Opened late and made me wait another 30min for coffee and breakfast. Food was good, manager was friendly, floor staff was rude and timely

The most established KFC in Klerksdorp. It's been operating for years. Also, my favorite KFC with very helpful staff.

By far this is the worst kfc nationwide....I'm a guest in klarksdorp I've been here for a week we passed there 4 times including todays and it wasn't even late but same old story 30min for chicken on top of that the rude behavior of the stuff...men I don't know how come the owners allow such bad management and negligent people to run a franchise as big as this one ...don't get me wrong but I'm advising each and every person that I know coming to klarksdorp to not waste their time and rather go to nando's or Macdonald's or even have bread and water rather coming to such awful place .

We did a drive through, and there was a lot of clients. Their service is very fast if you are in a hurry and it was loadshedding at the time. I give them a 5 star

Poor service - not even stock of the most basic things like buns. Extremely busy and short staff.

Always loved this store, and i have never seen it crowded yet its on a busy national road,service over-all its great but as you know there are those individuals who just didn't wake up right 😁

The one thing I love the most about the restaurant is that the staff is always friendly even if you get there late the mood is always the same.

They focus too much on the food and not the customers. Their chicken is always burnt and they never read special request notes.

Poorest KFC I've ever had. Order was wrong. Twisters was horrible with hardly any chicken and coldrink was not cold. 1 X chips not fresh at all.

Incorrect order at Drive-through. All Star Box without hot wings served. Had to drive all the way back from home after realizing the order is incomplete. Staff didn't acknowledge their mistake nor apologized for their incompetence. So much for customer service!

Wish there was a zero star rating, service was pathetic, chicken had no taste, chips like cardboard. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

We placed an order at the drive through but we were told to park and wait fir the order. They gave us a wrong order even though they asked to confirm it. We paid more but got an order for less.

Ice cream machine most of the time off. Staff are not friendly Fries were stale

The chicken is not cooked well but the chicken nuggets are great 👍. Pap is not good either. Please take time when preparing the food.

Poor service in shop.. stood for almost 10 minutes 1st in line.. and was not helped.. decided to go drive thru.. seeing they are getting helped.. infront at collection window they told me to go wait in parking lot.... very dissappointed

My cup keeps leaking . Service was awful . So chips where raw All chips had no salt or anything to add on . Coke is flat. Would not recommend

The user experience was horrendous! First no tomato sauce, then I asked for one of those small sauces just for my chips. Charged me R5 for a small sauce. Something that probably cost them 10c to manufacture. And this after they had no sauce. I promised myself I will never in my entire life again support KFC after this! And I will stick to it! It's a principle matter.

Terrible. We ordered our food in advance and still had to wait more than 20 minutes for it. Your reliablitily was questionable and i will not be coming here again. Honestly, dissapointing.

Waited 30 minutes in line just to hear our order is incorrect and already gave it to someone else (which also then left with an incorrect order), waited again, then saw through the window the employee is packing up an incorrect order again. We left, without food.

This branch of KFC in Klerksdorp by far beats my previous experience of shocking services and quality... just when marketing materials show Stoney Ginger ZERO SUGAR specify it is only the water down zero gas soda fountain and no buddy 500ml

I couldn't rate the food option as i & my colleagues were fed up with the service, nobody was served for almost 10 minutes of waiting as they were going on with their business not coming forward to help, queues were long, as no one was helping we left

The cashier git irritated when we changed orders and she banged her hand on the till. Had to wait long for my order and the manager was not very helpful

I bought streetwise 2 and chips for 3 people and a streetwise 2 and pap ....saterday evening i got sick with stomach cramps diarhee and vomiting ...could not move over the weekend ...was weak and diarhea all the time ...must have been something wrong with my portion because i was the only one eating pap ....
