After going through so much with the lady at the front office, I finally was able to go to my room and relax. On the road all day. You have to conduct business through a slot from the outside. The lady was awfully rude. No manners. Mean and nasty. I think she needs to get laid. Something! Got into my room and was going to place some clothes in the draws adjacent the bed. Open the draws and there's food in both draws. Bugs running around. Bathroom window did not open. Yet. There were fleas or something resembling fleas flying around. Called her at the front desk and she said this is the only room she had left. Woke up and 3 am. Went out to have a smoke. Guess what? Parking lot was a quarter full. Do yourself a favor, stay away! I'm a female veteran. I thank the owners for what they have done for me and other veterans. Some rooms may not be up to par but if you tell the managers or owners they will fix it. Thank you Rachel

This was honestly great for its price point. I’ve paid more for dingier motels. I definitely feel like I got more for my money’s worth compared here to where hotel prices are today. I will say it was just difficult for me to find the motel because it’s off a busy street and I’m not local. But the room I had had clean hard floors, the bed comfy, I felt safe and I did felt comfortable during my stay. The lady during check in was also very very sweet.

My brother and his new wife stayed here. They only had one towel for the both of them and no extra Toilet paper They have to go by their own.

Majestic Inn & Suites is a great place to stay. The service, the rooms, the location, was well beyond our expectations, and very affordable prices. Friendly staff and we were treated with dignity and respect.

No visitors allowed, very strict and staff is rude, doesn't care to be bothered by guests. Same OWNERS as Majestic which also has NO OFFICE ACCESS OR BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED

Impressed, room service daily, rooms clean and tidy, only negative point was the height of the shower nozzle, shower designed for short person, I am 5ft 9in and I couldn't wash my hair without bending my back

This family owned business is nice. It's a simple, place to stay when you don't need any frills. The price was great. The service was great. We only needed a place to sleep for several days and this accommodation fit the bill without breaking the bank. Plus, it's easily accessible on a main road. There is no pool, but we didn't need or want one.

This place didn't let me know they were overbooked. We are trying to find a place at the last minute.

Great customer service and very cute little rooms. Pet friendly and surprisingly quiet for being on a main roadway.

#Tkelectric75 travels extensively for projects. #majestic has great remodel rooms. They are right across the street from #Albertsons and a host of restaurants. Staff is very helpful. we will be staying here for all our projects in the area. #thanos3

A religious nut job house keeper told me I was laying in a bed of sin because I'm unmarried. A few days later another house keeper demanded entry just because she wanted to see what we were doing! The towels and sheets were hard and crusty stained and covered in long black hair. They insisted on 70$ a week for a tiny bunny in a cage. The door had no flashing so all the cigarette smoke from the four smokers came in the room. I got sick from it because of my asthma and ended in hospital. Yuck.

Very good value for a budget motel. I noticed any bad reviews were mostly from years ago and gave it a chance and had no issues. Sure there was some chipped paint and superficial stuff like that but it was clean.

This is an older, single story motel. It has been updated, and appears to be well maintained. Pros: Pleasant staff, looks clean, you can park in front of your room. The beds were decently comfortable, and the heating was good. Cons: No carpeting, which I initially liked, but we found a large sticky spot on the floor beside the bed, like a puddle of dried syrup. I wet a washcloth to clean it, and discovered that the floor was absolutely filthy. We checked the bottoms of our feet and they were already dirty from the floor. We checked in after dark, and had to stand in the cold outside a small security window to do so, which took awhile. It was Klamath Falls, Oregon, not the middle of L.A.! Our window did not have adequate coverage to block out the very bright outside lighting, making it difficult to sleep.

This motel was a really pleasant surprise after a long drive from Bishop. We checked in after ten, and we got a nice request from the motel, requiring our arrival time. The room was nice and well kept and management were extremely polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. The motel is perfect if you want to visit Crater Lake
