Mochachos opened in Shell Klerksdorp !!! thank you for your Excellent service and food quality.

Asked for the table & the bathroom to be cleaned as it stank. Obviously no one supervising the Shell Ultra City, Klerksdorp. Lemon slices not available for my water. Really ???.

Not a safe place got robbed had my phone and laptop stolen don't use the atm as criminals rig the machine and attempt to clone your card please be careful when stopping there take care and be safe I would not go there again

Its a slow gas station but in a convenient location the attendants are nice and friendly hey cuties.. shell is whatever.theres nothing attractive about it unless If you have a car to fuel otherwise there's nothing else to do.Fun fact there are flats to rent nearby so if you looking for a flat to rent.go there their nice enough and most importantly affordable sharp anyway the steers there ewww talk about lousy customer service the Burger are salty I wouldn't recommend by their other good steers in klerksdrop so whatever shell ultra city has room to improve cos it's boring.

Pay R2 for broken toilets, broken taps, poor service and no toiletpaper. Had to change my baby on the dirty floor because the toilet with the changing station wasn't working. Asked for help, lady shrugged and didn't want to open the door for the changing station. Simply said 'I don't know what you are going to do.' With a poor attitude. Manager wasn't helpful at all.

It's a good place to stop and stretch your legs when you are driving on the N12. There's a Steers diner as well. Bathrooms are always clean but normally you need to pay R2 to use them. I stopped there today and the toilet was free to use so thank you shell Klerksdorp

If you could pass this place without stopping, just do it. Toilets are dirty, water taps are not working, but you still have to pay R 2. Stuff is rude and slow. Manager is incapable and rude. The most disgusting petrol stop I see.

*Notice to travelers on the N12 passing through Klerksdorp.* Please do not stop at Shell Ultra City, whether by day or by night. Many unsuspecting motorists have been held up and robbed of valuables while waiting to fill up or when getting off their cars to enter the shop and/or use the bathrooms. Filling station owner has been contacted a number of times to discuss the problem but seems powerless to act. Suspicion exists that some of the petrol pump attendants may be in cahoots with the criminals who prey on motorists.

Most of the time the guys are flexible but today they were just slow

Despite this place loosing its standard, its now a crime hot spot. Was almost robbed yesterday and apparently its happening often. 4 guys rushed towards me walking back from the convenience store and i ran towards the forecourt. They tried to open my door and then fled and ran away, driving in their car calmly away. Asked the cashier for the managers number she said she is off duty and i cant do anything. Will never visit this place again even though i live nearby. I suggest other people stay away unless you want to loose your cellphone, money, cards and belongings.

Terrible. Keep clear. You pay to use a absolutely horrible bathroom and the staff are utterly rude and unhelpful. I suggest to stay clear and rather go to the next stop.

The toilets are in terrible condition, 2 out of the 6 work, the toilet stalls locks are missing, and you have to pay entrance for the toilets. No maintenance is upkept. The shop is under construction with blocked off areas and roof panels missing with loose wires hanging Also its a bit disappointing that their coffee machine is broken. Didnt enjoy my visit here at all

Very disappointing...water keeps running from one tap. I don't live in Klerksdorp, but two days in a row, the tap keeps running? I was there around Christmas and it was the same The cleaning lady did her job well
