Went to get baby formula... Found 2 cans marked at 13.99, went to pay for them and they rang up as 41.99!!! I showed the lady where they were (still had 1 can in the spot) and we looked for any price to say $41.99 and couldn't find ANY but she would not honor the price that was below it. Needless to say I left without the formula and now I pray I can find some before my son runs out... he has about 1/2 of 1 can left and we are trying to get him on milk now.....

Albertsons is a nice, clean store here in Klamath. Actually been shopping at this Albertsons for 30 years. It has easy to shop in aisles, good prices and trustworthy employees.

It's where we go to get most of our groceries. Can't say I've had any bad experiences there as of yet. Prices are as you would expect from an Albertsons. Staff are friendly the vast majority of the time. Store has been clean every time that I've been.

Had to go through the line 3 different times at the pharmacy with long lines. Still was the most fun met some new people laughed alot with pharmacy technicians and other customers. We all seem to take the wait in stride. Thanks Albertsons and Savon.

Albertsons probably has the best quality food in KF's but they even have a difficult time keeping some of their shelves stocked. The only bad thing about Albertsons is their prices are quite a bit higher than the other grocery stores in town.

Very clean, good selection. Would be 5 star if they would quit all the gimmick pricing. They mark prices up and then discount. Very hard to buy in this store.

One of the more expensive alternatives in town but the hot deli foods are great, the bakery is one of my favorite grocery store bakeries, and they have dragon fruits and other unusual fruits sometimes. Also there is a Starbucks located inside. Usually pretty good customer service, one of the few stores open on not all, but most holidays, but most of the time is moderately busy. Great floral selection!

I like Albertsons. People are friendly. Employees are nice. The pharmacy is so packed all the time but they still get stuff done. The deli sandwiches are awesome especially on pretzel buns. Beer selection is okay. Meats are decent. Seafood seems older. Store is pretty clean. Prices are high. Pork rids are usually awesome. Produce could be kept fresher.

I almost took a point away cause you guys stopped putting handles on the paper bags, but I can be that petty, lol clear, organized, generally nice staff.

Busy at the deli! Had to wait for the next batch of chicken and chips to come out of the fryer. The chips were great, the chicken was a bit to salty...but, fortunate to get some before they ran out again! Busy busy...

Had everything we needed... regular prices are high. Sure do miss the days of everyday low prices rather than digital coupons for this, member card for that.

A good place to shop for food and it's not all store brand like Walmart is trying to push on customers

Long lines suck every time I shop here. But what is more annoying is when the cashier does not say a single word to you during the ENTIRE check out. I was a cashier for ten years and this would never, ever, be okay.

I like Albertsons for the convenience. I am a loyal customer & literally have spent thousands of dollars for groceries over the years. I know just about every employee except for the ones that come & go on a regular basis. There are a few long time employees still around. The prices are high but I use the app. I feel that it is a game to get a better price. I don't know why Albertsons plays such games. My only complaint is that the Manager doesn't screen the employees very well. Some of them are dirty in appearance & need dental work . Some of them do not have any manners which is sad. Albertsons could be a better store if they were stricter with their policy. Uniforms where all employees wore the same shirt would look nice. The uniforms should be clean & not wrinkled like it was thrown on the floor & picked up & worn again.

I Use the Save-on-drug located inside Albertsons. They always auto-fill my prescriptions when I am due and let me know, via text, when it's ready. While I'm there I can pickup anything else I need 😉 conveniently.

Lowest quality deli in Klamath Falls. Do not buy their chicken. They do not rotate the cooked product. It can sit for over ten hours in their case until it is rock hard and they will sell as fresh chicken. Purchased a large quantity and it was completely rock hard and inedible. Albertsons Klamath- lowest quality for the highest prices.

Great customer service. Nice variety of products. Great sales. Always clean.

Very very busy store. It is not like this all the time. But when it is there are lines at every check stand. So be prepared.

Hadn’t shopped at Albertson’s in a long time. Nice clean store with huge selections of everything. The prices are really high. Was reminded why I don’t shop there.

I used to do all my shopping here until recently the past few months they are always packed with long wait times. I didn't mind paying the higher prices for the convenience of fast check out. The manager Linda is always helpful with helping me navigating the App for digital coupons. Ryan the manager is also helpful when trying to locate items in the store because they moved everything and I dont know the store now.

Pretty reliable store, a lot of older generations use it as their go to store. Keeps flowers in the front most the time, good drink selection too. Very pleasant presentation I'd say.

I love this store first off the Starbucks here takes cold orders with FOODSTAMPS! You heard it here.the produce section alone is to die for i love the cut up fruit like pineapple honeydew watermelon cantaloupe strawberries and both green and purple grapes excellent I reccomend I don’t like how it’s all self serve only in the grocery checkout

PLEASE fix the sensitivity on your self check out registers. It is ridiculous and takes way too long to scan and pay for your own items. We had to have someone fix our purchase 3 x and we only had a few items.

It is getting better. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CASHIER'S. Last week she tried to charge me over $8.00 for celery. I asked her if she took off my double coupons and she flat lied and said yes. The lines are so long you hate to tie them up arguing with a checker that doesn't have a clue. There are a couple clerks that I will stand forever in line forever for because they know what they are doing.

I work here and I enjoy some of the prices like where else would you get pizza on sale for 8 cents. I've bought bread for 29 cents. As it is this week currently chilling with cheese is 83 cents like the shredded packages. You never know what kind of prices you'll get that are amazing

Very nice staff and usually have everything in stock.. clean store. There are a couple that provide poor customer service but for the most part great store. The M&M cake surrounded by KitKat bars is a great cake that is topped with a lot of M&Ms. Meat dept is very helpful and the floral dept always has something you can give a loved one.

Clean store, friendly customer service. The guy stocking the dairy section sings really well and makes it a joy to shop. Prices are decent if you have the app and clip coupons on it. You can still find some deals without it. They also have a pharmacy, one of the 5 maybe 6 pharmacies in town. They have a Starbucks inside as well. Some of of the aisles are wider than others is my only complaint.

Albertsons has a great bakery, and the cashier's have to be the friendliest in town!! ( And i am not usually easily impressed ) they are pretty great at customer service, i have to say!

It's a huge store with tons of product so you can feel list when looking for things. But I was able to find someone to help and they always have people working in isles if you need help. 10/10

Not where I'd normally shop cause their prices are higher than any store in town. Just a quick stop in and out.

The pharmacy line was not as bad as i feared. Only 2 ahead of me. Some small confusion in my prescriptions however, in and out in 20 min. Helpful staff.

Great staff, always friendly, thankfully, tactfully not too talkative. Good produce, good meats, always well stocked, just ridiculously overpriced when compared to other stores and butchers in the area. I split time between KFalls & SF Bay Area, this store is priced for the Bay Area market.

I gave this place four stars because I feel like it is the cleanest most organized place to go shopping in Klamath falls for your groceries people that are always nice courteous and friendly but I have seen nicer Albertsons so four stars
