When we arrived, a better room was available so we upgraded and took advantage of the marvelous river view. Plenty of space, a welcoming and helpful host, some doggie friends for our dogs to play with, and a very quiet environment. Very aptly named!

This is the best place to recharge with a tranquil, clean and beautiful environment. You are always greeted with friendly service and smiles. This place is a must if you want to escape the city rush...

We booked for a mid-week stay. After the first night's stay we packed up. The place is neglected and badly needs an urgent upgrade. Jetty provided for fishing is very difficult to fish from and you are in the son for the whole day. Although we understand that the objects in the river is not the owner's problem, with every cast we got stuck. A canoe was offered to us that was leaking so badly we could not use it. Too much noise from the main road and mine activities. Will definitely not recommend to our friends.

Beatiful and tranquil place to relax on the banks of the Vaal river. Nice gardens and wonderful river and sunset views. Some of the facilities could use some upgrading to enhance the experience.

Beautiful location, GPS took me to the wrong side of the river, but managed to get here a bit later than anticipated due to the heavy rains and incorrect dirt road detour.

Had a lovely weekend. Clean units ,lovely owners. Will definitely visit Serenity again. Thank you to all staff members and owners.

Great place for relaxing and being outdoor, just sad the river came down very bad for fishing but did catch though
