Delivery of my purchase after payment was done the same day and courier delivered 3 days later which was beyond expectations. Kara Bazaar keep up the good work. I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere but there as the other places where waiting on stock. Be aware that the "Flat rate" delivery fee shown on screen before making the purchase is not accurate. Kara bazaars phones later to inform you on the actual delivery costs. When I said that it was not what was shown on screen, they tried to tell me I could cancel the order but that I must be aware that others will charge me more and stock is running out...I'm not a fan of businesses that aren't transparent about costs, and I also don't appreciate sales tactics like that. So I cannot recommend. They might be great and reliable, I just can't say.

Great and quick service, order online on Monday evening and received parcel Wednesday morning, also had follow up call from them to confirm i received my parcel, and if i am happy with it. Very happy with them, will definitely support them again.

I ordered the Ferre gas oven online and paid for on Wednesday Morning. I got a call on Thursday afternoon, informing me that delivery would be on Friday afternoon. True to their word it was delivered. Their price for the gas grill and gas oven was the cheapest compared to other National Online Retailers. I have used Kara bazaar twice. Once in November to by my Bosch dish washer, and again in Feb to buy my Bosch gas hob, where I contacted Azeem to source a specific hob for me. The prices were unbeatable and the customer feedback and continuous follow up until delivery was incredible. Very happy with Kara bazaar and Azeem. Always great to know you can rely on them for your appliance needs.
