By far the best experience I've had in all my travels. From the onset, the guesthouse called to check if i had received the quotation immediately after sending it. As if that wasn't enough, i requested a change on the quote. I requested that they remove dinner off the quote, and immediately after the quote was amended i was called and offered dinner on a separately quote which was my intention. The morning of my visit i got a courtesy call to check on whether i was still coming or not despite all the payments being made to them. Upon my arrival Belinda was on hand to check me in and offer me the best possible service i have had in ages. The place has got an amazing atmosphere, the ambiance is out of this world. I felt at home and am coming back for my marriage anniversary. Monique did all the initial calling and remembered me from the first time i slept at the quest almost four years ago. If that's not service, i don't know what is.
