The best restaurant in the mall to catch up on work. The Wi-Fi connection is super fast!! The coffee is great and the service is even better. The staff is always very friendly and you won't even realise that there is currently load-shedding. The seats are very comfortable and the food is divine. As a vegetarian, not many restaurants cater for my diet but you have great options available. Thank you for the super fast, friendly and helpful service always!!

I clock in twice a week to catch up on work, conveniently when breakfast is served! The stable wifi connection allows for smooth sailing through the day's planning while I enjoy breakfast and coffee. You'll see me there, plugged in behind the laptop where loadshedding doesn't bother! The friendly staff, good food and my comfy seat where I sit and work, is what's gets me to come back! I'm one of those locals, always here!

Waiters are helpfull but hase no sens of service. Staff looks like no one wants to be at work. Thy bombard you at the door and sqees you for an order. No sens of after service. Make sure you get you bill before you get your order. Make you feel like you are not welcome. In my 14 year in the restaurant business this is not a nice place. No atmosphere. Dont no wat the food tasts like due to lack of untraind waiters that dose not no how to sell. Display and kichen looks wonderful but the rest i can say wat i sed. Some table's are still dirty wich makes you think thy dont clean the day before. This place need a lot of work.

Worst service ever received from any resturant. The waiter Mathews did not even allow us to ask for the bill , he just grabs the glass and walked away while you talk to him. Doesn't ever visit the table , you have to stand up and go look for him to ask for something, on top of that he was rude when we had to stand up and go ask for the bill, since he never gets to the table. Worst part is it wasn't even busy.

It’s about the only decent restaurant in the Mall so no competition there. The service is speedy, friendly, and the menu caters well for vegetarians. Very good coffee and all dishes I chose were of a very good standard. Happy to recommend.

Hi there , went to Mugg and Bean Matlosana Mall today. Seated by some waiter at table 28. After a while another waiter , named Brilliant came to serve us. Took our order , delivered by another waiter to us and Brilliant disappeared. That was the last that we saw any waiter whatsoever. Time that our order were rang up shows as 11.10. We were finished before 12.00 and were waiting for our bill to pay. We saw Brilliant came in with KFC and he went straight to the back of the shop. We asked another waiter for our bill. No success. Then at the end of the day we managed to get some sort of manager to print our bill. She put the bill on a random table , no excuse no waiting for us to pay , just took off to somewhere. Needless to say , we put also cash on the table and took off. Useless bunch thats running the show. Will not be visiting soon.

I will give a five star just because of Daphney. She was so kind and helpful. There was also the other lady…really didn’t like her way, especially how she speaks to Daphney. If a employee have made a mistake, I suggest to talk to the employee in private. The coffee was Amazing!

I'm very happy with Mugg and Bean Matlosana Mall. The service and food is great. But very disappointed that my favorite slice of cake, chocolate mousse, is not available anymore. The new Belgian chocolate mousse cake is nota the same as the original chocolate mousse that I used to buy every weekend. And the new recipe for peppermint crisp cake is also not as decadent as before.

We had a great lunch. Tebogo was a great waiter. Friendly and fast. I ordered the Pork belly salad. A little too much leaves and not much pork. But it was still tasty. Their new bottomless fizzies are delicious.

Had a great lunch, ordered the buttermilk chicken burger with sweet potato fries and everything was cooked to perfection. Our waiter, Tebogo was also very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this Mugg & Bean branch.

We are on a bussiness trip in Northwest and made the mistake to visit thìs Mugg & Bean for breakfast. They allow people to sit alone at a table meant for 4 working on their laptops for an extreme long time. We had to sit at a much smaller table with 2 laptops struggling to quickly access our e mails. The cherry in top of the cake was the service. We waited a long time to be served and thèn again for the bill. Such a pity. I had to ask twice where our waiter was. Waste of our precious time.

This is one of the chains better stores. Nowhere like Glen Marais on the top end but nowhere near as poor as Blaaubergs franchise. A good restaurant with its standard fare of smaller 'big' portions at exorbitant prices. Still my choice of store to visit when in Klerksdorp.

Pretty okay...as is every other Mugg & Bean. Lots of seating space... Manager(David Mathews) on duty at the time left a sour taste with his terrible and rude attitude but all in all, service received from the waiter was good, very helpful. I still cannot believe the owner responds with an automated response when I'm telling you we have experienced horrible service from a particular manager two days in a row???

Delicious coffee and one of the best cheese and bacon muffins ever! Tebogo was excellent and attentive. He brought 2 plates as we were sharing the muffin and remembered I like the mini biscuits with my latte.

Good morning. I'm sorry I'm posting this review so late. But, time is not my friend. Anywho, me and my sister went to Mugg and Bean Matlosana mall on saterday. Expecting the same slow and disinterested service we are used to from other Mugg and Beans.. But low and behold. Our waiter, Yolande, wow. So funny. My sister was a but sad, but she cheered her up with just one silly coffee joke. The food, was fast. The coffee was nice and warm. And the bill was brought instantly. And so many payment options. Im stunned that no other Mugg and Bean waiter asks these. The app? If she didn't ask us payment by app we still will be in the dark. We instantly downloaded the app. And we will definitely be coming back. This Mugg and Bean has restored our view. Thank you Matlosana Mall Mugg and Bean. 🥺

Tebogo was very friendly and provided a very friendly and helpfull service. I would recommend to make a stop here when passing through Klerksdorp. (Even if you stay in Klerksdorp) It's a must!! Worth every penny and second.

I went to M&B for their famous slice of cake... I was kindly assisted by Brilliant at Matlosana Mall's branch. He was very friendly and efficient - such an exuberant being! For that, I'd recommend anybody to visit Matlosana Malls M&B. Out of all M&B's I've visited, theirs surely feels like home... 😀✨

My waitress was Dineo. She was very attentive to our table and her communication was good. The smoothies were very delightful and refreshing. However the sattured beef strips were very small and not enough seasoning.

You guys have the ability to deliver food that does not look anything like the menu photo and honestly taste sub standard. Veg Rosti is really a bad idea to order and all you taste is the vinegar on the tomatoes.

Generous in both atmosphere and friendliness of staff, as well as portion sizes. Known well for their giant muffins, but their entire cake section is also very generous. Menus for both summer and winter seasons are excellent. Tasty dishes with different cuisines to choose from. Excellent coffee selection.

Tried a new item on the menu.. The Satay Beef & Noodle Salad.. It was really disappointing.. It tasted like they emptied a packet of rajah on it.. If it wasn't for overwhelming curry taste, the salad looks really good.. But tasting horrible..
