A few years ago I had a minor experience at this Spur . Within the following week the minor issue was rectified by the Manager and staff .All that happened 2 years ago but what stuck is how professional and welcome the manager and staff made me feel.Even to this day it is a wonderful memory that still stuck in my head. BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST SPUR RESTAURANTS IVE BEEN TO . THEY REALLY TREAT CUSTOMERS AS PARR OF THE SPUR FAMILY. Thanks for the Great memory.

I had such a good time at Bear Creek Spur yesterday. It was my grand daughter's 1st yr birthday party. The service was excellent. I'd advice all mother's to book ther for birthdays.i had a good time with my family. Spur, keep it up. A good place for kids to enjoy.

20 minutes. 3 tables with clients. About 8-10 waiters and I was not once approached by anyone so that I can order. 25 minutes. Finally I got to order drinks. Well done. My waiter deserves a huge tip for realising I have not been helped yet

The service was very bad and the food was not up to standard.

The place was great the best spur in klerksdorp really cosy enviroment and great servece with good food.

From walking in, to sitting down all the staff was very friendly. Manager greeted us at the door and then the waitress took us to our table. She was very helpful and efficient. She took our orders without any issues and we didn't wait long until it arrived. Food was well prepared and tasted as expected. We had a nice fulfilling meal. Good branch with good employees.

A very nice Spur located in he trendy area of Klerksdorp. The staff are well trained and very friendly. Food is of good quality. Definitely a family venue with a huge play area.

The food was excellent, service was great and the play area for my toddler was very nice to keep him busy. Overall very good experience. Will definitely recommend.

We as a family of four eat at Spur Wilkoppies 1-2 times a week. We always get good service and good food. But tonight we had a bad experience. Our waiter tried his best to serve us, but he didn’t have backup from the kitchen or management. A water pipe broke, so no water and no backup in case of no water. Couldn’t even get a cuppachino although we offered to pay for bottle water to make the cuppachino?!?! Also waited very long for our food & ended up taking our food as take aways as our children were getting tired. I only wrote this review to put it under the attention of the owner. It is a a great Spur, but it needs some improvement.

Very slow service... After receiving our drinks, we waited 30 minutes before we saw our waiter again. Had to wait another 15 minutes to get our bill. Usually receive much better service there.

Requested that they replace chips with hash brown and was told they couldn't on the special but yet they has issues with the cheese griller and quickly replaced that with boerewors. The worst was the butter knives weren't clean, still has sauce on that dried out and waitress said she would take it up with scullery, upon return she said she wiped it clean with a wet cloth and polished it.......seriously disgusting!!!!

Had such a wonderful experience with this spur, friendly, helpful staff, good food and the tables upstairs have a beautiful street view.
