Very friendly staff, that goes even further than the extra mile. Apon arrival the waiter explained how the birthday party will be handled and how she would accomodate all parents bills seperetaly, she helped decorating the table and even offered to store a cake. What I found impressive was one of our friends is blind and with placement of orders the waiter noticed it and offered him a braille menu. Well done Spur Albuquerque!

By far one of the best Spurs in the country, the restaurant just had an upgrade. With the new interior and upgraded decor, it just creates a whole new ambiance, with the new modern style, warm friendly service and of course the great food, this is definitely a great place to meet with friends, family and hang out for students.

Shocking service. Had to repeatedly call waiter. Waited 30 m between drinks and starters. Eventually got waiters attention for starters. Another 50 min to order main which we decided to rather take home to eat.

Shocked to find feathers and uncooked pieces of Buffalow wings tonight aftwr ordering the same meal from here constantly also to find missing items and instructions ignored.. worst chef tonight .

The staff, food and atmosphere is all amazing here. The children's play area is very well set out and the staff looking after the kids are wonderful with them especially the little ones.

We are from Pretoria, and this was the poorest service we ever had at any Spur. We waited more than 45 minutes, then I called a waiter randomly and asked why didn't anyone come to take our order? She she said she would take our order and disappear! After 15 minutes, I called another waiter and said, "People that came in long after we did already have their drinks, but we didn't have. She said she would call the manager. Then, after 10 minutes from then our drinks arrived . This was really the worst service we ever have and you would see us again. Were sad that the services of the waiters go down just like South Africa. From a very sad customer from Pretoria.

Waited an incredibly long time for my food and was cold when I received it. The windows of the entrance also have no sandblasting strip at all to indicate that there is indeed glass. Unbelievably big hazard!

The food was good can’t complain at all. Willie our server was polite. The food took a bit long to get to our table and they were not busy at all.

On our way to New Zealand to see our kids and grandchildren for the first time in 4 years. Stopped by to see a friend on our way to OR Tombo. Enjoyed a good meal at Spur and I forgot my phone. Thank you Sam and Spur. We will never forget your honesty and good service. God bless. Jan and Judy.

The place is well situated near the NWU campus, very neat surroundings, ample parking space, and a good consideration to people with disabilities. The waiting time after placing the order was a little longer; food wasn't great compared to outlets i am accustomed to, namely Columbine Centre JHB South. Sticky wings appeared to have been recycled, very hard and chewy, mains weren't that tasty.. I felt something was missing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will visit again, especially that we are now part of the NWU community and Potch in general, hoping to find the great Spur tastes this time around.

Great Spur with an amazing atmosphere. Great children's playground that keeps the kids occupied. Food is great like always. Service can be slightly slow though, so add a couple of minutes extra to your visit here.

You can expect nothing, but the best from Albuquerque Spur. They are quick to resolve any concerns you might have and offer exceptional service with great quality food. Thank you Management :) You will see my again. Keep up the good work!

Popped in for a quick dinner with my son. The service was unexpectedly slow. I know that the NWU USSA tennis team (of which my son is a member) also waited very long for their food. Not how we usually experience this Spur, and dissappointing.

Food was really not good, burger patties, wors, pork shot was very hard. I think it gets cooked straight from the freezer. Something is not right, coming from a staunch Spur supporter :( service was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at this Spur with our family. The kids loved their pizzas and we enjoyed our meals. The staff was engaging and regularly checking on us. Overall, we had a great experience.

Didn't bring me my full order and waiters singing instead of bringing our food and we been waiting for about 2 and half hours for food definitely never attending this spur branch ever again

The place is beautiful and waiters are very friendly On 2022-10-15 I took my family and had an awesome time there with a very friendly waiter. While having a meal lights went off and the generator was not working. There was smoke all over and because the speed points were not working ,waister arranger that I come back and pay the next morning ,I was ok with it as we waited for power for more than an hour . On 2022-10-16 at about 07:15 I received a call from the waiter explaining that the store manager was swearing at him infringe of customers that he let people leave without paying,the funny thing he was called previous day that the speed points are offline and that I couldn’t pay. When I got to the store I asked for the manager he was mad rude yelling that I ate food without paying and that it’s a crime he was loud and told me that he doesn’t care even if I call head office ..the manager said he is not running Shoprite .the poor waiter tried to explain that he did call the same manager…in front of me he was told to shut up and go stand outside …the manager was rude and screaming at me saying that I must pay his bill he wants to open his shop.

By far the best service I've ever received at any Spur. The manager Omphile and Jerry assisted me flawlessly and made my baby cousin's extra special. The food was on time, the preparation was seamless and the service was the cherry on top. Thank you so so much Jerry and Omphile!

Amazing reception from walking in the doors. We were greeted by a beautiful lady and which seated us. Then we occurred an even friendlier waitress. Order our meals and ìt was amazing. Then the manager named Marelize came to check on us to ask if we were happy with our order. Albuquerque Spur management and staff you are the most amazing spur I have visited to date..Thank you for the time we have spent in your town..

It's a great Spur overall. Staff is always friendly and the food is always good. Never had an issue with this specific Spur.

I have never had a bad meal here. It’s a good Spur, good quality food and okay service. Used to have the best student special in Potch, now not so special anymore as the price is increasing by 10% every year. They’re waiters aren’t the friendliest, but not worst either. Would kinda recommend if you’re lekker hungry
