We
unfortunately
didn't
get
to
stay
here,
as
we
had
a
sudden
change
in
travel
plans.
I
spoke
to
the
owner
who
seemed
quite
understanding
and
willing
to
refund
our
accommodation,
with
only
a
small
booking
fee
being
needed,
which
we
all
agreed
to.
5
months
later,
numerous
emails
and
phone
calls,
with
her
saying
that
she
never
received
our
money
and
the
booking
company
confirming
that
she
definitely
has
all
the
money,
she
has
lied
over
and
over
again
about
giving
us
our
money
back.
If
she
hadn't
agreed
in
the
first
place,
this
wouldn't
have
been
an
issue.
You
owe
us
A
LOT
of
money.
I
have
all
correspondence
in
emails.
Am
sick
of
the
games
and
lies.
I
will
be
taking
this
further!

ANY
REFUND
HAD
BEEN
MADE
TO
THE
FAMILY!
So
may
what
to
check
your
facts
before
responding
making
yourself
look
petty
;)
