Very clean, friendly staff and they treat their guests with great respect. Breakfast is good and I love their no smoking policy. The gardens are well looked after. Geat place to stay. I will visit again and again and again and again and again 😁😁😁

I have never experienced such comfortability, homely feeling environment, beautiful place like this place... I was in room 20, and I wish I was booked for the whole week.... I didn't want to leave, like I love a place that doesn't restrict/limit your choices... There's a shower and a very huge bathtub, the bed and pillows are extremely comfy, soft and warm and they actually had coffee plunger 🥹🥹🥹 I need to go back...💘💞💖😊💘🔥😍💯💯💯💯💯🙏🙏

Water problems couldn't bath and management did not have decency to communicate and offer alternative options whilst they were aware of the situation.

This well appointed guesthouse in the heart of residential Klerksdorp has everything a business, and even leisure, traveller needs. The rooms are spacious, spotless, luxurious and very comfortable making it a home from home. Meals were hearty and tasty. Probably the best guesthouse in Klerksdorp.

Friendly, professional service.. Rooms neat, clean, spacious, nice and everything we needed... Bathroom had bath and shower... Generator power available when loadshedding.. Location was close to where I wanted to be...The room, buildings and outdoor area gave immediate impression of extreme neatness and clean... The accommodation must just be aware of when bed mattresses requires replacement (feels on the one side like you keep rolling to the middle) . But then again it is something I am very fussy with and nothing sleeps like your own bed...... 👍👌

For the price you pay, you would expect them to have a generator... when you go on a business trip for 3 days, you can't even blow-dry your hair in the morning or work on your laptop after 4pm with all the power failures... and the rates are more expensive that 4/5 star accommodation elsewhere...

Once again i have stayed in Klerksdorp for a week at AnnVille, where everyone on the property is helpful as usual, rooms are always clean, along with the rest of the property. The only drawback I have is the WIFI vouchers and constantly having to forget network to sign back in over multiple devices.

My experience here it's so amazing, the receptionists are so friendly they come out and greet you as you enter. The parking it's safe and the yard is forever clean. The rooms are well taken care for, the beds are so comfortable. Now if you love style nd decor in the rooms, AnnVilla it's a place for you. Everything here it's so perfect I really enjoy staying here even the food, come have the experience of a lifetime you won't regret a moment.
