The girl who helped me was gracious, the shoppers just dropped things in the isles and didn't bother to pick them up. The people who work here probably deserve a raise for the b.s. they put up with.

I love going there because it's the only place I can afford to get lots of things that I need and want.

Well I use to live here and I moved away. But one thing bout this Dollar tree in Klamath Falls is the lack of customer urgency with check out. What happened to customer satisfaction?????

Over spend every time I go but have some nice spring and summer decorations out. I can't get used to the extra.25 thing.

Ever had just one cart that can go outside? Really establishes a sense of community and reinforces responsibility.

It was fine. Junky as always. I was looking for some fall cocktail napkins. Couldn't find any.

Even though they raised their prices, they still offer quality products for less money than most other retail stores. Love to shop for crafting supplies, snacks and hygiene products here.

Barbara was a 10/10 very nice and on it management on the other hand is 1/10 she went to get a box for some glassware I was buying and the manager snapped on her and to take her break and leave and that the boxes were being used for something else. management need to be trained better and treat there associates with a lil more respect

Really, your customers can't use the cart to take our bags to the car? Dollar Tree no more for me! Then the clerk refuses to help with the bags, what horrid customer service!

Most associates are friendly, some are not. The store is simply not stocked as well as every other Dollar Tree I've been to, nor as clean and maintained. But that is typical Klamath Falls.

Good friendly staff but needs to change the hours both on Google and their front entrance doors set 7 a.m. but in reality it's 8 a.m.

They need to have more check out lines open. To long of lines. Took me a half hour to get checked out.

Side Salad,beef melt,and cheeseburger w/fries. Great lunch.

Usually well stocked, but I have noticed they don't always get the same items when they sell out. Sometime they just don't get the item or get another brand. Friendly employees and a clean store. I have to update this from 4* to 2*. Price is $1.25 now which is fine if they kept the products stocked. They haven't had chest rub or dog biscuits for 6 months and that is the stuff I was trying to get so know those exactly. Shelves are bare in many places now. Staff is still friendly though.

Always a great time and find good things but wait time on check out sometimes could be more than expected.

Has a nice selection of various items even some smaller versions of actual name brand products, things are a bit disheveled at times and not a fan of everything now costing $1.25, but still a fair store to shop at if on a serious budget.

I have been applying for a job there for over 5 years signing a clipboard everyday never get called. Do not understand great worker and always reliable.

Great place for party supplies. Sad to see they had to raise their prices but understand.

Parking lot is crammed and dangerous. But they are finally getting really good variation of craft supplies..so that makes the parking lot fiasco bareable.

Very well stocked today. It was great to find the items I normally purchase on the shelves. Even bought some new items to try.

Limited selection of items with redundancy (3 brands containers, 3 diff brands baggies). But, still good old fashioned bargains. Variety of items would be better than just different brands of same things.

This was one of the largest/biggest dollar trees Iv ever been in. The employees today were very nice be that they were all in the check stand as the store was so busy when I was there today between 300-330pm. There shelves were stocked and I found lots of items. The only problem was the store did not have enough carts for the amount of customers they had. Enjoyed the dollar tree shopping today.
