Ngwenya hotel really surprised me. The service is fantastic and very friendly. The rooms are a bit small but perfectly clean and well maintained. I have enjoyed my stay here and would like to thank all the amazing staff.

Paid triple of what I should have. I am going to pay the same in a luxury hotel in Sandton! Very poor rooms and services. House keeping comes knocking on your door before 8am, not everyone wakes up with the chickens!! Never heard house keeping coming to clean occupied rooms before 10am, waking up customers!! Rooms are old and super cold. Cold temperatures outside and inside, no isolation at all, in a cold region!! Bad experience!

Easy to find and wonderful service. I attended an event and the conference room was sufficient and the technical aspects we just on point and the food was nice too.

I only enjoyed the food. I was denied a room on 1st floor, and then their geysers overboiled towards morning, leaving my room in floods. It was a very terrible experience for me, as I caught some cold from walking barefooted in the flooded room while packing away my belongings.

Highly secured with good access control. 24 hours security. Reception is friendly. Available 24/7 at help desk by phone. Supervisor is very experienced. Good problem solving skills. The hotel is very clean. Good quality food by friendly chef and caring waiters. Lovely yard. Police station just behind the hotel, meaning double security. There are many conference halls, I saw about 3. There is free wifi provided. Clean linen. Good bed and quality pillows. Extra blanket provided TV with some DSTV channels. There is air-conditioning appliance. Nice study table, chairs, and comfortable light. Phone available on bed side with all numbers to dial for assistance. Ensuit toilet with shower. Hot water available. Noticed they have cameras on corridors for our safety. I also loved the lift for ascending and descending from the first floor to ground. Would be good for wheel chair access. You might need to mind your step when you enter the bathroom. I was in room A14. I hit my toe when entering and it bled a bit. The edge on the entrance may need to be covered with some plastic shield on the floor step. I enjoyed tea and coffee in the room available as self service. Towels were clean. There was soap, body wash, and conditioner. Lastly, very quiet. There is no noise in this hotel and you feel the luxury and class. Good value for money with lovely decor. Give it a try, I had my fun stay in this hotel. My personal rating is 5, because when comparing them with other mega hotels I have been to, they only need a gym and a bar 👍They are good for family or business operations.

First time visit the place is clean and welcoming but the receptionist did not made us to feel welcomed

I enjoyed my stay for the past 2days.Food was delicious from breakfast to lunch.Rooms and bedding are very clean.Staff and chefs are helpful and respectful.Enjoyed the workshop. I will definately recommend it to many.Keep up the good work guys😍😘

The hotel is fine I spent most of the time in the conference room and my room but the facilities were good. I would recommend it on any given day

Great facilities, food could be made better

No toilet paper in room,no milk for cofee in the room,no shower only a bath with cold water,they will never ever see me again,and the manager refuse to give us any refund!!!!!!!!!
