clean and in a good location. I personally wasn't a fan of the bed, a bit too firm for my taste but otherwise everything was great. Spacious room, everything was very clean and well maintained. The Jacuzzi tub was very enjoyable, and I was able to submerge myself completely. I will definitely consider staying here again as it was around $360 for 3 nights for the standard king room I booked. The upgrade was a great bonus. Pics taken at the end of our stay.

The room was dated, the bath tub had spots where it was broken, the screens were out of window and laying on ground looking like a break in. The whole place smelled like bug spray. Nothing in vending machines. When I went to front desk to ask about screens on the ground she was standing in front of entrance smoking 🚬. I was told a lie that they were replacing all the screens. When I went to enjoy the hot tub at 1000 pm there were 8 little kids swimming in it while wearing huggis non swimming diapers. I felt robbed.

Surprising mly very nice. Entry was clean & well lit. Man at the desk was pleasant. I asked for a few options and I got them. The room is clean, 'not' worn out look. Mattress is firm just the way I like it. Oodles of pillows but I bring my own. Location is next to BiMart and a block down are several shops. Lots of restaurants close by.

The hotel is amazing and the staff on the first day was the BEST!! Breakfast was delicious. We ran into an issue on the second night and had to communicate with Chris, the manager. It was the worst service ever. No teamwork, short responses, and definitely argumentative in nature.

Decent enough place to stay. Rooms are dated and smell funky. Breakfast was very disappointing, with little to choose from, many items not available and poor quality overall. Pool was unheated and the spa was unavailable. Staff were helpful, but generally disinterested and it seemed as though I was bothering them when checking in. I'll pay a little more for better accommodations on my next visit.

I was gravely disappointed in this hotel. The service staff was the only saving grace. Booked a king suite. Very dingy, old smelly carpet… the bathroom doors did not shut well, kept opening. The toilet had pubic hair and toilet paper in the toilet and had definitely had not been cleaned. Hot water in shower was gone after a couple minutes. Water damage on the ceiling was bad and chipping away. No extra blankets or pillows or sheets for pull out bed, I had to go ask for them. The breakfast was sub par and coffee basically water. For 240$- what a joke. At least the staff was nice. Save your money, spend the extra to stay somewhere else. This place needs a major do over by corporate.

I feel so disappointed, the swimming pool didn't have warm water, kids can't swim. The room didn't have hair dry, but the staff is nice. I think I won't come back again until they fix the pool's heater.

The crew is awesome, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only warning, do NOT leave stuff in the bed of your truck.

Booked this hotel simply for the pool and hot tub I called to make sure the pool and hot tub was up and running the lady said yes. So I proceeded to book my room for the same day. I get to the hotel and check in after paying for my room, I asked where the pool was and she told me o the pool is closed due to a water line breaking 2 days ago so the pool is closed. So I was pretty disappointed about our stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool area are great. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic breakfast…even though we showed up 10 minutes before breakfast ended:)

Very great stay. Room was clean. Hot tub and pool were perfect. Great staff. And a very good breakfast! I would recommend.

We drove all day and stopped here late in the evening. We were able to get a last minute booking and get checked in quickly. The beds were incredibly comfortable, just what we needed after a long drive. Breakfast was decent. Great no hassle experience.

A good place to stay. The sheets are so soft, they have soft and firm pillows to choose from. The bathroom should have been cleaned a little better. The breakfast was seriously disappointing. If you stay and order delivery from Abby's Legendary pizza the pictures are the Ceasar salad and cheese pizza. Save your money go to Burger King across the street.

Not much - entire place smells of smoke. Room had been sprayed with whatever motels use to neutralize cigarette smoke. Cleanliness is lacking. Would pay more and stay at a different place! Pool was closed (5pm??) One up side was the check in staff. Very helpful and pleasant

The employees here are so kind and the rooms are so clean. It's really relaxing here and I love their pool AND their hot tub. I definitely recommend staying here. You will not regret it. Will be come back!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable & the ac get cold! Show had good water pressure & plenty of hot water. Small fridge & microwave in room. Has an elevator so makes it easy for disabled patrons to get to the secondfloor. Little pricey, but overall stay was nice.

This was a great place to stop over on my way further north. It was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. It included a grab and go breakfast such as Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, 2 kinds of yogurt, assorted muffins and danishes, coffee, and I believe other beverages (I only had coffee). The solo receptionist was friendly and helpful (the washing machine would not start, so she ran upstairs to check it). She handled everything with pleasantry on a busy Friday evening. I would stay here again.

We had a quiet and comfortable stay. Prompt, friendly service. Our TV wasn't working, so the receptionist came up immediately to check it out herself. Breakfast was grab-and-go due to COVID and there weren't many options for our dietary restrictions (except fruit), but not a huge deal. Especially with restrictions in place. Soundproofing was EXCELLENT - our kids tested it at full volume at approximately midnight. Grandpa barely heard a thing next door. So, if you've got small children, it's perfect! Pretty good dining options nearby, and a pharmacy across the street too. We liked the convenience.

Very clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was a pick up and take style due to covid regulations but still had a very good selection of breakfast items.

This place is clean. Did the hot tub toon and we liked it allot. Little old but it worked perfectly. Thought the bed would be to hard but was surprisingly comfortable and the pillows were soft. Only a couple of negative things. 1. The shower stopper was broke so more water ran out of the spout than the shower head so the shower was weak. 2. The tub filled with water during the shower. 3. They say hot breakfast but you have to warm it up in the microwave so it’s really a cold breakfast. Nothing to serious and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this place to all.
