Poor pathetic service. Rolling eyes at clients? I walked out immediately. I don't tolerate disrespect from service providers. I didn't go there to beg for your food.

I would like to inform the owner of the this establishment that I am a regular customer at the Noord st branch Klerksdorp. On Saturday 16 April 2022 I decided to go and buy at the mini vaal fisheries..... much to my disappointment 😞 the gentleman working at the till taking the orders apparently wants uou to speak in Afrikaans only... I am english so perhaps this where the misunderstanding came in gave 2 simple orders asking that they are packed separately but paid together. Firstly he rang up the wrong amount, secondly got the order wrong. And believe me this was a small order nothing difficult. When I once again checked that he pack it separately he requested I only speak Afrikaans which I then did. As we waited he put his hands over his eyes shaking his head, not exceptable ... there was no unusual requests. A minute after this reaction lady walked in and placed her order in ENGLISH. I hope she got what she ordered. The shop had 3 people in at the time. No excuse of being too busy. Noord st has an immense clientell daily and never have I had a problem... Mini vaal fisheries needs to brush up their service and employees to the other shops standards.

Very disappointed with fish and chips I ordered recently! Chips were brownish in colour and tasted of old oil! The small pieces of fish were inedible! I'd like to say old but i think it was just way over cooked and dry... the batter was hard as if refried a few times! They need to go learn from the Vaal fisheries in town! If the area was safer I'd always go there instead! Sorry to say this but Food Lovers currently the best for fish and chips!!

Pathetic portions of fish and chips. Not enough even to feed my cat. Cost R91. Disgraceful.

Amazing fish and chips. If you like the good old way of having your fish and chips wrapped in paper with salt and vinegar this is where you want to be.

Had an incident where they supplied incorrect order. Upon my complaint they profusely apologised and immediately supplied my correct order free of charge. I will definitely go back as I appreciated their attitude. Well done Vaal Fisheries

Best food... always fresh.. Fast service

Not sure how this business offers fish & chips as if they are right next to the ocean but I am grateful for their dedication to quality. Every time I eat their fish, I'm transported in my mind and my taste buds, back to Cape Town. Well done to Mini Vaal Fisheries for consistently providing an old school fish & chips experience.

Always a good experience

I am so disappointed I ordered a Dagwood meal I got only the Dagwood as the gentleman did not pay attention to what I was saying, my Russian roll is so soggy I can barely eat it ! Absolutely shocking to top it off your landline number does not work
