I've stayed here a number of times. The rooms are very comfortable and pretty large. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is friendly. I'm not sure how these people complaining in their reviews think they should be getting a four seasons experience in rural Oregon. People need to get a grip. This place is great and the price correlates perfectly to what you get.

The price was right compared to all the others in town and we were there for a week to visit family and friends. We liked the room set up with the 2 beds, fridge, microwave, sink and large counter. It made it easy to prepare snacks in the room to save money considering there was no continental breakfast and the contracted onsite restaurant and sports bar, although having posted hours, is hit or miss with being open. The room itself smelled musty and slightly of dog pee which wasn't surprising considering the numerous large stains in the carpet. I bought Febreze and a room air freshener that was used the entire week we were there. I also purchased my own toilet paper as the stuff provided was probably worse than used in Jail facilities. The freezer needed defrosting badly which was probably why the fridge did not cool properly. The microwave was ancient, although it worked. There were only 2 towels, hand towels and face cloths for a double room and they don't clean or refresh daily. The in room coffee was pretty much warm brown water. The water pressure in the shower was great. The toilet had to constantly have the handle shaken to stop in from running and was so short I had to grab the wall to get up. On the plus side, the employees were nice, the lobby was always clean and smelled much better than the room, the pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing and the location was perfect. Within walking distance to several fast food establishments, Chili's and the Tap House which had food trucks and entertainment. The parking lot was a bit downtrodden and several homeless would set up for the evening near the property. The property needs to be updated completely, get a permanent restaurant and bar with set hours that are actually adhered to and get rid of the homeless, then it might be a better place for a vacation spot. Also, I don't mind dogs, but the amount of dogs staying during the time we were there, was kind of crazy. There were dogs always walking through the lobby and you could hear barking now and then throughout the day and night.

Large clean rooms. The bed is very comfortable. Really good water pressure in the shower. We went to visit Crater Lake and stayed here. It's only an hour drive. There was a very large car show going on. That was fun. This hotel is great and close to many fun things to explore. I'd stay here again.

Awesome place guys. Great rooms. Happy Staff. Wonderful Manager. Gave us a deals Because of situation problems. I hope this review helps someone here because this place is legit a better home than my actual home. Good views. Vending machines with snack and Rockstar energy drinks 👌 Totally awesome place for way cheaper than the other motels. Price online was 150. Got the room for 85.

Surprise Oasis in the middle of the ghetto desert. The rooms are HUGE! This is a super base camp for before or after Crater Lake. The pool, hot tub, sauna, AND steam room really added value. We were going to eat at the restaurant but we missed it by 2 minutes (google said it closed at 9 pm but it actually closed at 8 pm). I don't get to K-Falls often, but this was definitely a win, and I won't hesitate to stay here again.

We reserved a 2 queen pet friendly room. It only had 2 towels, no wash clothes, 1 bar of soap for both sink and shower. Google said breakfast and restaurant and told when we checked in that the restaurant was closed and no continental breakfast. Honestly With 3 kids that was half the reason we choose the Shiloh was for the easy mornings. Super disappointed because now we have to go out to breakfast which adds another $50-$60 per day which we weren't expecting.

My dog and I stayed here for work and we loved it. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff was wonderful and made an effort to get to know me and my dog. Lots of dog areas and waste cans. There's also a great dog park 9 mins away. Definitely will be back.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I ask in the morning if we can get some fresh towels. They said “we will bring them up in a bit.” I wait for a bit, and decide I will shower in the evening, when my wife and I return from our day out. As it is our Anniversary. We get back, looking forward to getting in the pool after a hot day. We are dirty from being out in the high desert all day and need to shower first as to not get the pool dirty. There are still no towels, I walk down to the front desk and ask for towels, and I am told there are none available. They are being laundered and they will bring some up as soon as they are done. This is 7:30pm, at 11:30pm went to bed. Never did get get any towels. Ruined my anniversary evening and night.

A tired property but well maintained. From our room we could see the lake (over the highway). We had a couple of burned-out lights and some peeling wall paper but the bed and pillows were comfortable, the AC worked and provided nice background white noise, comfortable seating, plenty of room. It was in the right location for us (between point A and point B on a long drive) and we were greeted nicely after a long drive. Two seemingly small details: our room had water glasses (not plastic cups) and there were ceramic mugs with the coffee service in the lobby. I've stayed in plenty of "green" properties where I'm related to plastic. Thanks Shilo. Would stay here again.

The pillows are the only nice thing. The blankets have holes and stains on them. Online says continental breakfast. Nope not at all. No coffee either other than what is in the room. Not eleven a 4 person pot. For how expensive this place is.... Yeah never coming back here again

Experience was great! The hotel was nice, kinda bunmed they didn't have free breakfast like most hotels but not a big deal. Our room view was beautiful of the lake.

The Ms behind the desk checking me in was professional and well trained. I was able to check in early. The room was as advertised. My dog and I needed a quick pit stop and Shilo worked perfect for us. I’d stay again if in the area.

I'm disabled. While there was a bar in the bathtub, the toilet was too low, and there was no bar for the toilet. This made things very difficult for me. The room itself was clean, big, and very nice. There was a refrigerator and kitchenette. That was good. Would have been 4 stars if the bathroom was easier.

Located right on 97. The room was spacious, the fridge and microwave are great with a sink and counter in addition to the bathroom sink and counter. Not quite 5 stars because the shower curtain is a bit short and water got all over the floor and the treadmill in the weight room doesn't work. Very clean room, comfortable beds and pillows

This is a good place to stay. The property is showing some wear that needs to be addressed as in hall carpets and elevator is getting a little torn up. The pool is amazing with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi there too. Are nice and clean but I hope it is in works to repair and replace the ceiling tile in the pool area starting to look crummy. Overall love this place hope they keep it nice!

My mom stayed and she had ants in her room, gave her new room but wouldn't give her discount or anything for having to switch rooms and then clean all her things. Pool gave me a rash and messed up all our eyesight into the next day don't feel very well. Very rude front desk people 3 different times/people. No continental breakfast even though everywhere it says they do. Overall horrible experience. Only good thing was location. Will never stay here again.

Our room stinks, it smells like smoke. I quickly alerted the front desk as I don't want them charge me $350.00 for smoking in the room. We are non smokers just got assigned to a smoky room. The hotel was quick to respond, housing keeping came and witness ( in this case smelled) the smoky smell, offered to spray air freshener for the room. I am beginning to wonder if it was the filter in the AC or the poor circulation in the hotel that caused the stinky, smoky musty smell. No food offer is the hotel, the clerk at the front desk directed us to the restaurant adjacent to it except they are closed on Monday and Tuesday which caused inconvenience for us.

We always stay at the shilo when traveling to k falls. Rooms are clean, pool sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub jets are pointed straight up, couldn't find the wisdom there. The bubbles go straight up along the wall completely missing your back.. the water was clean and pretty hot.. I look forward to them serving breakfast in the restaurant again...

This was a really good choice for a pet friendly stop on our trip. It was in close proximity to all the services that we needed including gas. We will use this place again on our way back through here

If you are put on the parking lot side be prepared to listen to pipes clunking all night long and people stomping around above you. Rooms are large but the Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Dark and dingy. Needs some upgrading. The first room I was put in had dog pee stains all over the carpet I was moved at my request by a young gal at the Front desk. Another room had a broken fridge and instead of replacing it, they brought in a second fridge they put on the ends table while I wasn't there without my knowledge which is not how things should be handled. Management is a little rude, and Annette was gruff. Found needles in the parking lot but they were quick to clean up when notified. Also there is a lot of theft happening in their parking lot. Don't recommend this place, a one-and-done as far as I'm concerned. However, Jonathan at the front desk was kind and helpful.

Awesome hot tub and spacious rooms. A great location for trip to Crater Lake. Appliances were a bit old, toilet flushing may not function well, and fridge & AC may be a bit noisy.

I go here for work trips as a truck driver. The rooms are excellent. They have a sitting room with a sofa and desk, complete living room separate from the bedroom area which I love. 2 tv's if you would like to hold a small meeting for business or have a coworker wait in your room while you make coffee or discuss the day ahead. Close to a few restaurants and a brewery, fast food and coffee etc. One of my favorite stops. Could use more parking for bigger construction rigs with trailers and longer hours on internal restaurant but other than that it's great.

The room's are clean, front desk folks are easy to talk to and very helpful. Haven't tried the pool yet but I will. It looks nice. I have 3 more days here.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be disappointed. Large clean rooms. The bed is very comfortable. Really good water pressure in the shower. We went to visit Crater Lake and stayed here. It's only an hour drive. There was a very large car show going on. That was fun. This hotel is great and close to many fun things to explore. I'd stay here again.

Just outside of town. Huge rooms. A little dated but Clean. Hallways were a bit dark. No breakfast but McDonald's was very close. It was full as there was a fire in the area and all the firefighters were booked in. Nice warm pool and hottub.

I've stayed at many hotel's none of them compare to the friendliness and consistent employees here. My 9yr old son and husband and I along with other coworkers have stayed 2weeks plus here and it has been awesome. The pool is kept up really well if we call for anything they are on it asap. They will do anything to keep there people taken care of I'll recommend this hotel anytime. We travel the country and hands down my favorite staff. Also house keeping is friendly and they all work together. Thank you guys for an amazing stay!
