The front desk person was unprofessional to say the least. He was asking questions that had nothing to do with our stay. Things like “why are you here if you are local” and “why are you sharing a room for 4 people if it’s all girls” and just super personal and unnecessary questions. I work for a travel share hotel and these questions would not be okay to ask at check in so it was completely unprofessional. The room was clean but the beds are uncomfortable and the tv volume was not good. There was also no TV guide so it made it impossible to find a channel for my kids to watch. They only have one housekeeper and because of that it took them 3 hours after check in before we could enter our room but the housekeeper they had was very professional and attentive to our needs. Overall the stay was okay but needs a little more improvement.

Really liked staying here for a night! Cheap and clean, and they had ice and laundry too! We weren't sure how it'd go because it's next to a big truck stop, but it was far enough that it wasn't busy at night (we couldn't even see the truck stop without driving a bit). Highly recommend it as a stop on a road trip!

Room was clean. Easy check in/check out. Next to a Pilots gas station/truck stop. We stayed in a room with 2 beds. There was a mini fridge and microwave. But no coffee pot. 🙁 Would have liked one in there. Small dining room table and 2 chairs. The AC/heater worked. Good cable channels to choose from. Overall it was a nice stay. All the staff from check in to housekeeping were all very kind and friendly. Helpful when needed. Housekeeping is very on point and friendly. Considering this wasn't our destination, we did appreciate the hospitality and patience with us while staying there. And the extra kindness with time. Thank you again. 😁

There are multiple reasons why I heavily dislike this place. First because of the expense of $300+ (with tax) for ONE night for TWO adults, there were multiple issues with the room. Dust was hanging out of the popcorn ceiling, the room is so small and the bathroom is small that you can barely walk in it. Everything was outdated, meaning the floors, sink, and our AC was a fan that you could control. The bathtub had paint chipped and the lights had dust all around it. Plus we only received towels enough for one person. Overall, not worth the money.

The rooms were price gouged because of the eclipse, so it set me back about 230$, but it was super clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, and best of all QUIET. Pet fee is 25$ per pet, per night, so that was an extra 50$, all in we payed 280$ for one night. The only complaint l have is please offer guests coffee at least. I can get over not having breakfast but coffee should be in the office at all times. The coffee at the truck stop next door has great coffee though!

You get what you pay for. No hot water in sink. WiFi was good. No coffee pot, but a gas station is within walking distance and has good coffee and snacks. Pool was closed, no breakfast as advertised.

Room was clean. It was expensive for a 2 star motel, but guy at desk tried to help reduce cost best he could. Ended up being price of a 3-4 star hotel for a 2 star hotel. Credit card service fee & pet fee added up. Water pressure good, wish soap were a little better, but it was ok. Wish beds were queen instead of full, but they were reasonably comfortable. For a quick overnight no frills place it worked well.

Good location near the pilot at the North End of town. It was quiet and the room was well cared for

I travel a lot. I seek out the lower cost roadside motels, I am a harsh critic and I know when the effort to deliver a decent night's rest is real, or not. My stop here this last week turned out to be one of those little gems that I tag for my definite future use when I am coming through. A couple of small issues that needs attention, but that is small stuff compared to the clean, well kept outside of the complex, the clean room, great water pressure in the shower, but the sink needs attention, the towels were a surprise premium quality, and the bed was unusually comfortable compared to most along with the right pillows for me. The host was very friendly and efficient. She bent over backwards to help me when I asked about a coffee pot in the room. She provided me with one, personally. I usually travel with my own, but did not this time and I was grateful because I get up early and I am gone. A definite recommendation for others to stop.

The staff went above and beyond when it came to help. The beds were comfortable, the rooms well kept and the location of the inn is perfect with easy access. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and would reccomend this inn to all.

Quiet, convenient and worth the price. We have stayed at other places and this by far was the cleanest and not to mention smelled good.

The front office was dirty, no brochures for the local attractions, here was a coffee machine on the counter which obviously hadn't been used for a while, the counter had a sign above it that read "Coffee Bar”, on the web sight is a nice picture of the same counter with what appears to be complimentary pasteris, again the counter was filthy and the pastery display was dirty and unused. The room was clean but the bathroom door handle was so loose I thought it would fall out, and the toilet wouldn't flush the first time I used it. The washer and dryer were also disused for quite awhile with trash and debris stacked around them and an old door leaning against them. The ice machine unsurprisingly didn't work either, and despite a sign stating vending machines there aren't any on the premises. Overall, I would only stay here if you have no other choice.

Good budget motel if you need to crash for the night. At only $65 before tax, we were happy to get a good night's sleep here during a 14-hour (two day) road trip passing through oregon. My husband, toddler and I all slept well. The neighborhood/environment is fairly typical for a budget motel. I didn't go into the front office but my husband had no complaints about service. We appreciated the tub as it helped baby get relaxed and sleep good, even while we snuck around the room, eating our dinner etc! I didn't immediately figure out how to get the tub's plug to work but we stuffed a washcloth in and it worked just fine, so no big deal. They provided a nice slip-prevention mat for the bathtub and/or the floor outside tub, that was a life saver. Soaps and shower caps were also provided, thank you! We liked the microwave as it enabled me to (using my own mug and teabag), make some tea. We appreciated the ice provided. And room had an ice tub, plastic baggie. The mini fridge appeared great but it wasn't plugged in when we arrived and we failed to double check it was working so our milk did go bad - I should note that there may have been an error on our part such as plugging in in wrong (perhaps) and we did not tell the staff about the fridge since we were already leaving by the time we discovered the issue. But I'd have just used the ice instead if I'd known. As a bonus, the subway restaurant, taco time, and dutch brothers nearby provided us all food we needed.

My adult kids paid for 2 nights here. After 1 night the hotel said they checked out. The house keeper threw all their food away and took their beer and energy drinks to her car. Yet their key still opened the door. No one offered to replace or pay for the food they bought the night before. It was a good thing they didnt leave any personal belongings behind. The house keeper probably would have kept it too.

While passing through while moving to AZ, we found this place. The room was outdated but very cozy, and our bed was lovely. One of the best nights sleep we have had our whole trip! The front desk gentleman was incredibly kind, he made some very nice accommodations for us, and made lovely conversation. It is rare to find someone so kind these days in customer service, and we were pleased with our stay. The only reason for 4 stars, was because the shower was kind of iffy and sprayed like a pressure washer, and there was a moist smell in the room.

This place is charging insanely high rates for what it is (200+ for basically the bottom rung of a Motel 6 ladder). The outdated rooms smell musty and the shower leaked all night. In the morning, I find out that in fact the entire shower won't turn on. Added a star for the very friendly front desk staff.

Not worth the price. $175.00 with tax and discount for a king bed, no coffee or. Did have a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was beautiful with grab bars in the shower. The bed was not liking my hips at all.

No breakfast, no in room coffee, no public coffee, lobby doors were locked at 8 am so we couldn't even get hot water for tea. Eventually we were spotted and allowed in for tea the door was locked behind us. The room is clean and spacious and the microwave and refrigerator work great. Check in was easy and pleasant.

Room was shabby. No blankets on bed. Old beat up furniture. Large oil spots in parking stop! Management refused to put me into a room where I would be far away from all the commotion in the parking lot because he didn't want to have to have housekeepers come in as the rooms were reserved for the next day! Not sure exactly what was going on there as they were detailing cars in the parking lot next to my room. Lots of traffic. Very shady
