Panarottis at Matlosana Mall has an awesome indoor playing area for kids. There is a net-covered climbing platform with slides and padded bars, great for toddlers. There is also a full time attendant keeping an eye over the kids area. We enjoyed a Sweet Chilli Chicken & Feta Pizza for R123 that was delicious. As we were on the road passing through, we grabbed a coffee as well which pleasantly surprised me, better than a few dedicated coffee shops' coffee.

Service is really inadequate and below what I believe Panarottis to be. Management never greet nor ask how things are. Staff shouting at a distance to one another. Lots of noise from staff in the background. 2nd time I have ordered the same pizza and in both occasions the pizza is not presented the same nor tastes the same. Both occasions I have had an upset tummy. Be careful of Panarottis Matlosana Mall..

Firstly the pizza that I ordered has not hot landed up having chili on it which is definitely hot. The replacement pizza had such tough chicken that I gave it away

Best place to be if you are having a big family. Value for money. Even their make and bake for children was on point. Great work

Worst experience ever. No one came to assist when we sat down. Milkshakes were fine and then, the pizza came. Served with raw chicken and ribs. Took one back and sent it back. Manager still forced us to pay while the kitchen staff laughed at us.

Everything there is awesome. Even when you want to smoke, you just take a few steps out to smoke. I'll definitely be a guest again to feast soon

Really enjoyed our recent visit in 2023. The Vegan menu is probably the best from all the fast foods in South Africa. The service was on time and very courteous. The food was fresh and quick.

The pizzas was good and tasty but the waffles were still raw both times ...

Always a fun place to relac, somewhere aeay from home.. great service, even if its just for drinks. But the food is also amazing

We only visited the 2 baby shops, Checkers for Bobtail gravy and and the china shop to buy suitcase. So there was no time to browse. We had a quick bite to eat at the Wimpy and the food was as good as any Wimpy. The man that served us was very frienly but the 2 lady servers looked so unfriendly.

It's a great place. But its unfortunate that I can't go there after grocery shopping because no trolleys are allowed...

Karabo, the manager tells you "Chill mama chill" How would you react? Would you accept this kind of behavior? Ridiculous attitude hence we couldnt place an order as I could not digest disrespectful talk like that. I am so disappointed with disgusting rude comments received and that too from a Manager.

No complaints this side. The mall was very busy, with people looking for food after a freak storm hit Klerksdorp. We waited a little while to be helped. The service and food was awesome. We had the smoked salmon breakfast, and our son had a classic breakfast. Thanks guys, will see you soon again.

Worst service ever. We had to wait for our drinks more than 30min, we had for our staters and now we ate still waiting for main course to come

Poor service. Understaffed, slow food presenting, hot drinks received cold and order incomplete and a family member had to wait for her food after my enquiry. This also happened before and nothing is being done about the service

I recieved efficient and friendly service from the waiter on a reasonably busy day. It took 3-4mins for my drink and 16-18min for my pizza. The Mexicana (I chose the hot variant) was delcious, but the base slightly tough. Also, the knife was a bit blunt so my table shook every time I had tried cutting a stubborn piece of pizza. The hot flavour was not significantly strong. It required some green chilli to give it some potency.
