Love their burgers, stop here regularly on drives between WA & CA. Patties pressed nicely to promote crust. Buns thin and soft; they do their job without getting in the way. Libbey the 1000 islands since in combo with the pickles. Just a really good solid burger that will drip onto your fingers.

Great little drive in. The burger was small but tasty. The dill in their burger sauce was especially good. Super nice people, quick service, and very clean. No idea where the negative reviews are coming from. Hot fudge malt was also well worth it. Even with my dairy allergy!

I asked ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. After about 8 minutes, the girl said my order of chicken strips was ready. I said "no, I had the chicken sandwich." Some discussion happened for a couple minutes between the cashier and cook. A different girl came to the window with the bag, and said, "Chicken Sandwich?" "That's me," I said and stepped up and got my bag. I looked inside, and there were.... chicken strips. Confused, I handed them back asked them if I could get the chicken sandwich because i didn't order strips. They said they could make a sandwich out of the strips they made me. Lol why did she announce the chicken sandwich was ready and hand me strips? Odd. Well, another 7 minutes later, and I got the sandwich, not made with the strips, but a thin, round, heated frozen chicken patty. Turns out, they charge about $8 for strips and about $5 for sandwich. Using different chicken. They didn't refund me the difference. They kept the mistake chicken strips order. At this point, it had already been 15 minutes for what was supposed to be a quick stop on my road trip. I didn't go back for the change. Hopefully they keep the tip, and train the cashier to read back the order to the customer to avoid mistakes in the future. My son said his chocolate shake was good. Overall, weird experience.

I've been driving by this place for the last 7 years when I go visit my property in the Siskiyou National Forest at the base of Glass Mntn. On this trip it was just my son and myself and we decided to stop in. I finally realized why this place is such a throwback and why it's always busy when I drive-through this small little town. I recommend patronizing them and take a moment and go back in time.

Wow this burger joint is exactly how they were before the corporate world destroyed one of the best thing America had . I absolutely love how untouched it is from time I really hope it stays that way , & I was bummed I didn’t have one of my classic cars with me it would have look so neat it in front , if I lived closer I’d make it a have it of cruising down there often . I suggest you get the chocolate malt you will not be disappointed trust me

The wait for your food is VERY long no matter the time of day. You can be the only one there and it still takes forever. My food is always under-cooked too. The customer service is terrible. The younger girls in there are extremely rude. They hand you your food without saying a single word or barely giving eye contact. I won't be returning.

Best cheeseburgers, fries (order extra fry sauce) and onion rings. I also recommend their milkshakes (especially the peanut butter) and sundaes. Been eating there since childhood, just a taste of the good old days. If you are traveling through Merrill, Oregon get lunch or supper there, you will love it.

We went because we were told the milkshakes were the best. Maybe they were at one time, but not anymore. We got a small and a medium and they were the same size. Pretty disappointing. The burgers were comparable to McDonald's.

Food great we got lucky no issues. Best burger I've had in a long time. Didn't leak, solid didn't fall apart, great taste all the way to the end. Yum.

Our second visit since last year and, just as last time, the burgers are fantastic (we each had some variant of a cheeseburger). Also just like last year, none of them was made correctly. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Really good chocolate malt, too.

My family and I where traveling to navada to see my mom and dad for Xmas. Before we left canby OR for are trip we wanted to find places for lunch right on the main road we where going to be on. My husband found this place and we picked it. We where a little sad we could not eat in the dinner. I belive they where remodeling it that ok. So we ordered are food at the window and sat in are truck and had are food. It was amazing my mushroom burger looked like a picture. My husband is big on bacon cheese burger fan and he was amazed on how good it was. He said this food made up for having to wake up at 3am to start are trip. Thank you so much for having amazing food. Oh and the onion rings where perfect.

This is a very small burger joint but the hamburgers and onion rings were excellent. Topped it off with a ice cream cone. Have stopped there before. There is enough room in the back parking lot to park my 5th wheel and a nice shaded area to sit and eat.

I love the food here. It's usually has a great flavor. The onion rings are to die for. I tried to have a lettuce wrapped burger( protein style) but that was a flop. It was lettuce on bottom of a tray, burger on top. I just think they haven't mastered the wrapping. Please don't get me wrong, the food is flavorful and the customer service is great! I think I'm going to have dinner from there tonight.

Cheap, Quick, Friendly Staff Hands down, my absolute favorite place to stop for a soft-serve cone!🍦 **Protip: If there is a line at the drive thru, skip it! Park & order at the walk-up window.

Have always stopped in for a good milkshake when passing through. Finally made it out to try the burgers and fries and wasn't disappointed.

Best French Fries in the country. I go out of my way to stop here. Great food all around. Friendly staff, quick service and very fresh food all prepared to order. Fantastic Shakes!

We ordered a double bacon burger, mushroom burger, and chicken sandwich with French fries and drinks and shakes. The food tasted great. However, the service was slower than most fast food places. Unfortunately, there was construction going on along Main Street, which made it a little difficult to get to their facility, I believe once the construction is complete, there won't be any problems getting to this place.

Absolutely love this place. We don't get through here often but when we do we always stop if they are open. They make the best shakes too. We have never had a bad or even slightly "not good" experience. Food is fantastic always.

I was traveling through and saw this place from the gas station. Turned out to be exactly what I wanted. The prices were great and the food as well.

This is my family's favorite spot to stop for food when passing through town, the burgers are phenomenal. Also try the mushrooms, I'm never disappointed.

Food was great but young staff needs some training in customer service. The young lady opened the drive through window and just stared at me. Then took the order after I asked her if she was ready for my order. She then proceeded to her fountain drink, stood there drinking it and just stared at me while I waited.

Only DriveIn restaurant in Merrill. Low prices and menu offers fried chicken gizzards. The UPS driver and long haul truck drivers stop here. Chatted with Mexican Trucker here who drives from Wenatchee WA to Tijauana MX This place is family owned, stop in for a burger and shake. Located next to High School.

Takes longer than normal for a drive thru. However, decent prices with good retro burgers. The milkshakes are done with syrup(s) so the taste in quality isn't there in my own opinion. Still, happy to enjoy a warm meal for "The Last Quick Stop"

Super good food. I had a burger fries and an ice cream cone. If you want some nostalgia. The ice cream tastes like childhood. So delicious you dont mind when it drips on your hand!

Great place to stop for lunch! Not too busy, yet enough to know it must be good!! Has a picnic area behind the place with tables and garbage cans. Large variety of milkshakes, so I had to have one with a side of fries. Food was fresh and prepared good!! And the people were very nice and order was quick!!

It was good, exactly what I was expecting. Not a gourmet buger by any means, but definitely better than your typical fast food burgers.

We used to go here all the time before Covid after softball games. The milkshakes are still delicious, but the burgers got smaller:( I will still go for a hot dog and a milkshake.

Doing Farm work out that way had no idea where to get a lunch. Saw their sign and glad I stopped there. You get a lot of great food for the money. Left window order, right window pick up. Also has drive thru. Very nice people.
