My experience in Panarottis was very good the food was delicious the plates and cups were clean the service was wonderful.

I had to delete a pervious 3 star review to give a 1 star. We just ordered 2 pasta specials and some bread thing. They deliver 2 pastas and the bread and I realise it’s not everything. We call and they tell us we can’t order the special twice…when you can literally do that on the app. They then have the audacity to say they’ll make the pasta now, but ask if we can send someone to come pick it up (as if there isn’t a gigantic price increase for deliveries). If you work at a place with the infrastructure for online orders, then the minimum requirement should be to read *and* make food. This is not our first time using a smart phones. Don’t make it seem like I’m the issue. This is not my first bad experience here. Dine in isn’t fantastic. Slow service being the main issue. The food is good, especially the pasta. However, I’m disappointed every time I eat her.

Their manager goes out of his way to improve customer experience and responds to queries and complaints efficiently. Hats off to Ruan!

I had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes just for one pizza and also no one came to check on me. I had to stand and ask countless waiters who never got back to me.

The service was lovely, food was tasty and the kids had fun playing upstairs.

Service poor wine and beer was hot, did not even present some ice for wine and waited a long time before they even took our order, left after our drinks, didnt want to wait so long for the food if they took so long just for the drinks

Their pepperoni pizza, did it for me, I appreciate the staff for assisting me with choose the specials for that day. They were friendly even though I was highly intoxicated that day. Thanks y'alls.

Service was good, waiter friendly. Only major problem is no place for breast feeding, and changing station is in woman's bathroom. So I can't change my son's diaper, when needed.

What a very disappointing visit. We decided to pop by for a quick pizza after a long day. It was this Saturday around 7 pm. We were off to a good start being escorted from the door, but then everything went haywire. No one came to assist us. Even though it was empty, literally 5 tables we had to ask for a waiter after 20 min. Although the staff had sanitizers, tables were dirty not clearly from the previous table. I went into the toilet and that too was not up to standard. Toilet roll on the floor and the wash basin full of soap messes. Floor was disgusting. Pity I didn't have my cell with me for a picture or two. Our food took a while to finally arrive. FOOD WAS GREAT. That was literally the highlight of the evening. A floor manager was walking around, but what his purpose was that night, remains a mystery. Trust our next visit will be more up to scratch - to the service we expect from our favourite restaurant.
