We had a lovely stay at Gemstone Guesthouse Klerksdorp. Please take note of the small details though. Even though it wasn't an issue for us, the room was obviously set for a single person and not a couple as there was only one chocolate on the bed (thank you), only one rusk for morning coffee and only one water in the fridge. otherwise the room was comfortable. Thanks you.

Rooms are clean and friendly staff . Every appliance works properly and you feel at home . Delicious dinner, lovely garden, peaceful and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay. Great value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse. I was there with some colleagues for a business trip, and got to see some of the other rooms; the gemstone theme is really nice, and the rooms all have their own look. The guesthouse is in a very central location close to the highway and shops which is a bonus. The staff and the host are very friendly and very welcoming. If you are ever in Klerksdorp this is the guesthouse you need to go to!

A lovely guesthouse - Friendly staff, great large and clean room (We stayed in Sapphire) and very central location. Added bonus was a generator to assist with load-shedding during the morning and evening times off. We’ll definitely be back to stay the next time we’re in Klerksdorp again to visit our family.

I have travelled all over the country using 3 and 4 stars accomodation and it is very rare to find accomodation with good WiFi connection plus easy password to get hold of on the keys, bar fridge, microwave and TV with all sport channels. Regarding sport, one has to first ask for channels which is very irritating for sport lovers. In other places, they do not have those channels. But you had them all which made me very excited. Microwave was a huge bonus as we normally do not get it. In some big places, there was no bar fridge which is a problem for somebody staying longer. Keep it up. Amos Tshukudu, SAPS

Absolutely great accommodation, even though we struggled with loadshedding..generator would be switched for short period of time while we're busy with dinner/party so try to upgrade your methods of lights staying on during loadshedding.

It was a absolute pleasure, as from the 1st moment the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom is clean with a wonderful swimming pool. They even packed a breakfast box for me as I had to leave early.

We enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. Great space for everyone and the children enjoyed the garden.
