Cleanliness needs to be addressed. The tomatoes on both ends caps had mold in most of the containers and had to go to Fred Meyer for produce. This isn't the first time I've had this issue here. Seriously considering going somewhere else to get truly fresh groceries. On top of that, aisles need to be restocked consistently. Many times they haven't had things I needed for recipes or packing basic lunches.

Been going to this place all my life!!! I love the fact that alot of the employees are still working there for well over 30+ years. Their prices are still very decent & there's always someone who's willing to help you find something or help you reach the item that's just out of reach. Plenty of parking, wheelchair ♿️ accessible, and yes, they can help you bag your items if you are disabled. I love that!!! It helped me greatly!!

I was told while walking in 2nd time here it was the people at Sherms Thunderbird K Falls that brought him in to shop. 100% True they must have shipped all the nice people they could Find to this location, But I think price is also great Thanks Sherm's! I will do my shopping and be very thankful your here!

I really like the candy selection. Wide assortment and the bins are set up just like how when I was a kid. My son loves it. Also best birthday cakes.Great value

Full scale grocery store, complete with a on sight bakery, fresh produce, local meats, bulk grains and other items, and a complete health food and healthy living products section. Clean, well staffed, and friendly hometown atmosphere.

I love this store!! It's kinda like a WINCO to be honest lol. I'll be going back to this store for sure. They had what I was looking for when every store in town didn't have it. Amazing store!

Throughout time sherm's has managed to stay as one of the top stores in this town. They also do so much supporting local FFA and 4-H clubs within the community. They have everything and stuff you didn't know you needed

Great selections on everything. Prices are okay. Some things are super cheap and others are a little high. I think the big can of menudo is like $25 when they have it for $15 at other markets. But the selections are huge & store is very clean & the customer service is awesome. Everyone is really helpful & friendly.

I had no idea how many cake options they had. Extremely happy with the Kansas City Chiefs cake they made for my son's birthday. Not only did it look amazing it tasted great too!

Sherm's is family owned, offers great prices on food. They have a good natural and organic foods section, always fresh produce including organic. Meats are always topnotch, and often local meat is available. This is my go to store. You will have to bag your own groceries, but you can ask for box out help.

Love the customer service. Love the affordability of shopping here. I love the natural foods section. I love their organic line Wild Harvest, that helps to make organic food affordable. I like their Everyday Essentials brand as well, it helps to save money without compromising the flavor when feeding my family. I love the cleanliness of the store even the bathrooms. I love how the courtesy clerks are making sure the cart returns are clear so that you can have a cart as soon as you get to the entrance. The management treats customers like family and are very proud that Sherm's is part of the commUNITY and it shows by the different local charities they donate to or participate in.

Competitive prices keep me coming back. I have been shopping at the Klamath Falls location for over 20 years. In addition, the store employees are very friendly and helpful.

Always have lots of variety of fresh produce. If I can't find what I am looking for, I can usually find an employee nearby to answer my question(s).

Great prices, usually busy, but the self checkout machines are the worst! Get rid of the scales when I'm bagging my items. Oregon is one of the states that charges for bags. I choose to bring my own. Weighing my bags doesn't mean I will use all of them and many of my bags don't stand up. Figure out how other states use self checkouts because your clerks are slow and self checkout is slow.

We went on a day they were having a meat bonanza sale and it was so busy! We got cooked and seasoned prime rib for a great price, and it was so delicious. They had a great selection of coffee and spices. I appreciated the selection of sugar free chocolate.

Produce is pretty good, organic and health alternative section is fantastic, meats are good and reasonably priced. The selection in the rest of the store is fairly generic and not the best option in town if you're looking for a specialty, higher end or imported item. Everyone that works here is either very friendly or at minimum, courteous.

I was a devoted customer at this store for years until recently. The employees at this store used to be the friendliest in town but over the last few years things have changed. The cashier's that used to be really nice seldom speak to me now. And the beer chick has an indifferent attitude when I ask her about stocking my brand. The more that I ask her about it, the less of it that gets ordered and stocked. All that while raising the price of it. I suppose they're like most big stores now, customers are a dime a dozen. Maybe I'll find a store that doesn't treat people like that but I doubt it will be around here.

Prices on food are the lowest here with a great selection of products from national and store brands. Quality is always the best

Always friendly service. Since I m unable to do for myself any longer I have had the pleasure of Kelly's help several times. She is awesome and made my shopping experience better.

Thunderbird is the best. Helpful associates, good local fruits and veggies. So great service, actual inventory no bare shelves. Local beef and meat sales and case sales to die for. Fast, friendly, fabulous prices, and everything on your list. Thunderbird is the best.

Lots of people but lucked out on finding open cashier with no line. Yahoo. Spent over 200.00 on groceries but will be good all month and then some.

Ordered a cake well in advance for a special occasion. Cake was a single round, simply decorated and was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. Had to wait a half an hour. The decorators excuse was they went on their lunch and thought it was for a later time. As a cake decorator myself I'm extremely disappointed in both the quality and customer service. I've ordered all my cakes here in the past and was always satisfied and even recommended their services to friends. Cake looks sloppy and thrown together. What's the point of making a special request if it's not going to be ready? In my experience this cake shouldn't have taken a 1/2 hour to put together and should have been ready by the pick up time at 2:30 in the afternoon which I purposely ordered so it didn't interfere with mother's day orders from the previous day. Extremely disappointed.

Oh man I love this grocery store and when you have it memorized it gets even better! They have organic everything! No one can beat any of their departments The health food section is to die for just gotta shop with a list and stick to it and you will be happily surprised how much money you are saving

I have always been able to save $ here. The people are friendly and the workers are very efficient. The Klamath Falls Sherms Thunderbird is conveniently located near other businesses. Also, their new addition is SELF CHECKOUT! (and the thickest paper bags 😉

They have a selection of foods you don’t find in the other KFalls grocery stores. Some nice bulk items, and I really love their health foods and organic section.

Favorite grocery store in town. People work here that have been working here since I was a little girl and they’re so nice and helpful. Also, they have a great little assortment of plants and succulents I always have to avert my eyes from.

I've been to the other big named local stores to shop and found Sherm's had the shelves stocked well, there wasn't pallets of items stacked in the isles like you see at Wal-Mart, the floors were clean and shiny. The prices wear good and the staff was helpful. I'll shop here again for sure.

Sherms is the least expensive grocery store we have - the only down side I would say is that you dont want to go when its close to closing (11pm) just because they are unloading their freight at that time. But as you can see they do sell about everything under the sun!

Always have had good experiences here. They usually have things kept in stock and cashier's are friendly. Very good variety and produce is generally pretty good.

Sherm's has products I like and can't find anywhere else. Electric carts are almost always available. Prices are good.

The cashier that we dealt with was disrespectful and rude. We neatly stacked up our groceries. She said “you don’t have to do that,” and knocked over all of our groceries on the check stand making a huge mess. She was unpleasant the whole time she was scanning our groceries and was disrespectful throughout the entire process, making rude comments to our family. The cashier’s name showed as Kris on the check stand screen. She was rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant, when we were trying to do our best to make sure our groceries were neatly placed and stacked to make her job easier.

This is the neighborhood supermarket I prefer to do my grocery shopping. The location is convenient and the prices are much more reasonable than other stores in town. I do seem to go when they are stocking which makes it a little difficult to get to the shelves but overall this is the best market around.
