This place is filthy. Our room was incredibly run down. Cable wasn't working, shower rod was broken, and there were bugs all over the room. They let gang members live here and it creates a very unsafe enviroment. Not nice to advertise that you're family friendly and have breakfast included when you provide neither. Hostile environment. Avoid at all costs. We didn't even end up staying the night and were still charged for two nights.. Good luck getting a refund! Customer servoce is nonexistent.

We traveled a couple hours to spend the night away and enjoy Klamath falls and it’s best pizza! Looked online at pictures and it was very decent and looked cozy and for 61$ rounded we thought it was a good deal. Went ahead an reserved room we got in at 7 to check in the lady at check in was nice gave us our keys and we went to our room to unpack our items first before heading in town. Carpets were stained, floor was uneven, the bathroom was grimy, the floor molding looked shotty and pieces missing and the walls looked crummy and falling apart. The shower floor was extremely unstable as you could feel it buckle in certain places and the shower head was very low as a person of 5’3 it was inches from my head. The cleanliness aspect was not there. I’m all for trying new places to stay as we like to travel but we will not returning here and advise others to do the same. Left the hotel wishing I would have stayed at my usual for only 20-30$ more for a modern and updated feel. This motel/rev park needs a serious renovation and update!

Stayed in the rv park. Totally positive experience. Check in was as good or better than you expect. Park is what it is. There are a lot of long term rigs here. We were just passing through so it met our needs perfectly. There were no problems or issues. Yes we would use this park again .

Cute hotel that I happened upon unexpectedly when I became too tired to drive. It was 3 a.m. when I checked in and the staff was nice enough to wake up and get me settled in a room. The bed was comfortable, there were lots of pillows and everything was neat and tidy. There was a free continental breakfast the next morning as well (with waffles!!) . A great value for the size and quality of the room. The only minor complaint I have is that it took a long time for the hot water to reach my room. But that is just the nature of the winter season. Once the hot water was there it was very hot and made my day.

We stayed in the RV park and didn't care for this place as it is NOISY! It's right off the highway and also train tracks. You will here the traffic and trains all day and night. The bathrooms were disgusting. The pool was nice and cool, but the ladder to get out was almost coming out of the cement! This place shows its age and has not been kept up at all. We won't be back.

Over all it was a decent stay. Besides the fact when we got our room and the microwave was covered in melted cheese, the bed had dog hair, we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper because not once did we get room service. Also, people bbq at 930 at night. Other than that for what you pay for it's worth it and there is no bed bugs. If you can handle those things they are cute rooms and somewhat peaceful.

I was treated very well by all of the staff. They will all bend over backwards to make your stay a wonderfully comfortable one. The rooms are extra large and comfortable. The prices are great. I would recommend this motel to family and friends. My favorite part about the whole stay is the wonderful staff.

Great little motel. Cheap and easy to get to. The owners are so friendly and super helpful! 1 star off just for the few small things we noticed. We stayed on 116 and we were unable to take a bath in the gorgeous jacuzzi tub because the stopper didn't fit. The AC was also in the closet which was weird so it took a lot longer to cool the room down. Other than that we loved it & will definitely stay again! 💜

Overpriced for what you get. Friendly enough staff, but small run down rooms that take ages to get warm. I couldn’t shower because the water was cold. Walked around to find that the RV park is the owners personal dump-garbage everywhere. No breakfast because of the virus- but you still pay full price. Real noisy, too. Wouldn’t recommend... wouldn’t go back.

Humm, freezing cold water, freezing cold room, no smoke detector , TV didn't work should I go on. The rooms are filthy the. I would suggest going to a different hotel for $10 more you can get a beautiful room in Klamath Falls.

This place was dirty. The top blanket was nasty. When we got there the room was like 10 degrees, they reset the heater but our room never warmed up. We slept in our jackets! The only reason we didn't ask for a refund and leave was because we were so exhausted and it was late. Also, they advertise there is a continental breakfast and there's nothing! Coffee only. That was one of the reasons we thought we would stay there. Talk about false advertising. Don't waste your money, not worth it and will never stay there again!

The gentleman at the counter was very helpfull. The room was clean. And we were able to get a great night's sleep. Did not get to enjoy any of the amenities. No breakfast included. (Should be removed from ad, since that is one of the reasons why we chose this place.)

We stopped at night tired from travel. We didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable and had a refrigerator and a microwave and small coffee pot. The bugs are really heavy but you expect that near a lake in a forest. Is the best TV service I've ever had in a motel or hotel . We had a small dog with us and for an extra $10 that was fine. We would stop here again if we're ever in the area.
