Linen was dirty, sheets were stained. Two globes were out in my room, surely this should be checked especially if the room is booked. No wifi. I was given two little towels no bug towel as other hotels and guest houses would provide.

No invoice/receipt First room : no towels, bedding not ironed (iron broken), curtain hook missing, window not closing, soaking wet towel behind leaking toilet. Moved to next room after reporting to reception Second room : bedding not ironed (iron still broken) one towel for double room, desk light not working, bathroom window almost impossible to close, TV from the past, back of entrance door covered in dust. Nothing to put toiletries on in shower, shower gel and shampoo in one container - other container empty, huge cable tie holding curtain rails together. Positive : Shower refreshing, water nice & warm. Aircon cooling brilliantly Bed feels good - hoping for a good night's rest.

Very welcoming, we booked say 9:30pm but the receptionist was very patient with us, especially travelling with kids. Affordable with breakfast

the worst experience every...was moved from one room to another coz there was no hot water.receptionist on duty last night not very friendly first told us we must pay cash we can't swipe had to drive all the way to look for a ATM.
