Very unfriendly staff.We ordered a meal and when we got it there was only one sachet of salt in the box.I went to the lady and asked for another sachet of salt but she bluntly refused to give me another one.Bad bad attitude towards customers.

Forgot my drink but still had friendly service

Very unhappy with the service we got. We ordered online but still had to wait in queue. The teller or apparently the manager tossee our order to us while we waited. My colleague then got into an altercation with asking why she threw her food at her like that. These events took place at around 14:30-14:50.

Seriously unhappy with my order that got cancelled and I have to wait two week to get refunded, this is unacceptable, atleast don't process my order I'd you can handle it ! After that I was directed to the call center that was offline aswell don't buy form this kfc, poor service

KFC matlosana mall is delicious, and their services is excellent. It is situated in a good space especially that it has a drive through. Where it is situated is so relaxing for customers.
