The burger was dry and cold. I complained but insisted on paying as I finished my meal. The burger was not on the bill so I tipped the waitress R100. Thank you for the good service. It was appreciated 👍

Service was good and the food was amazing.. the waiter and two different managers came frequently to ask regarding their service. When 3 people comes around your table in a time frame of 25min it gets a little weird

Spur is one of the South African chains that continue to be in the market. I had a Devil's Peak lager - which is fair as a beer. With that I enjoyed spare ribs with fries and onion rings. The spare ribs was maybe a little bit on the under cooked side, the fries started to get tired, and the onion rings a tad oily. But all in all it was enjoyable.

I'm always coming to these spur when I come home in South Africa they have a way of soothing and warming my taste buds as I love food. But before I leave South Africa they must give me a free meal I'm a big supporter to their restaurant😂

The food was ok. Was a bit dried-out (viennas as well as the fish fingers). Pizza didn't have much cheese and the toast was stale. Also, the play canyon attendant didn't know my 2 year old walked to the main door and a waiter brought him back to our table. I stacked all our dishes when we finished and counted 15 waiter (and general manager) passes before I explicitly asked someone to kindly remove them as I was afraid my kids might bump them and the cutlery would hurt them. So, all in all, it was just ok. And good enough to pass through for a quick breakfast on our way back home after holiday.

As always spurs quality food was amazing. This spur however has a really small play area for kids. Some amazing views of the mooi River if sitting outside. The seats are somewhat uncomfortable due to being older and more worn that others.

Waiter was unkept, unfriendly and impatient. no tag was offered for children protection as advertised. cashier flatly ignored me when I said that we’ve had better experiences with spur. seems like an overall irritated vibe amongst the staff. Won’t go back, didn’t feel welcome.

The food was really good and considering we we're 7 people at 12:00 on a Saturday I was impressed with the fact that all the food was still hot and served at the same time. All the orders where perfectly served. We had to remind the waiter of some of the smaller orders like a drink refill or coffee. This is understandable as his entire station was full. His service was still tops.

Good service. The food was delicious and fresh. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. She spoke English and was able to speak Afrikaans.

Super slow and waiter along with manager didn’t show any intent of getting our meal to us.

Third dine in for us and every time I'm very impressed. The service is excellent in my native Afrikaans at that and the food exceptionally good, both in taste and appearance. Will most certainly visit again and again. Lindiwe was my waiter all 3x! Super waitress to have. Will really recommend anyone going to Spur to ask for Lindiwe.

Spent so much money for a nice cheddamelt schnitzel....just to get this.... a pice of cheese next to a crumbed chicken.... and this is exactly why we don't want to order from Montana Spur, Albuquerque all the way if you really want a taste for life... so disappointed... get up to standard Montana Spur!!

My son and I were there. He had a delicious burger and I had a tasty chicken and bacon salad. Service was very good. Helped by a very nice young man. I think his name is Lawrence.lovely play area and atmosphere.

Staff is friendly and food didn't take long and was served warm and fresh.

Waiting time for service was a bit long despite them not being so busy. Chicken schnitzel was great, steak not so great. Ordered medium rare, got well done, and despite that the steak was cold. Double thick milk shakes are the best in town.

After a phonecall and a good conversation with the manager my complaint were resolved. Very good customer feedback and service. Good service and excellent quality food!
