Poor service . Charge more for food than allowed. R84.80 and the price is R81.80 for streetwise 5. Waited 20 minuted for order at drive through and employees seems to be on a slow strike or something

Staff unfriendly, notcooperative in giving me the requested cuts. Had to wait too long to get my order.

The service was somewhat okay( I don't know if it's because we were using the "kiosks").Word of advice, take a picture or have the receipt sent to your phone). It was my first time using it😅. The parking spaces are not ample. I bet you'd struggle a lot when CIT vans are there. Luckily when I got there, they were leaving. I'd suggest using the drive through. Nasty pothole at the corner. Approach with caution. I think there's a taxi rank nearby

The meat on the burger is undercooked. The potion of chips is too small. Neither the less the restaurant is neat and the stuff is absolutely good.

It was awesome. I've never had such a quick service and didn't have to wait for long even after being asked to park on the side and my food will be on my way. A minute or two after parking, here's my guy to deliver my food at the parking lot. Awesome! Others must learn from them.

Great food but really hard to get there at the moment

On the 1st of Jan 2022 I had the worst experience at kfc orkney, we ordered ahead to avoid waiting long for our order and upon arrival to collect our order, we were informed by the cashier that they had forgot about our order. The person in charge for the day (Kelebogile) seemed un-bothered and did care, never tried once to apologize and salvage the situation...instead was just rude. KFC can and should do better.

Quick service via drive thru and excellent food. Just had trouble with where to locate the place and roads there 👎🏽

They have the worst drive thru serve ever. You can order, pay and then you must wait infront, with the deep excavation going on in the one street, you have to drive thru the taxi rank and that road is also full of potholes.

you as the owner of KFC orkney and head office of KFC I hope you see this message and do something about it or your doors won't last open for long after repeating my order 4 times I still get half of my order this is now the 3rd and final order that's not 100%correct and paid for take note. Service was extremely poor had to wait about 10min to be helped to start with then just to be told that they cannot help me as they have NO FOOD DUE TO CLEANING. I mean if you know that you do not have food then why not put up a notice or better close the store as it's a fast food restaurant that does not have food???? Very disappointed!!!

Wouldn't recommend it at all- especially KFC Orkney, North-West. Terrible service. They charge for food not included in your bags when you get home- time after time. Ice Cream machine never works. Don't have any lettuce every second time around- the other day no buns, received my burger once without a bottom bun. When new specials/products are advertised they can't provide straight away, even though it is already on their advertisement boards outside- excuse: 'haven't received it yet'. The other day no soft drink available with your meal. You need to pay full price for the meal, but no drink, because they don't have any. Unpleasant staff. Slow service. Definitely a no-no.

Served our food with friendly service. Fast and tasty!

It's convenient, the people are nice on a good day. There's free Wi-Fi so it's cool for when it's too busy and you're waiting for your order, unless if you're buying through the Drive-Thru it's always so quick!

I had to wait 36mints for my order, with no one telling us what is going on

The experience was ok. We wanted coffee and had to wait long in the qeue just to find out that no hot drinks are served. The lady spraying the hand sanitizer were also on the rude side. Apart from that, the restaurant is clean and the food is good.

In most cases KFC stores always takes the corner in the city, but to go for one that is next to 3 clubs? The drive through entrance in most cases is packed with vehicles not even going to KFC, not to mention the parking it's more like it's not even there. From there its the taxis all over dropping off and picking up people for lift, the corner has turned into a mini pub taxi rank with KFC
