I'm from Mexico city and have been living in Houston for almost a year and a half. These are the best tacos I've had so far, every other "Mexican" restaurant has been disappointing cause they don't have the real mexican flavor. This place is perfect all over, the salsa is great, the beans taste like home. We had carne asada and chicken tacos, and cheese enchiladas, which are the real thing, not like the so called enchiladas with cheddar cheese on top. If you want real Mexican food you have to come here. The place is not fancy, but hey, the best tacos in Mexico are the ones you eat on the street!

I love the food. The place is humble but it has homemade food prepare at the moment you order. Plenty of parking, staff is friendly and the food is delicious!!

Adobada chimichanga was absolutely delicious, carna Asada burrito amazing! 🌯 super hot fresh chips and salsa is so good, truly authentic and one of my fav places! 🤤

I remember the original taco wagon when I was in high school and being stoked that they finally had a real shop. Such great tacos and tamales. I’ve been away from K.Falls years, but make a trip to Merrill for these tacos every visit.

The tacos were good but the chili relleno is the best I've had in a long time! Must stop in and try it out

All the tacos are good, especially the cabeza (cheek)! Pretty authentic and better than most places. The torta was also good!

Our family were travelling and were very fortunate to have the pleasure to eat at this wonderful spot 🥰🙏🙌🌮 the lady was super nice and the food was delicious 🤤 highly recommend 🌶🙏❤️🌹🥑 guacamole to die for, enchilada was perfect and tacos are just YUmmy 😋 my little guy had a quesadilla with chicken it’s was the best one I ever tasted!

Okay I’m sure this place has other great menu items and the people working their were very very nice but I ordered two sausage breakfast burritos and they were made with hotdogs not sausage. I spent twenty dollars on the burritos and I’m pretty unhappy with the outcome.

'22/7 1st time customer/review: -- Older building/interior/exterior, but inviting. -- Outside dining consists of 2 old picnic tables along busy street. -- Very simple, one room, order at counter Mexican restaurant. At time of visit, just older and middle-aged owner/opwrator types holding down the whole thing...from order taking, to food prep/serve/dining room, & cashier. -- While service is slow, the staff was genuine, smiling, and attentive when they got to us...quite a feat considering they said they had a line out the door earlier in the day after a parade in town. -- While the menu & plating is simple, the food is authentic and fresh. -- Free standing candy display, soda/drinks cooler, and desserts cooler as walk in. -- While plenty of room for strollers/wheelchairs, the parking lot is gravel. Loved this place! Authentic to say the least. Inexpensive and delicious. Make a stop and enjoy! If you're high class or looking for fancy dining this is not it, but if you want good Mexican food swing in

The asada and cabeza tacos tasted just like Mexico, on handmade flour tortillas. YUM. The adobada was fine too but not on the same level. I would go out of my way to eat here. Simple interior and weathered exterior, but who cares when they've got the best tacos around?

Do not use. Especially if you want to pre-pay for their services. So many comments from pre-paying customers on Yelp stating they either didn't get any service or completely lacked what they paid for and had no other choice but to take "pre cooked" options. They even no-showed on a friend's wedding and kept their pre-paid 1k. Brutal scam.

Really good food. Homemade tortillas!!! Just great. Very generous with the food. Little desert if you want some 😆 Super nice lady reminds me of my Grandma. Very homie little place. Recommended for sure.
