Placed our order via the app at 18:46 waiting an hour for the pizzas to be delivered phoned the klerksdorp store at 19:46 where the lady I spoke too told me she will find out what the problem is and phone me back it is now 20:20 and we still did not receive our food yet nor received any feedback regarding our enquiry .

Service has improved tremendously. Customers are attended to timeously and orders take an average of 20 mins which is perfectly reasonable. Thank you for attending to previous grievances and making noticeable change.

If it's late in the evening the staff looks lethargic and irritable, we'll one guy in particular, service a bit slow but that could be due to telephone and online orders. Pizza is good though

Don't bother ordering deliveries. If the driver doesn't find your house he'll just go on to the next delivery. I had to call him and send a location. 2 hours later and I still didn't get my food. Very disappointed.

We ordered two pizza's and it was so delicious and people who ate the Hawaiian pizza was all sick this morning. I love this debonairs i eat there almost every week but feel so sad about the fact that we all feel sick now.

This was a bad experience, I drove from Free State,Bothaville to Klerksdorp to get my car checked, I then decided to go buy pizza at debonairs. Ordered online at 17:44,parked there, I only got my order at 19:34. It was cold and they even lied to me saying it came out 5 minutes ago. I'm very disappointed.

Bought a crammed decker meaty on the 6th Aril.waited 15 min.when i picked it up it was cold allready and the dough still raw and soggy around the sausage.could not eat it.This was very poor not at all how I normally experience Debnoairs.

Absolutely love the place. The staff is Customer friendly. The place is clean. And I never wait for hours before I get my order.

Over two hours after I have placed the order and still have not received my order. I know it is very busy but this is not acceptable. The food was good when it arrived eventually

Ordered 2 small pizza's tonight at 18:04. Was told 20 min to collect. Went to do other shopping. Came back, was told they are still busy with it. Went back in at 18:35, was told its in the oven. Only got my pizza's at 18:41. Wrong order as well. Not happy at all.

So we ordered our pizzas at 6 to 7 and it arrived at an acceptable time, but one pizza was missing, still is, I am very angry, we kept calling and they answered and lied to us saying our order was on its way, it never came, still 10 and didnt receive it, i want a refund! I have evidence and I'll sue them for stealing my money, its school and I don't have money to waste!
