😠 I have been here at least 10 times now. There’s one lady that does my nails perfectly every time. Her name is Hannah and I always ask for her when I get there. I went on a Tuesday and unfortunately, she was off that day. So I had to settle for someone new. This ladies name is Kay. If you can see in... People often mention nails,

I have been here at least 10 times now. There’s one lady that does my nails perfectly every time. Her name is Hannah and I always ask for her when I get there. I went on a Tuesday and unfortunately, she was off that day. So I had to settle for someone new. This ladies name is Kay. If you can see in the picture, my nails look bumpy and I wanted them thin. She gave me thick. After putting the polish, she didn’t file them anymore or tried to make them smooth. She left them as is. She also put black powder underneath the polish which made the polish look dirty. Also my thumb nail started to chip only after 2 days and the color wasn’t what I asked for. I asked for brown and she said it would dry as brown which it obviously isn’t. The design also was not what I asked for. Overall, I am not happy with my experience there. I was annoyed after seeing she just wasn’t going to understand what I wanted. So I just let it go.

I have tried them one too many times! Every time I leave, I am highly disappointed. Right now I’m PISSED as I type this. The place is so dark you can’t even see how bad it is until you get into some decent light! I hope this place goes out of business for this piss poor quality work that they do. This isn’t even what I asked for. The design I wanted was not complicated and she said she could do it. Halfway through, I’m realizing that if I let her continue, I’m not going to like them. So I just told her just put a solid coat on. The powder itself was poorly done, so anything on top of it would just accentuate the bad job that she did. NEVER AGAINNNNN!!!! I want my money back!!!! This is not worth $65!!!! SN: They need a 0 star option.

This was my second and last time coming here people trust me don’t come here!! They accept walk ins solely for the fact that they DON’T do good job. And over price for the nails $80 to remove and new set of power acrylic one of the nails have even a hair. I was telling HANA that my left ringer finger needed a bit more red. Clearly frustrated takes my finger and legit hurts my finger while talking in her native language. You don’t need to speak the language to understand that she was clearly talking about me.

LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE! I came all the way from Dallas and had to stop here. Ken, the owner is amazing! The staff are friendly and the drinks are strong! Come see my friends here y’all!! You’ll love your experience and your nails/toes 💕. -Tee

Brenda told us it would be a 10 minute wait for my daughter to get her nails done. We almost 30 minutes and they were helping people who walked in after us. The quality of service has definitely gone down over the years. I personally wouldn’t recommend.

So far loving NOA. I came in for the 1st time today. I was only looking for a pedicure as my ingrown nails were killing me. I felt bad at 1st as I thought I might have annoyed the staff. The display of nails was a bit overwhelming for my 1st visit. I 1st picked a shade that ended up being shellac, which peels off my nails due to a medical issue I have. I ended up doing dip and found my shade. No one pressured me into anything and they listened to my needs. The gentleman made my nail short as I asked due to my job, opening cans rips my nails right off. My pedicure was perfect too. She got my ingrown nails and the red glitter was adorable.

I gave them a 2 only because Danny was very nice. However they charged me for a full face wax and she only barely did my chin and eyebrows were horrible! She barely used the tweezers and had hairs still left. The nails are now all lifting bad after not even 1 week and the acrylic is splitting over the nail bed. I won’t be returning.

I took a facial class here by Jessica and loved her! Very informative and her hospitality and patience is top notch. I've never had services here but the salon seems to keep up to date with products and services based off the owner's knowledge.

Nope, nope and nope. Tried 4 different ways to get the shape right. No saving poor quality work. After 2 and half hours trying to patch a set that was already a disaster we just gave up. Yes I still had to pay for the labor but the end result was terrible. Will not return I appreciate the effort but I expect trained staff.
