My wife and I went there last night as she was in crisis. I had no idea you could walk in for counseling until I checked the website. I thought you could only call Cahoots, and we're just outside the area. The staff was kind and caring, checking on us as we waited make sure we were as comfortable as possible. And it's a very inviting old house with comfortable seating. The counselor was one of the best we've ever talked with. My wife is feeling so much better now. Thanks for helping us as well as all you help.

The guy is still outside yelling to himself. Yes I’ve called 911 and they said Cahoots had a dispatch out. The third time I called Cahoots they asked if I was in an emergency and when I said I was calling about this situation, they hung up on me. It’s 38 degrees out.

You failed yesterday CAHOOTS. There was a mentally unhealthy man hunkered down on our block for 4 hours. I personally confronted him. I was ready for the worst. Someone yells out “Call Cahoots! Not the Cops!” You let this mentally ill & violent menace be free! Bad call… You allowed a young cop to be ASSAULTED Quite badly. He followed protocol. You all failed our Neighborhood. You gotta eat that. Hold it. Do Better. We all can.

I have some issues with mental illness, and my therapists suggested that if I just needed to talk with someone to call Cahoots, I told her that I thought that they might take me away. I was assured by her, that it wouldn't happened. Well I had the need, and so I called them. They came to my house 2days in a row. The second time, my new 8mth old puppy ran off, they told me that they would look for her, far beyond their job. Thank you so much. God Bless you

I have called this place on multiple occasions at my place of business to help in certain situations. They are a great police/emt and are specifically trained to work in situations that need deescalation rather than the law to step in. They have a fantastic mission statement that they follow and hold themselves too. In my opinion, they are one of the best parts to my local community.

A woman named Nicki who works for the crisis hotline is an amazing, empathetic and understanding woman. I called in crisis and hung up giggling. Thank you so much for your service and providing me with much needed inspiration to live.

Today was the first night at my second job. I had left my cell phone at home and had no way of calling for a ride. (15 pedestrians said no walking past.) I approached the two ladies assisting a man out of the back and asked for a call out and they called me a taxi to ensure a safe ride home. Wonderful service and excellent staff!

I have called and emailed once a week for months to get appointments for mental health help. Still waiting on a response. Most of the crisis line's operators are just getting a check while at home. There are only 2 decent people there. Also, the phone line connectivity is trash. Cahoots is generally never a good idea, as they really can't or won't do anything but placate you and diminish your situation. It's sad I have to move to acquire help.

Very kind and gracious people lots of resources food it's very sad to see so many other faculties in the city of Eugene and neighboring towns not come to the table likely because of germs, covid, or other excuses as to why did you not bend the knee to take care of those that are truly hurting because of our systems in place that are also laden with ineffective approaches due to a lackluster energy behind them. .

Their phone operators are dishonest and will misrepresent things. They need to retrain their entire staff/funding should be put to an organization that does not make Eugene citizens less safe.

they act friendly but I got a dozen credit card applications when I used this place for my address, when I was homeless in Eugene. I hadn't gotten any before that and haven't gotten any since. Do Not give them Any personal info. There are satanists working here, I saw occult symbols on their desk. It shouldn't exist.

They call the police instead of CAHOOTS when concerned. Avoid at all costs. They are not properly trained and no help is better than them making situations worse. They have extremely poor and dangerous training and they likely end up killing more people than they give any amount of help to

👍 Had a good experience, these guys get a bad wrap I guess but I was in and out for a tooth extraction. I get really nervous for these things, but my dentist and his assistant were accommodating and patient. The tooth was removed with little discomfort. Good place if you're OHP/uninsured

🫤 The nurses and other staff are really nice. Sometimes there can be a long wait to see your doctor. This is not the place to go if you have multiple chronic illnesses. 😠 The phone system has always been bad, but it's been much better in recent months, so I've upgraded my review again. This is one of the best general medical practices I've been to since being on the Oregon Health Plan. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, new, and attractive, and the staff are...
